Was in the area for work and came to try their food.. all I can say it was 10/10.. fresh, flavourful and most important of all, good customer service.. 100% recommended!

Food was nice but let down by a few things a lot of gristle in the burger not good may have been unlucky? But the size of the milkshakes is a joke for £6.99 a milkshake the size of a can! (should be £3 for the size of it) other places there £5 but twice the size!! Paid over £40 for 2 burgers 2 milkshakes 🤷🏼‍♂️ felt like I’d been robbed with that size milkshake literally size of a can of Coke for £7 🤪 (edit…..after cheeky reply) Firstly your claiming your milkshakes are competitively priced but there half the size of “other smash burger places” (12oz)actually is the size of a can of coke! £6.99 for a can of coke sized milkshake And yes my bill was 40£ with delivery joke why you questioning how much iv spent like you don’t believe me? New to area and saw this place pop up a few times. Looked great but a million places like it around the country... Absolutely stunned by what got delivered, easily the BEST takeaway burger fries chicken wings tenders I’ve ever had. Quality was second to none and not to sound like a douche but I’ve had some food in my time. My new go to, which means I must finally start going to the gym I joined.

Young man on the till is super polite and didn't mind being asked about the ingredients. He recommended the nachos burger and I can confirm it's one of the nicest burgers I've had in a while.

Ordered a chicken burger + fries for collection instead of having my usual Smash Patti burger meal delivered and have to say I was not disappointed. My order was ready a lot quicker than expected and my food was still hot when I got home. Chk burger/fries tasted delicious, not greasy at all plus the salad was crisp and fresh. Definitely the number one place to go if it’s any kinda burger you desire! One of the best takeaways in Northwich!!! I have had food from here a few times now and every time the freshness and quality of ingredients has been to a high standard! Try the Burg N Ice loaded fries! You won't be disappointed. The burgers are probably the best in town. The pricing is spot on based on the quality you will get. Everything was packaged with care and each burger is individually wrapped in greaseproof paper (however there is zero grease). I so hope that this place sticks around for a very long time as I will be definitely remain one of their customers. Keep up the good work guys.

OH MY...forget 5guys, traveling & spending a fortune on burgers, this local place did not disappoint at all. I only had an entry level burger & I almost cried tears of joy eating it, my son was exactly the same, we haven't stopped going on about it! Absolutely amazing burgers and milkshakes 🤤. We had the Smashed the Brunch and the chick burg and all were super tasty. The milkshakes were thick and full of flavours. Cookie dough after was an additional treat. Staff was super polite giving 10/10 customer service despite being busy. All in all lovely to have this great new addition to our town!

Ordered at 20:15, didn’t receive until 2.5 hours later and that’s after having to ring up when they clearly forgot. Food arrived and found a string of plastic mid bite. Really frustrated after I’ve been before and have enjoyed it. Won’t be getting my custom again.

Thought we would try here tonight. Somewhere new and different. Prices aren’t too bad at all. I had the chicken burger which was so tasty. It wasn’t greasy at all. Had some fries and garlic mayo dip too. Very nice. Other half had a classic beef burger and was very impressed. Looking at their menu after ordering and would definitely order again and maybe try one of their milkshakes too.

3 of us sat in to eat on a Saturday at 5pm, only a few seats but there was space for us. Order 3 burger meals (burger, skin on fries and milkshake or ice blast), all with specific requirements such a sauces, salad, different drinks etc. (This cost £28) Despite the team being busy with orders our food took less than 10 minutes to be ready and we all really enjoyed our food, the smash burger was particularly good! Good service, good portion sizes and delicious food 👍🏻

Food was the best burger I’ve had in a long time!

Put an order in through Uber eats, 2 hours later nothing had arrived so called and gave my details to the guy on the phone who went to check. I could then hear someone in the background shouting he had not received an order and for me to check it again! The guy then came back on the phone to say there had been an error and they hadn't got my order, I questioned this as someone has to accept it for it to go through. As I mentioned at this point it had been 2 hours since placing the order so I said not to bother as they hadn't started making it. I then get a notification from Uber stating that due to me cancelling the order whilst they were preparing (which they werent) I would be charged for the whole thing! To make a mistake or an error is one thing and understand sometimes these things happen but not once did I receive an apology at least.

Slow service, burgers whilst good were late by 25 minutes. Two members of staff were doing nothing whilst the other two worked hard. Burger sauce was not special enough, needed something more.

