I’m not sure if you’ve received similar complaints before, but I’ve found Simran to be extremely rude. I used to visit every week when Harleen was here, mainly because of her excellent service. However, I haven’t been back in over a month due to Simran’s unprofessional and rude behavior. I decided to give it another chance, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. If you’re noticing a decline in customers or slower dine-in/takeaway business, you may want to look into this—I can confidently say she’s driving customers away.#bringbackharleen

Food is great. I ordered churros and burgers . when I ordered when I was not busy the good was so good and perfectly cooked. Then after when I booked when they were a bit busy, the food was not that great. Overall I recommend when it's holidays. The lotus discomfort churros are really good.

Burger is much better than Mac Donald’s and the price is roughly the same. Ideal for students.

I have been ordering food from here for a long time. Usually take a beef burger and loaded fries recently the quality has gone below average. Beef was over cooked and fries no cheese sauce, or too much sauces. Every time there is something wrong.

I ordered a chicken burger and chips through takeaway. first of all, i had to wait a very long time. i was quite disappointed. when opened it at home, it was a beef burger instead. its a 15 minutes drive from my home to the shop, i had no choice but go with what i got. After all, the beef patty was overcooked and very oily. This is the first time i have received very bad service from you. Very disappointed .

First time ordering, used Uber eats. We live quite a way from restaurant and food turned up hot. Had topped chips, mac n cheese and tenders. Spice levels perfect!! All were lovely and very tasty. It’s definitely a big thumbs up and will be ordering again

Recently moved to Leicester for uni and was craving a smash burger. Not familiar with the burger scene here but was recommended here by a friend. The lady at the till was so friendly and accommodating. I got the Southern Jamin boi burger and upgraded it to a meal (fries + drink). The smash burger tasted so good that I forgot to take a picture of the cross section of the burger because I was too busy enjoying it. My only negative is that I wish the burger was bigger because it was delicious! Will definitely be back

Nice and warm weather for taking lunch

This used to be my favourite burger joint, the past two times have been bad, dry chicken and oreo churroes with no orio crumbs, also they were stale, very dissatisfied at a cost of over £20 for one person, I'll not be going back, I did give them a chance to redeem themselves, consistency matters and this place has failed miserably

We ordered takeaway. Very fast delivery. Food was brilliant and delicious. Never had that amazing burgers in Leicester before. Just perfect for a decent price.

Good Place for students for hanging out and but good food

If you want food poisoning then this is the place to go. Placed an order via uber eats on Friday night and I am still suffering with it. Ordered a chicken burger and literally had one bite and straight away I realised that the patty hasn’t been cooked properly and was extremely rubbery. Wasted £25 and every ounce of fluid that was in my system is now being brought up. Worst food in Leicester!

Just got paid so I thought I would treat myself OUCH biggest mistake this year was told it would take 5 minutes after 8or 9 minutes I asked the girl when the 5 minutes start as i only have half hour for lunch she asked the man in the back how long he rudely replied not half hour. Burger nothing special and chips plain not even salt won’t be going back even if someone else was paying I would like to give one star but I think that’s too many and it seems to be there’s a lot of fake reviews here but don’t take my word for it try it and be disappointed like me

This is got to be the best burger place in Leicester. I been ordering from them for over half a year now and been very loyal customer getting my 15th order right after this review. My all time favorite has to be XL Bad Boi hot mess + Mc Daddy for my gf. The portion is always large and tasty. I only ordered through Uber, but I have to say that every time I leave them a message, they write back to me and its always very kind and friendly:) I recommend them to all my friends, so I am leaving 5 Stars with overwhelming confidence! Randomly tried this place off UberEats and lets just say I've ordered food from here 3 times in the last 10 days.

Very underwhelming food. Got the burger loaded fries and chicken loaded fries. Burger loaded fries tasted okay but missing flavour and i could only taste the meat part nothing else. Chicken loaded fries should’ve been called barbecue, cause that’s the only thing you can taste. Asked for sauces and they were very stingy and tried to make me pay for ketchup and mayo which i don’t mind but this shouldn’t be happening. Food is expensive for what it is. I don’t recommend you’re better off going somewhere else

Went to Burger Boi today for the first time and I wasn’t disappointed! Food was amazing and you don’t just have to have Burgers they have a range of Loaded Fries, Mac & Cheese and Excellent Wings!!! Staff very helpful & polite as I couldn’t decide what to have so they helped me with the menu as a newbie.

