40 min queue for blokes toilet and the worst bar staff ever. It is a sink pub near the station in London. Go only if no better option.

Fue a comer el domingo de Pascua. Los entrantes eran muy agradables. Yo tenía el Roast Rump de carne, que era bastante duro y masticable. Ciertamente no es la mejor carne asada que he probado. Mi esposa tenía medio pollo asado, que disfrutaba. Mi hijo tenía pollo Schnitzel, que también disfrutaba. Dos de nosotros comimos ruibarbo y manzana desmenuzado con natilla de tomillo de limón - ambos acordamos que la natilla estándar habría sido mucho mejor. El personal de servicio era encantador, el ambiente en el restaurante era bueno. Como ex chef, me sentí un poco decepcionado por la comida.

Fui a almorzar y había reservado una mesa días antes. Persona detrás de la barra nos mostró a una mesa de arriba y dijo que no estaba seguro de si el servicio de mesa estaba disponible, pero podíamos pedir en el bar. Había un tipo que servía comida a las mesas, así que esperamos un poco para que nos dieran menús. Se rindió y miró el sitio web para elegir y ordenó abajo en el bar. Mi amigo llevó las bebidas. Entró una mesa de seis y se sentaron junto a los menús de los sirvientes y las órdenes tomadas. Ok. Él trajo nuestra comida, pero fue degradante cuando se le pidió sal y pimienta de ketchup. Prueba las patatas fritas ya que están saladas. Varias otras mesas vinieron y fueron atendidas por él. Después de terminar nuestra comida, todas las demás mesas fueron limpiadas aparte de la nuestra. Decidimos no continuar nuestro día allí e ir a otro lugar. Nos fuimos sintiéndonos ciudadanos de segunda clase. La comida en sí era muy agradable. Pero no creo que vaya a ir allí de nuevo para ser socavado e ignorado.

Rude, unhelpful and damn-right useless door-staff. If this is the calibre of people "manning the doors" then avoid at all costs!!!

Booked up for 8 of us to have lunch, ordered a few starters which were very tasty and then a couple each of the sharer plates ( ploughman's and cemembert) plus a few sides all was very tasty plenty of food, the tater pots were lovely and crispy. A big shout out to our server Lauren, service was exceptional. Will definitely book up again.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The menu is affordable and has a reasonable variety. Stopping there last minute for a late sandwich was easy, and they brought out items outdoors due to being full inside. The food tasted great, the only major critique is that the sandwich only had practically less than one slice of meat on it for the entire thing which did not even extend across the entire sandwich. I won’t complain much because it was seven pounds but worth improving. Lovely place though and worth visiting!

Only gave food three stars coz we were only drinking. Great central London pub, close to stations. Rammed busy but didn’t feel like it, easy to get to the bar for friendly, fast service. Recommend you book a table, even if only meeting for a drink, as it gets busy after work. Great place!

Never eaten in here but often stop for a beer on my way home. Busy place, very welcoming and friendly.

You must place an order by downloading an app and then placing and paying for your order. When your phones dies, you need to go downstairs and place an in person order. Silly system. The person who brought us our food was kind and after 4 attempts, he was able to take n order manually. The atmosphere is loud and difficult to have conversation unless you want to be loud as well. Food was bland and lacking flavour.

Hosted a few events in the function room upstairs and they always delivery a great experience with great food too

El personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y servicial durante toda la noche, asegurando que todo funcionara sin problemas. La comida era excelente, bien presentada, deliciosa y disfrutada por todos. El ambiente era cálido y acogedor. Todo estaba bien organizado. Recomendaría encarecidamente este lugar para alquiler de eventos y sin duda volveremos en el futuro!

It’s lively and fun on a Tuesday night, they were playing Eurythmics when we walked in then George Michael. The Deya was good too, what’s not to love!

Amazing bar staff! Despite being based in the busy London Bridge area this pub feels like your local.

Thoroughly good experience for our lunch and chats off the main drag of busy London streets. Great banter with the staff with the food being turned around in 10 minutes and did exactly what we expected. Hot food, well prepared, well seasoned and well presented can fall under the timeless banner of simple menu, done well. In an age of the paralysing 'paradox of choice' menus that span the world but struggle to deliver a meaningful eating experience, the less is more approach is alive and well, and our lunch all the better for it.

Stopped off her for a drink en route elsewhere. Pub was packed as rugby was on but we found a seat and I was really impressed with how quick the service was the bar was despite the crowds. Clientele were all really friendly too.

The staff treated us as though we were interrupting their evening. We ordered a starter and main - and they all came out together. The place was full and the atmosphere was lovely, but the service absolutely let the place down ... Maybe they only like locals?

We had a lovely lunch after landing in London and taking a train to London Bridge - it was a random choice, but a good one. We had delicious fish and chips and pint of cider and instantly got into a "London trip mood" thanks to that!

On this occasion one of the loos was out of order and that had no loo roll but staff were fab they went to sort it straight away.. Food was great, we had a mixture of snacky, starter type plates and they were all great. The beer I had from the bar didn't seem to be on the app and there wasn't as much choice as usual

James saw us to our table upstairs on a busy Sunday night. James recommended the draft beers and we try two. Dinner was served of traditional pub grub and we enjoyed the evening very much, our Austrian visitors were well pleased. Will return.

Really busy pub near London Bridge station and Borough Market. Most helpful team for such a busy part of London and speedy service. We sat in the heated garden, which was cosy and festive and enjoyed our Christmas drinks before going for dinner. The dining room was reserved for a party but I’ll make sure to book next time, as I’d love to book in for dinner and try the food.