Food arrived around 45 mins after ordering & piping hot, probably due to the excellent recyclable packaging. The food was really tasty, absolutely delicious. Smashed Burger has to be the best burger I've had! My only issue was the chicken wings were coated in a rather spicy sauce - I realised this was a gamble when I ordered them as the menu on UberEats didn't give any information about the sauce - perhaps this could be expanded upon? Otherwise fantastic quality meal, thank you.

We have just eaten the combi box with the burger and chicken, hot wings chips and fillets. My only disappointment is that they don't sell the hot wings as a bucket. I would choose this over maybe any and all food at the moment it was that good. You will not be disappointed, except wanting the hot wings in a bucket!

So I ordered well before the place closes (around 12:00) Paid extra for cheese & made sure to include all salad etc. Delivered, I had no salad, no sauce & no cheese - except for one small pot of mayo - (I ordered mayo plus BBQ sauce), literally just a dry, plain burger... For 17 pounds I expect wayyy better, defo won't be going here again just seemed thrown together. If you guys can't fulfil an order for whatever reason, just don't accept it?

Absolutely shocking. I understand places get busy at the weekend but this was ridiculous! I ordered food for delivery at 7:30pm & by 8:45pm I was starting to think it wasn’t coming. I rang the store and just asked them to confirm they definitely had my order. The gentleman I spoke to was rude & short with me saying he’s busy. I asked how long it was going to be & he said it will hopefully leave the shop in the next 15 minutes. I accepted and understood that they were busy. I called back again half an hour later, so now the food has taken over 2 hours to come asking if it had even left the shop yet, the man replied no. So I decided to cancel the order at this point. Me and my partner left the house to go and pick food up elsewhere as we were obviously still starving! Half an hour later so we’re on over 3 hours since I originally ordered now, the delivery driver starts ringing me. I answered and he was rude. Basically having a go because I wasn’t answering the door. I explained I had cancelled the order over 40 minutes ago. Finally he accepted & that was that! Poor service & absolutely rubbish communication from staff on all parts. Will not be ordering from them again!!

Ordered a smash burger meal and chicken tenders and I knew something was off with the food so I stopped eating it, fast forward to this morning I can now hardly move,cold and hot sweats and the worst headache imaginable, was enjoying ordering from here but I shall no longer be doing so, such a shame. EDIT: after 2 days now not being able to eat I have developed ketoacidosis which has landed me in hospital, you and your food has made me incredibly ill and this is the last place I wanted to be, Russian roulette eating from here avoid at all costs the fact that I never got offered a full refund or even a free meal (obviously wouldn’t have touched it) is disgraceful customer service I would have expected you and your staff to have at least tried to make things right in light of how much of a state you’ve made me, shameful and unacceptable.

I will start this review by saying we ordered on a Saturday evening. So, although we waited around an hour and half for delivery - this was understandable and we knew we'd have to wait. Staff were very apologetic and sounded like they'd had a busy night! This was our first try of this reasonably new place and we went for just puddings. Compared to other places near by they were a little higher priced ( whether this seems over priced I will leave you to make up your own mind). We had waffles, cookie dough, milkshake and gellato. It was really yummy. Plenty of sauce on cookie dough, waffles were well topped, milkshake thick and delicious and ice-cream and gellato was tasty. There are definitely places in Northwich doing this sort of thing cheaper but we were happy with the the value here and would defo order again.

Ordered a nice meal on first day of opening, but only half the order arrived after we'd payed by card and we weren't told that kids stuff wasn't in the order, very annoyed, tryed to ring only to be left with no food for grandson, NO EXPLANATION, finally was sent an email saying how busy they'd been (fair enough) and that they'd run out of stuff, so why wasn't it on the receipt, still carnt get through and still carnt get the £8+ meal for our grandson or a refund, NOT HAPPY, sort yourselves out, Not a good start at all 😡.... Fuming

OBSESSED WITH THEIR BURGERS AND WAFFLES! Omg I tried this today I think it’s newly opened and I’m obsessed with the food!!! I had ‘the smashed’ burger with the crinkle fries. The burger was seasoned to perfection and the fries were perfectly crispy. And they also have TANGO ICE BLASTS!! It was the perfect fizzy slushy drink to accompany my burger! Delivery came fast and warm and can’t wait to order again!!! Love it!
