The service was quick and the staff were lovely even though the pub was very busy. We sat upstairs which was good as we all wanted to chat and this area was a lot quieter than downstairs. Good pint of Guinness.

Noisy, crowded, seating difficult to find

Great location, just near London Bridge Station. Service and staff are good. It can get very busy and loud, so in our case we couldn't even have a conversation.

The Bunch of Grapes is a great spot just down the road from the Shard. My friend and I have been for pre-dinner drinks there before, and on Good Friday, decided to try the food at the pub. And I'll happily return. You can order your food via the Youngs app, and it comes to your table. We had booked, but the team couldn't find our booking, so after a drink in the sheltered garden, we found a nice table upstairs to the pub. We ordered a ploughman's lunch, fries, and chicken wings. It was more than enough for two people! We struggled. And with the tip, it was about £40. Obviously, a round for 2 people is generally around £12/14, but that's London for you. So, great food, a great choice of beer, and a nice venue. The staff could be a bit more polite. The two women serving on Friday must have gotten out of the wrong side of the bed, as it really seemed that they didn't want to be there, let alone serve people.

Service can be a little slow at times, especially after work, it is, a lovely pub tho and hidden gem in London Bridge. Always great for meeting and going on somewhere else.

We had dinner there last weekend and, although they had had an incident at the door and it was full of people, the service was pretty good. Great food, fast and great value for money.

Humas was a watery slop on a plate.. Hubby's burger was soaking in grease.. the bun fell apart with the grease Awful

Gorgeous pub in the heart of London Bridge. It has an upstairs mostly for dining, and two different areas. Really busy over the weekends and after work on weekdays. The only downside is that they only have 1 single female toilets! So queues are always terrible.

Really love this pub. Has a great atmosphere and loads of character. Had a great experience the last time we were there, however, on this occasion, the food and service let the side down. Chicken escalope was dry as a bone and the burger was so small, patties very thin considering the price of £17.50. It was shrove Tuesday and we were given pancakes as a good gesture which we thought was really lovely, but unfortunately the pancakes were stale and dry and tasteless. Food needs a bit of work, but the pub itself is a great after work boozer.

We went group of friends for a meeting travelling from different countries straightaway from airports. It was lovely. We looked at open pub at late hour around 10:30pm. Found this pub at google maps as a place that is open till midnight. Went straight there and it was lovely! I really liked staff, friendly bunch of guys, all beautiful stylish and smiling people even right at the end of their shifts. Also music, don’t know who is responsible for the music but it was right up my taste☺️ We were drinking Peroni beer, a pint £7. They also were nice enough to give us a plastic cups at closing time to take our last drinks with us outside.

Great atmosphere and the food was tasty, but god damn the drinks are expensive here!! A double G&T was over £15 and a Guinness was £7, much more expensive than others pubs just around the corner. Great atmosphere but the price is going to stop me from coming back.

Freezing in there...🥶 And... Check out the male toilet. You have to wade to the toilet to get to it. Been like that for months! Utterly disgusted of such a low level venue 🤯

I was searching on google maps for beer and maybe a snack after a long day and I found the closest to the local market where I was. So I spent an afternoon at a lovely outdoor backyard area enjoying beer & music. Plus other lovely things were the charging spots in every single table. The bar service was fast & friendly.

Popped in yesterday as was in the area before heading to the match. Was looking forward to visiting as it’s been on my list to do for a long time. Disappointing that it wasn’t as good as I was expecting, not that it was a bad experience or anything massively negative about it but I just found it average in comparison to other pubs in the area. Also disappointing that in a tourist area this pub doesn’t allow children so no good for families unfortunately which meant it was a very quick stop off for me.

Great place to socialise, staff were efficient & very pleasant. Drink was spot on highly recommended

Young's Special went down well after a full day of walking and sightseeing around London.

My friend booked us a Christmas lunch here at £45 for three courses. The roast dinner was appalling, comfortably the worst I've ever been served, with two anemic slices of turkey (one of which was 50% gloopy fat), three hard little potatoes (not "fluffy" as advertised), barely any vegetables (with no "honey glaze" as advertised), no Yorkshire pudding and a stuffing ball that I could have played 18 holes of golf with. Dessert was a chocolate "mousse" that had no bubbles in it, it was just chocolatey slime. Frankly it's the worst value-for-money I've ever received food wise, and I will be making a complaint to the management. The kitchen staff need a firm boot up their backsides. The serving staff were superb and I felt so sorry for them bringing out these awful meals with pity on their faces. EDIT: I do not understand their response, as they have not offered my any opportunity to make things right whatsoever, nor responded to my emails, not offered a refund of any kind. It's just meaningless words from a bottom-of-the-barrel pub company who couldn't care less. Ignore any and all five star reviews, because I know from experience that Youngs offer their staff a fiver per go to get friends and family to write sham reviews to bump up scores.