Was approached by a member of staff in the middle of having drinks with my frirnds and asked to sit on another chair as the chair I was sitting on was "bothering" the staff member, since according to him it wasn't the chair that supposed to be with that table (even though it was there when we got there, we didn't move it) Asked me to sit on a metallic chair, when I told him I don't want to change my comfy, warm wooden chair to the cold metallic one he was offering me, he said that the male friend of the group should "warm it up" for me (which is already a weird thing to say) When I refused for the second time this person was visibly annoyed with me, rolled his eyes and left. The whole incident left me speechless as on what planet 1) is this how a 40+ year old man should speak to a younger woman 2) to a paying customer? I love how he just expected me to jump up 'cause the chair "bothered" him, 10/10 male logic there. But the best bit was when a large group of people came and took over the two tables next to us, moving them the way it was comfortable for them to get their company comfortably sitting together. I have no problem with them as they seemed lovely, but not once did the male colleague came over to them and told them it bugged him that they moved the tables/chairs. Don't know if it was because I'm a woman and he's used to bossing the women in his life around or because me and my friends are foreigners and the large company was British but definitely won't be coming back here, there's plenty of better places in the area. Cheers for the below mediocre service I guess

Excellent selection of vegetables with the roast. Gammon was more like a slice of bacon. Yorkshire puddings were great.

We have been coming here for the past 5 years for our "LadMas" celebrations and each year it surpasses the previous year. Amelia, our dedicated host was always there when we wanted drinks, the food was also equally as good. The Manager, Pawel, once again was always there to answer any questions and queries ahead of the event date.

Thank you to this place for saving our last night in town! I had made a reservation at a historic pub down the road for a Sunday roast to celebrate our last night in town. When we arrived at that spot they were all out of all their roasts and a few other items on the menu. I was so disappointed and the rest of the menu just didn’t sound appealing. So we found Bunch of Grapes and figured we would give it a shot. The menu looked pretty good too. We were able to get a table easily. Ordered a beef roast, chicken roast, and chicken schnitzel. Everything was delicious and I was happy we got a Sunday roast when all was said and done. The beers and ciders were tasty too. Ordering at the bar was easy. Staff were nice. Food came out pretty quickly. Definitely a decent spot to hang out and the other menu items sounded pretty tasty too.

A little chaotic when we sat down but very pleasant and very good and abundant food. Highly recommended for lunch near Harrods at a moderate price

I had my work Christmas party here last night, where we had reserved the upstairs area. The atmosphere, food, and staff were all fantastic. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout the evening, making the night a true success. I absolutely love this pub and can’t wait to return! It is such a great location and such a great building.

Didn't have any food. Was in town with a mate. Great place to kill time before a gig. Decent beers on tap. Table service is nice.

Good service and food served quickly. The person who took the order needed a bit more training but otherwise service was great. Ford was tasty and the portions weren't too small. Seating "out the back" was a little chilly and "canteen like" but friendly.

Fantastic evening! We were upstairs 12 of us … the service was amazing nothing too much. Great area if your catching up with friends. Food was delicious!

A charming and inconspicuous establishment that I discovered during my recent exploration of the area. I highly recommend that you visit this establishment and experience its offerings. The outdoor seating area at the rear of the establishment is particularly noteworthy.

Went on a Thursday 1730-2100 and from start to finish the place was buzzing. Refreshing to see a pub so busy but with minimal wait time to be served by friendly staff because management ensured the number of staff was perfect. We ate upstairs after a drinks in the bar and James our server was great. Professional enough for us not left wanting and with good banter for a laugh. Just how a good barman/server should be but is hard to find these days. Great visit with everything just right. Will definitely be back and thoroughly recommend. Thanks James

The head bar man (jay?) was brilliant answered the phone late on a Monday night after my husband left his expensive glasses at the pub. Reassuring us that they would be kept in the safe until he can pick them up. 5 star service

Love this place for a drink but found ourselves here on a Sunday looking for a roast. I'm a vegetarian and had the wellington it was incredible my husband had the roast beef. Reasonably priced for london

Nice pub, close to the station, pleasant outdoor seating.

Fairly hectic after work bar. Large groups of shouty blokes rather off putting and the outdoor area that's so covered over it's basically inside had people smoking in it, which wasn't great. Suggest avoid. May become more charming on the weekend you hope.

Mis amigos y yo tuvimos un gran almuerzo en el grupo de uvas el domingo pasado, después de completar una caminata benéfica. Habíamos reservado, pero llegamos tarde, pero aún así recibimos una cálida bienvenida. La comida era deliciosa y tuvimos un servicio muy agradable, incluyendo algunas golosinas y agua para los 2 perros que teníamos con nosotros! Sin duda volveríamos a reservar allí de nuevo - muy recomendable!

I visited on a busy Sunday lunch time and was received with good food and great service. When I arrived, there was only one staff at the bar at an almost fully seated pub. The friendly service was not at all compromised and my food order with request of extra chilli sauce was served fast. The gravy and the mini croquette was light, the beef was super tasty. The sitting area at the back yard was perfect to have a quiet reading space overlooking the shard against the sky. On my way out, another older female staff joint the young man at the bar. She went through extra trouble to fill my water bottle with warm water requested. (There was self service iced lemon water available on the side already). I am really grateful. In case the staff is reading this, the water was for my meds needing warm water to dissolve in. So thank you! Pub like this make my day sparkle ✨
