Had a el Chapo with fries and spicy chicken wings, absolutely delicious, the only problem was, not enough chicken wings, so moorish, went down lovely with a cold beer. Will definitely be using again

Y las empanadas de cordero con especias indias en el pan de brioche de las esposas fueron (sus palabras) increíbles. ¿Volveríamos a comprar?¡No! !Tendríamos que probar una opción diferente, seguramente no puede mejorar. Amazing food, one of the best burgers in Southampton, definitely recommend. Really friendly service, we were greeted by the owner who checked on us throughout.

We have visited a couple of times now, & both times we have had a warm welcome. We were promptly served our drinks at the bar & weren’t waiting long for our food to be delivered, which was delicious! Sarah & hercteam are doing a great job & cant wait to visit again soon!

Thank you Bodega Lime Bar - we had a great girls night out. Good food, well friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We had plenty giggles n nibbles - a few bottles of vino over some very tasty tapas...the meatballs are amazing!!! gotta mention the chilli prawns, quesadillas and cassoulet - all delicious - and manchego cheese (...I love it!!) Nice to share and try a variety of dishes, with friends, over a few glasses, relax and chat. There was even a band playing through in the bar area, where we went after the meal for a boogie :-) Looking forward to returning again soon xx

Always go here for a pint and burger before Saints game, after travelling from Cornwall. Food is always awesome and a great pint.

My wife and myself stayed in Southampton for a Saturday night out and before setting back to London we tried Burger Bodega for the first time after hearing great reviews for food . The establishment was tastefully renovated and the bar was showing the football . Plenty of different areas to sit if you didn’t want to hear the tv . We had tapas and all the food was piping hot and very tasty especially the chicken soup which had lots of different spices in it ! I wouldn’t hesitate going again if we’re in Southampton again one day . The owner and chief Sarah was very friendly and we felt at home . Very good prices as well . We were very happy on motorway back to London

Quality food! I've eaten here a few times and have never been left disappointed! Can not recommend this place highly enough. If you like good food...this is your place. Cheap beer, pool table with good food and warm welcoming atmosphere...what more do you need1

What an amazing little find!! this place is vibrant, friendly and bustling The food is top notch, I would highly recommend the Cheeseburger!! It’s all juicy and fresh and gooey, it’s all proper home cooked with lovely homey touches!! The Chicken Enchilada tapas was sooo lovely too, the perfect accompaniment to a few beers with friends, or an intimate evening as there are a few rooms with different vibes. I’m going to organise a meet there with my people very soon!! ****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**** ❤️

I love my burgers and have been following Burger Bodega but as I live in Dorset I can’t quite pop down to try. However, had a meeting down this way so decided to stop in.

Went here on a wet Thursday evening, but it was well worth the trek out.

When we got in, very nice atmosphere. Sarah seemed very proud of her restaurant, and was always asking our feedback, which to me shows me that she cares alot for what she does, which showed on the food. Starters were the best I've had, the Bronson was very good all ingredients complemented each other. Would defintly return and recommend!

Ordered through deliveroo and deliveroo messed up and couldn’t get us a driver. Out of courtesy the restaurant rang me and said they will cook the food fresh and offered to deliver it too my door for me personally just out of kindness because I had waited so long, they don’t normally deliver. Absolutely amazing service! Would 100% recommend.

I am picky in the extreme and the lady did everything she could to give me the burger of dreams. Delicious with chips bacon and bbq sauce top top burger, with a smile.

If you like a good pint and great food this is the place for you. Stopped on the way back from work with a mate. A really diverse menu, nice to see something different than the standard pub menu. We will definitely be going back!!!

If you class yourself as a true burger connoisseur, you need to visit this place...After eating in some of America's finest gourmet burger restaurants over many years, I can truthfully say the burgers served here pass the test with consummate style...Beautifully flavoured and perfectly cooked meat, with a wonderful array of flavours emanating from the toppings and the chilli cheese fries were superb too...With generous portions and a nice, chilled intimate atmosphere, this really is one of Southampton's coolest little eating experiences. Top class burger dining and excellent friendly service, get along there soon, you'll see what you've been missing! Oh and a fine array of beers and drinks just to top things off. An ace eating experience and not heavy on the wallet either, what more do you waht?

Such a great meal! We had the tapas and pretty much had one of everything on the menu. All the plates beautifully presented and tasted amazing - haloumi frites, chicken wings, meatballs, quesadillas, olives and machego to name a few! Sarah, the lovely owner, looked after us well! I wish her every success with this new venture.

Upon arrival the staff were very accommodating, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The decor was lovely and everything was set out nicely. They also have a lovely small garden area with lots of seating.