Never thought I’d be the one to post a bad review. But £2 for sauce? I’d understand gourmet sauce to be priced but never have I seen a takeaway where they price you for ketchup and mayo.. as if the prices aren’t already high enough for a burger without a meal? Avoid unless your happy with having chips with salt.

Ordered beefy fries and buffalo Mac n cheese. Very disappointed. Buffalo max n cheese had hardly any chicken it was literally 1 strip chopped up. And mac n cheese is more of a white pasta with no cheese. Beefy fries had hardly any beef. Both items I ordered had very little meat felt like I’ve just binged on carbs.

Tried Burger Boi again recently, and, to be honest, I was very disappointed. We ordered a delivery service. By the time the food had arrived it was pretty soggy. We weren't to keen on the flavours from the Korean chicken burger, and the triple burger was way too salty. We really did not enjoy our meal and won't be ordering again. I think I have settled at another local for the best burgers in Leicester.

Back on my day visits to Leicester, last time when I was in Leicester I had a terrible meal and terrible service at Konak. So I decided I give the opposite side of London Road a try, luckily I made the right choice and headed inside Burger Boi. Inside it was quite but clean and tidy. I usually go for beef burgers, but I felt I needed to switch it up a bit and go for the chicken varieties. Did so, and the good thing is I didn’t get disappointed.👍 I ordered the Inferno Boi chicken burger, along with it Beefy Fries and a can of coke. The Inferno Boi’s chicken very juicy and I believe it was made with fresh chicken breasts and it was spicy. I think the guy who prepared the burger over did it with the hot sauce, but I didn’t mind. The Beefy Fries is good as well and it can be eaten as a meal by itself, as the portion of it was spot on.👌 Overall the food here is good and the staff friendly!

We were at Radio 2 Party in the park and this was our first visit to Leicester. Walking back to the station after the festival on Saturday night we really fancied something to eat! We just happened to choose Burger Boi as it looked clean and the menu looked good and we were not disappointed. The place was spotless, the staff were so friendly and the food was fantastic, fresh, hot and tasty. Definitely recommend Burger Boi

possibly one of the worst burgers i have tasted. day trip to leicester and feeling hungry we ordeed 1 x Amercan Boi and 1 x Bird boi. We coulnd't finish either burger becasue it was so greasy and awful. the Bird Boi was too salty to be able to taste anything else. Memorable, but for all of th wrong reasons.

We were visiting our hometown of Leicester for the weekend and staying nearby.We stopped off here and had a vege burger each and fries.The food was excellent and good value for money.The staff were lovely and friendly and provided a great service.Would highly recommend if youre in the area.Theyve got a good menu with loads of options and something for everyone.Thanks guys...we will def be back next time we in the city.

One of the best chicken burgers in Leicester! Would recommend the inferno boy and with buffalo wings so you get to try both. The beef ones are pretty good too but the chicken stands out compared to the rest of Leicesters chicken burgers. Wings are super crispy and the buffalo and infero are great choices haven't tried the others yet but deffo will. Chips could be a bit better tho would just get a side of wings instead. The burger is well worth the price and will fill you up. Would deffo say better than boo burger.

Must of been an off day or something. was having a little get away and me and my family decided to stop off for food I felt very pressured to buy something and staff would not leave me alone this increased my family anxiety along side that the food was vile covered in grease will not come back to this store

Nice Burgers but some may say it's too pricey at almost £10 a burger!! No meal options even though you'll get asked 'would you like it as a meal"! Chips and drinks are simply added on separately and priced according at £2.50 & £1. If I fancied a burger I can think of several other places of equal quality food and service but without the parking issues and also lower prices.

I got to say, I used to pass by this place every now and then but never went inside. It’s good! I tried their Mac & Cheese and chicken strips, both were really tasty. Just the right amount of cheese and spring onion on it. The burger was good too but I will be visiting again to try a different one. Overall it’s a good value for money.
