I could not find a listing for The Camden Club so i'm adding my review to Bite Me Burgers as I visited both. On Thursday night headed to Chalk Farm with a friend to take in a few Camden Bars and catch some live music. First stop was Bite Me Burgers. Small restaurant, open to the street on a gloriously sunny evening. We both had Lambtastic burgers and they were fantastic ! We then headed into the venue and saw a band called "Stone Jets" Wow - they were brilliant Beer was well-priced Good jumping off spot. Great way to start our night in Camden

Although the food was excellent, the location is not right for lunch, far more suited to evenings. This was meant to be bottomless drink however the guy serving was far too busy so the glasses were empty far too often.

What a night! Gorgeous food and the place is now a music venue with such talent there. Owner Andrew, such a pleasure to deal with and could not do enough for you and the staff too, everything was brilliant and I can not recommend this enough. Will def be going back

Had a red letter day bottomless gin brunch.. the burgers were amazing but it's certainly not bottomless.. Very different to what we actually booked but still enjoyable, would of given more stars is had more than 3 drinks.... Certainly an experience

I can’t describe how bad an experience this bottomless bunch was. We arrived at the front of the restaurant where it was completely deserted with no one to greet us. We then eventually walked through the back of the restaurant where there seemed to be a back part of the restaurant or bar where people seemed to be setting up for a gig and were finally greeted by the owner/waiter, after 10 minutes of waiting. We had a buy a gift voucher which was for a bottomless brunch… this entitled us to 2 of the smallest burgers you have a ever seen, with an average portion of chips on the side. We were also meant to have a hour of bottomless Prosecco which depended on the one member of waiting staff coming to top us up, which wasn’t as often as you’d like for an hour of drinking. We could have bought extra sides but to be honest I didn’t want to spend anymore of my hard earned money at this place! The food was really disappointing, service atrocious and ambience terrible. Please save your money and don’t bother with this ghastly place!!!

Just don’t bother, don’t waste your time & money really I can’t stress it enough DON’T COME HERE!!! One of the most bizarre & disappointing dining experiences that I have had the misfortune to have in London. A strange space at the back which seemed to be a live music club which had decided to unsuccessfully moonlight as a restaurant. Truly weird ambiance combined with short staffing and the smallest tepid, gristly burgers known to humanity & a side of chips, hard to get wrong but they managed it……Feelings of foreboding from the moment we walked in, wanted to escape at all costs but unfortunately had a voucher which we had cashed in so we tried to at least get our moneys worth. Utterly indescribably bad in very way from entry to exit

Got to say think reviews are a bit harsh . Went Saturday struggled to find the actual place but once we did met by Dave who was really friendly helpful. We got exactly what it said on the voucher food wise. 3 lovely mini burgers from a huge choice, beer and my wife has a wine spritzer plus we had a Krusty cream. What was disappointing it was advertised with Jazz and I don’t think that would ever happen as voucher valid 12-5 and music is in evening. Never mind burgers were great !

Got a voucher for burgers and bottomless gin cocktails. Arrived and wasn't sure where the place was. Met others who were also looking for the same place. There was just a tiny open burger area, we went in and called for service but noone was around. The others we met rang the number given and there was no answer. Made our way down a side alley, upstairs and in a door. It was so dark we couldn't see where we were going and had to put our phone torches on. We had booked for bottomless gin cocktails and was only offered a gin and tonic with the choice of raspberry or peach gin. We ordered one with lemonade and one with tonic but they were served the wrong way round. Ended up saying we would have Prosecco which the guy serving was pleased about as said he preferred pouring this as it is an upper and gin is a downer! The burgers were gorgeous and it came with crispy creme doughnuts. Had one Gin and tonic and about 3 glasses of prosecco. Glasses were empty a lot of the time! Worth going for the lovely burgers but not for cocktails or a bottomless deal.

We had travelled all the way down from Southend to meet family and had booked afternoon tea for 3 o’clock to find it was shut! Andy did not answer phone calls or text messages for over an hour. Eventually it was greeted by an oh s&&t I forgot but no apology!!! We were then told to come at 5 o’clock still no apology and it was not a place for afternoon tea. Andy clearly did not care about how he came across and if he never saw us again. Food was nice but had extra charges of £26 for 2 sides… chips and halliumi fries !!!! After all this we were trying to have a nice afternoon tea with family and then half way through to have a band set up and try out their sound check - a relaxing afternoon? It was not!! I would avoid at all costs as they really just don’t care!