Literally the best burger I've ever tasted, they are delicious & so fresh. Double robin of sherwood was divine. When I unwrapped it the smell was delicious & the smoked bacon is really thick, not a see thru bacon like most places!! The burgers are juicy & cooked to perfection & the toppings are just complimentary in every way. Our order consisted of 3 double Robin's & a triple swiss bank robber with 3 portions of chilli cheese fries which were as delicious as the burgers. I cant fault anything we had & all of us were in agreement we are going to have to work our way through the menu! We came all the way from gosport to collect & will continue to do so. I'm so glad we found this place, a proper tasty gourmet burger.

Wow! My wife and I do enjoy a good burger and will travel if necessary. We saw the Echo article about this place and thought we had to give it a try. Although they could probably benefit from dedicated premises to fully spread their wings there wasn't a thing to fault. We had a Sweet Home Avocado with sweet potato fries and an El Chapo with regular fries. Brioche buns, a lovely patty of good quality meat and no shortage of flavoursome toppings. Fries were perfectly cooked also. Hot sauces available if more spice required, and from my small taste of the nuclear fallout one, they will certainly turn it up to 11. It was lovely to meet your Sarah - your warmth and friendliness shine through and it's clear you are putting your heart and soul into this. Don't know if this was an off night or what. The burger was utterly disgusting, didn't even taste like beef. Definitely a burger from a seriously cheap cut of meat. smelled like something that belongs in a bin and undercooked. looking at the pictures it looked amazing. in reality it really didn't. Me and my partner felt sick eating it. I've heard good things but honestly the worst burger I've ever had in my life. I would much rather go to the chippy and buy a better burger for a 3rd of the price. A burger fit for the bin.

Tried Burger Bodega for the first time Friday, We booked a time slot for Delivery @20.15 and arrived @ 20.18 and the Driver was so apologetic!!

I had heard so much about these burgers that I thought I would go and have a try... OMG! I want the vegan recipe!!! Was lucky enough to watch the Chef in action... It was all about the quality...what the customer wants, they get. The smells, flavours and presentation to die for!

We love it! Everytime we are hosting a takeaway night or going somewhere for one we always suggest Bodega. The service is really friendly ordering is easy and the food is Amazing. The Bombay is my absolute favourite but have tried others and they're all good. U can pre order ur food much earlier in the day too which is good and means u get ur pick of delivery times (and guarantees they haven't already sold out of your fav). Cant reccomend this place highly enough.

Mmm hmm! That is a tasty burger. The el chapo can't be beat in my opinion. The chilli sauce is amazing and licking it off your fingers after is like a second course.

I rarely do burgers but once in a while I’ll indulge and this place did not disappoint! Highly recommended, in fact I wouldn’t be surprised if I give them a second go but I usually try somewhere different each time.

Popped into The Robin Hood pub on Sunday on our way to find some Sunday lunch. Keep seeing Burger Bodega menus but said they were closed on Sundays.

Second time I have ordered from here and both times have been 10/10. Food tasted lovely, portions were big. Friendly staff and quick delivery too.

There are so many good things to say about burger bodega it’s difficult to know where to start. Based in a local pub, eat in or delivery... it doesn’t get more flexible than that. Really friendly staff, very nice and very helpful. Delivery is always on time, food is served piping hot and delivered with a smile. The food itself is fantastic, everything is homemade and beautifully fresh. The menu is varied, and quite different from run-of-the-mill chicken and burger joints. The wings are 3-part wings and enormous served in any sauce you like. Burgers are awesome, bacon and maple waffle Inside your burger... try the ‘waffling on’ but make sure you’re hungry. Bombay badwitch is a light spiced lamb burger with Bhaji, mango, yoghurt served in between two Naan breads. Chose from a range of Mexican dishes all home made and delicious. So to sum up... whether you are looking for a simple burger, or something completely innovative and different, this is the place to go. Just make sure you’re hungry.

These burgers are amazing. I am now addicted to the el chapo and it's become a friday night tradition. The homemade chilli con carne sauce sets this burger above the rest and there's so many other flavours in there.

Had several burgers from here now never been let down. Full of flavours. I love plant life without bread as they make it and build it up with homous and avocado and lettuce.

We ordered 3 meals from Burger Bodega, two of them the pulled pork and the other being the El Chapo. They all tasted absolutely amazing, the flavours were great. The chips were nice too. Delivery driver was on time and very friendly. Great service from start to finish most definetly will order again.

Me and my husband thought we would give Burger Bodega a try and it didn't disappoint. Food heaven of you have a burger craving! Burgers are cooked to perfection and they don't skimp on the topping. A very good sized portion of chips accompanies it. We tried the Carbiac Arrest and El Chapo. We will definitely order from here again.

I had a vegetarian version of the Carbiac Arrest, and it was awesome. Both me and my partner loved our burgers and will definitly be ordering again very soon
