Out later than expected we called in for a burger. My son had the smash burger. I had the chick burg. Both were delicious. I'm more chicken than beef. I have to say it was the nicest burger I have ever tasted. The ingredients were fresh, the chicken was perfect and the special sauce is something else!! I could eat this half the week and not get bored. So tasty. Photo uploaded but the picture doesn't do it justice.

Usually love the food but had a really bad experience with a delivery. Waited 2 hours for the food, received no communication from the takeaway that it was going to be so late or the reason for it. When I called they just said it was busy and told me it would be 10 minutes. They also ensured me the food wouldn't be cold. Took another 25 minutes to arrive and surprise surprise.... it was cold. They're refusing a refund. I spent a lot of money on that order to receive cold and mediocre food way later than expected.

Been hitting this place up for a while now and standards are high. Classic double pattie burger meal with skin on fries n a blue tango slush.... huge slab of Matilada cake for good measures.... always delivered on the rapid...Git in!

Picked up a late night meal, had the Chicken Burger meal, this is the only take out that actually supplies real chicken and its charcoal chicken as well, not your frozen rubbish. Chips were crispy and fresh. Definitely will be eating here again for food. Thanks guys for the late night collection.

Ordered from this place multiple times now and never had an issue. We always pick up, but on every occasion the food has been spot on. Fresh, timed to perfection and excellent service. Great veggie option for me. The meatless is spot on for a tasty treat and my partner swears by the chick burg. Highly recommend every time for the best burgers in Cheshire. Normally get collection and have no complaints about the burgers however today I got delivery after waiting for it to arrive, the order was incorrect and partly cold. I then had to wait for the right things to be sent which did arrive hot but whilst eating the burger I found a chicken bone inside. Has completely put me off to be honest.

Carnt recommend this place enough just of ordered 30+ times never had a bad one or wrong order best takeaway in nnorthwichby a country mile! Friendly and proffesional bunch of lads who carnt go out there way enough to help!👌

Oh. My. God. I'm not a big burger fan, but I really wanted to try the milkshakes and thought I may as well get dinner as well. The smashed brunch burger and fries were absolutely gorgeous! I've literally just finished eating and had to immediately leave a review. The milkshake and cookie dough were also utterly delicious - I'm a very happy customer! I'm actually just glad you don't do a loyalty scheme - I'd use it as an excuse to order every day!

Excellent take away. Delivery was showing as 1 hour arrived after approximately 25 minutes. Food was hot and tasted great. Very reasonable in price too compared to another burger takeaway. Will definitely return

I ordered the Smash Burger and my Mrs ordered another burger on recommendation from my barber… did not disappoint! I would go as far as saying the burgers (and even the fries!) were possibly the best i’ve ever had. Burg N Ice has been on my doorstep this whole time and I never knew, which really pisses me off. Definitely my new go-to for burgers & fast food. 10/10.

Amazing food! The smashed burger was so juicy tender and flavoursome and the cheesy fries were delish! Everything super fresh, arrived hot (and mega quickly!) and packed so nice in funky boxes with nice patterned greaseproof paper….first time ordering from here but definitely not the last!! Slow. We have ordered a few times and the delivery times are horrendously slow. On average delivery takes 1.5 hours even though the tracking shows 30 mins. The food, when it does eventually arrive is nice although slightly cold but that’s likely because of the time it takes. If you go in to order or collect things are probably better but if you want to have it delivered prepare for a wait… a long one!

Great food in terms of taste and quality and the staff could not do enough. I recently placed an order for around 30 people, all food arrived on time and labelled up, great service. The chicken wings are some of the best I’ve tasted!! And plenty on the dirty fries.

Stopping over in Northwich and found this place by chance. The brunch burger, chicken tenders and onion rings have now been ordered twice in two days and can honestly say it is probably the nicest burger and chicken tenders I can remember having. Shop looks very clean and the staff are friendly and quick.

Order arrived late and cold and the man didn’t take payment we shouted him back and he drove off to then come ringing are door bell gone 10 pm was extremely rude when we called and the man who came back for the money was also rude don’t recommend ordering from here food was just not nice

Food was nice but let down by a few things a lot of gristle in the burger not good may have been unlucky? But the size of the milkshakes is a joke for £6.99 a milkshake the size of a can! (should be £3 for the size of it) other places there £5 but twice the size!! Paid over £40 for 2 burgers 2 milkshakes 🤷🏼‍♂️ felt like I’d been robbed with that size milkshake literally size of a can of Coke for £7 🤪 (edit…..after cheeky reply) Firstly your claiming your milkshakes are competitively priced but there half the size of “other smash burger places” (12oz)actually is the size of a can of coke! £6.99 for a can of coke sized milkshake And yes my bill was 40£ with delivery joke why you questioning how much iv spent like you don’t believe me? New to area and saw this place pop up a few times. Looked great but a million places like it around the country... Absolutely stunned by what got delivered, easily the BEST takeaway burger fries chicken wings tenders I’ve ever had. Quality was second to none and not to sound like a douche but I’ve had some food in my time. My new go to, which means I must finally start going to the gym I joined.

Ordered a chicken burger + fries for collection instead of having my usual Smash Patti burger meal delivered and have to say I was not disappointed. My order was ready a lot quicker than expected and my food was still hot when I got home. Chk burger/fries tasted delicious, not greasy at all plus the salad was crisp and fresh. Definitely the number one place to go if it’s any kinda burger you desire! The place had a good atmosphere and the customer service I received from Maji (the lad at front of house) was second to none, very polite and helpful 🙂 Highly recommend Burg N Ice

One of the best takeaways in Northwich!!! I have had food from here a few times now and every time the freshness and quality of ingredients has been to a high standard! Try the Burg N Ice loaded fries! You won't be disappointed. The burgers are probably the best in town. The pricing is spot on based on the quality you will get. Everything was packaged with care and each burger is individually wrapped in greaseproof paper (however there is zero grease). I so hope that this place sticks around for a very long time as I will be definitely remain one of their customers. Keep up the good work guys.