Very disappointed with the afternoon tea and prosecco experience. I brought a Wowcher for a friend's 40th Birthday and admittedly it was only £25 but reduced from £50 apparently. We went at the weekend and were charged an additional £3 each for the privilege although on the plus side, he didn't think it was fair to charge a discretion on top (good job). The place looks closed on arrival and after several attempts to contact someone was shown down to an underground club that leaked, only one toilet door shut and the floors were sticky. We were excepting an afternoon tea but were greeted with a tray of Krispy Kremes and dry cupcakes. We could choose one each to go with our 2 1/2 mini burgers. To make it a meal we ordered a potion of fries as a side and another glass of processo each and were stung with a bill of £42 on top of the voucher. If they advertised the experience as a mini burger taster that would have been more accurate and in a different location would have worked as the burgers were tasty. But it wasn't an afternoon tea experience, and the cost was outrageous for what was presented.

What a fantastic burger place. So much to choose from on the menu and a great selection of burgers, (Mini and big), amazing tea, which we went for and value for money. The owner Andrew was so lovely and accommodating too, can't recommend they place enough!! Go you won't be disappointed.

AVOID AVOID AVOID... my friend booked a wowcher deal for this place for our usual circle of friends to meet up as our 6 monthly meet as we are all in different places in the UK. Sounded a lovely afternoon tea but it was horrendous! To get into the place was difficult and I almost went down the bin isle to the side due to lack of signage. Eventually found my way in and that's where the rudeness, arrogance and poor customer service started. Our booking was for 1pm, yes one of our group was an hr late due to unforseen circumstances, but from the moment the 4 out of 5 of us sat down we were hounded for the wowcher code/ voucher, the confirmation of booking was not good enough for the single member of staff in the venue( turned out my friendthat booked already provoded him with the codes iver the phone at the time of booking) . Having noted our friend was on her way his response was 'well so is christmas' I was shocked and surprised by that replyas the venue was hardly rocking with business.... He went off and served everyone else in the venue, albeit in an unorganised way so clearly has no idea how to waiter.... we were not even asked if we wanted drinks. Our friend arrived and he made a blatant point to ignore us to take our drink order let alone our food order! Despite me flagging we were all ready and present- was told we'd have to wait as he had others to see! All in all it took 2 hrs for our food and drinks to arrive and that inc 2 glasses of tap water! And the prosecco was only half a glass at that. The only positive was the food.... the burgers were cooked lovely. But evening receiving them the waiter/ owner made a comment about the accent of one of our group and called her Welsh when she's actually Czech! It was just dumfounding there was no need for that at all. If you are after a slap dash so called ' afternoon tea' where there is rudeness and poor service galore then you're heading to the right place.

Booked 12 o’clock bit open rang number provided said they open at 2 returned at 2pm place in full flow people obviously had been there drinking awhile. One guy running the operation three behind the kitchen if short staffed he honest and say. We bought a wowcher bottomless brunch that included unlimited prosecco, beer and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. When we arrived we thought the place had closed down because it was a total mess with sticky floors, dirty tables, wobbly chairs and the lights out. The guy running the place asked us how bothered we were about the doughnuts and before we could answer said he only had one but he had cupcakes so we thought that was an ok swap. We ordered our 6 sliders ( in total not each) plus a side of fries, onion rings and coleslaw to share, my partner also ordered a Diet Coke as he was driving. The food arrived on a cake stand which on the top had 1 doughnut and 1 cupcake. We were then told he didn’t have anymore. The restaurant menu has a large selection of desserts but at no time we’re we offered any of them as a substitute. We decided we wanted to leave and was then produced with a bill for £30 for the sides and the drink plus a service charge and a supplement for booking on a weekend ( none of this was advertised on wowcher) The whole experience was awkward, disappointing and to be honest a huge con. We paid over £75 for something at amounted to a burger and chips. Avoid at all costs!!!

Went for a wowcher prosecco deal...food was OK, but not as advertised as no cakes apart from a doughnut...owner didn't want to serve drinks fir the allotted time stating we had gone past it although continued when realised we had noted time...really slow serving drinks to keep to a minimum....had the cheek to charge us a service charge and a weekend charge even though nothing on the terms on wowcher...paid the 15 pound extra as wanted to get out of there...Think they don't like it if you go for the deal, and don't spend too much on the rest of the menu...wouldn't return, and wouldn't recommend..