Ordered at 20:15, didn’t receive until 2.5 hours later and that’s after having to ring up when they clearly forgot. Food arrived and found a string of plastic mid bite. Really frustrated after I’ve been before and have enjoyed it. Won’t be getting my custom again.

Thought we would try here tonight. Somewhere new and different. Prices aren’t too bad at all. I had the chicken burger which was so tasty. It wasn’t greasy at all. Had some fries and garlic mayo dip too. Very nice. Other half had a classic beef burger and was very impressed. Looking at their menu after ordering and would definitely order again and maybe try one of their milkshakes too.

3 of us sat in to eat on a Saturday at 5pm, only a few seats but there was space for us. Order 3 burger meals (burger, skin on fries and milkshake or ice blast), all with specific requirements such a sauces, salad, different drinks etc. (This cost £28) Despite the team being busy with orders our food took less than 10 minutes to be ready and we all really enjoyed our food, the smash burger was particularly good! Good service, good portion sizes and delicious food 👍🏻

Food was the best burger I’ve had in a long time!

Put an order in through Uber eats, 2 hours later nothing had arrived so called and gave my details to the guy on the phone who went to check. I could then hear someone in the background shouting he had not received an order and for me to check it again! The guy then came back on the phone to say there had been an error and they hadn't got my order, I questioned this as someone has to accept it for it to go through. As I mentioned at this point it had been 2 hours since placing the order so I said not to bother as they hadn't started making it. I then get a notification from Uber stating that due to me cancelling the order whilst they were preparing (which they werent) I would be charged for the whole thing! To make a mistake or an error is one thing and understand sometimes these things happen but not once did I receive an apology at least.

Slow service, burgers whilst good were late by 25 minutes. Two members of staff were doing nothing whilst the other two worked hard. Burger sauce was not special enough, needed something more.

Food arrived around 45 mins after ordering & piping hot, probably due to the excellent recyclable packaging. The food was really tasty, absolutely delicious. Smashed Burger has to be the best burger I've had! My only issue was the chicken wings were coated in a rather spicy sauce - I realised this was a gamble when I ordered them as the menu on UberEats didn't give any information about the sauce - perhaps this could be expanded upon? Otherwise fantastic quality meal, thank you.

We have just eaten the combi box with the burger and chicken, hot wings chips and fillets. My only disappointment is that they don't sell the hot wings as a bucket. I would choose this over maybe any and all food at the moment it was that good. You will not be disappointed, except wanting the hot wings in a bucket!

So I ordered well before the place closes (around 12:00) Paid extra for cheese & made sure to include all salad etc. Delivered, I had no salad, no sauce & no cheese - except for one small pot of mayo - (I ordered mayo plus BBQ sauce), literally just a dry, plain burger... For 17 pounds I expect wayyy better, defo won't be going here again just seemed thrown together. If you guys can't fulfil an order for whatever reason, just don't accept it?

Absolutely shocking. I understand places get busy at the weekend but this was ridiculous! I ordered food for delivery at 7:30pm & by 8:45pm I was starting to think it wasn’t coming. I rang the store and just asked them to confirm they definitely had my order. The gentleman I spoke to was rude & short with me saying he’s busy. I asked how long it was going to be & he said it will hopefully leave the shop in the next 15 minutes. I accepted and understood that they were busy. I called back again half an hour later, so now the food has taken over 2 hours to come asking if it had even left the shop yet, the man replied no. So I decided to cancel the order at this point. Me and my partner left the house to go and pick food up elsewhere as we were obviously still starving! Half an hour later so we’re on over 3 hours since I originally ordered now, the delivery driver starts ringing me. I answered and he was rude. Basically having a go because I wasn’t answering the door. I explained I had cancelled the order over 40 minutes ago. Finally he accepted & that was that! Poor service & absolutely rubbish communication from staff on all parts. Will not be ordering from them again!!

Ordered a smash burger meal and chicken tenders and I knew something was off with the food so I stopped eating it, fast forward to this morning I can now hardly move,cold and hot sweats and the worst headache imaginable, was enjoying ordering from here but I shall no longer be doing so, such a shame. EDIT: after 2 days now not being able to eat I have developed ketoacidosis which has landed me in hospital, you and your food has made me incredibly ill and this is the last place I wanted to be, Russian roulette eating from here avoid at all costs the fact that I never got offered a full refund or even a free meal (obviously wouldn’t have touched it) is disgraceful customer service I would have expected you and your staff to have at least tried to make things right in light of how much of a state you’ve made me, shameful and unacceptable.

I will start this review by saying we ordered on a Saturday evening. So, although we waited around an hour and half for delivery - this was understandable and we knew we'd have to wait. Staff were very apologetic and sounded like they'd had a busy night! This was our first try of this reasonably new place and we went for just puddings. Compared to other places near by they were a little higher priced ( whether this seems over priced I will leave you to make up your own mind). We had waffles, cookie dough, milkshake and gellato. It was really yummy. Plenty of sauce on cookie dough, waffles were well topped, milkshake thick and delicious and ice-cream and gellato was tasty. There are definitely places in Northwich doing this sort of thing cheaper but we were happy with the the value here and would defo order again.