Possibly the best pub burger in London! I visited with friends on Thurs 4th Jan. Packed! Great atmosphere (if a busy pub is your thing) and the table I'd booked was waiting for us, if you want to guarantee a table, book one! Whoever was in the kitchen that evening clearly knows what they're doing and cooks a spectacular burger! Test of the pub team were great as well, bar staff were efficient and served as quickly as they could given how busy it was.

This pub is very popular and can be very busy. Guests regularly stream out onto the road. The pub is quite cramped, toilets can have queues even for the gents. It does have a great atmosphere though if you like pubs There are no grapes

I've often found this pub a little bit too busy (nothing against the pub, just the prime location makes it an easy place for workers to go for after work drinks) Some friends and I booked a Christmas dinner here and it was next level- the food was lovely but the atmosphere upstairs was great (not as busy) and the staff were unbelievable. They were friendly and so attentive. Will definitely be back.

Decent enough pub close to Borough Market. Reasonable range beyond the usual humdrum inc London Fields. Despite being at times very busy being Xmas week getting served was never too much of a drama - impressed with that

Must be good here, it was packed. Music was too loud for conversation but everyone else seemed ok with it. Staff were nice actually.

No crisps or nuts. Didn't even bother asking about pork scratchings. Tried to sell me something off the menu. Utter disgrace to call itself a pub. This place and service has offended me.

We hired the first floor room for a private function last week. The whole process from booking the room to pre-ordering drinks for guests arrival was really simple. Would recommmend.

The experience is not that good when you know that people's belongings has been stolen at this place. Three times it happend to the people I know, 2 this year and one of them in the day light. When you approach the staff to tell them that your belongings been stolen you can see that they are not bothered about it which is very poor customer service. I will no longer be comming to this place and would not advise anyone else to go unless you want to have experience like we had. I would advise them to have some kind of security to make sure people safety and make sure that people and them belongings safe

Typical London pub, has lots of seating upstairs and outside. Service at the bar is rather slow even when there’s 3 people standing behind the bar, staff seem like they don’t want to be there.

Nice pub will definitely come back, for the service. Lauren was amazing she was so kind, helping me order as I got a bit stuck on what to have. As well as watching her interact with the other punters she was very attentive and efficient and definitely had every under control. The atmosphere was joyful not too much. It's a very convenient spot, get there early and you'll get a drink quick and a table easily. The busier it gets the service grinds to a halt, 2 toilets(unless others were hiding) are not enough by any means and the top floor just smells of fish(and not fresh)

I host a monthly doll meet up here every month. Yesterday there was a young lady with short blonde hair who was so patient, accommodating and friendly! Absolutely excellent customer service! The venue is also great and had a really nice atmosphere.

Came in today and asked for directions. I can only assume that the lady I asked was the big boss. She was very rude and abrupt to me. In some cases, it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Absolutely foul, considering I approached her with nothing short of politeness. Fortunately, there was another lady, short hair and lovely tattoos that welcomed me with open arms and helped me. We even had a quick natter and she wished me a great day! A little goes a long way. Someone might want to teach this rude lady the way! Will not be returning

Good pub, very near London Bridge, so it's an easy place to meet up. It's a bit of a hidden gem with its unsuspecting multi-level courtyard out back.

Simple food, fairly expensive but it is in London. I would come back again but only if I need a sit down food. With borough market over the road this is hard with their price point to compete against

A nice enough pub which is really so about the court yard as a differential. Popped in for a couple of pints and served by two members of staff who couldn't have been less interested. First one there was no please or thank you. Indeed the only thing she said to me was the price (I asked for the beer I wanted when she looked at me with a raised eyebrow as if to say "well, what do you want?) She banged my pint down so hard it spilt and I had to ask for it to be topped up which drew a huff. Second member found her voice but not her manners. Pub is hugely busy with a mix of punters. Personally I won't go back or endorse it as there are plenty of better choices in the area

A day out in London and found this little gem. Great atmosphere and the food was awesome. Brother had the steak and ale pie with mash and I had chicken Kiev...the portions were huge, I was quite surprised by that and it tasted phenomenal. When I'm back in London I'm definitely grabbing a bite here again.

Being so close to both The Shard and the London Bridge station, Bunch of Grapes is a great pub to go into if you're in the area. Extra seats are also available in the Garden and upstairs as well as tables out the front of the pub.

Absolutely gorgeous traditional pub in London bridge. The staff were really friendly and the truffle Mac n cheese was absolutely delicious, 10/10 would recommend!

Good location (especially stood outside in the summer), good drinks selection- however bar staff for the early Saturday evening were absolutely miserable and rude despite it not being hugely busy, put a damper on the visit.

Always lively and busy in the evenings but bar service is always super quick. Nice outside space at the back if it’s warm or for smokers / vapers.

The pub for location is great however, the bar staff were rude when trying to find a menu for food. Also, I was with my Argentinian friend and dismissed her because of her accent (her English is fine) in the end ordered for her but that shouldn't have had to be the case. The food was good though.

What a great place!! Friendly service and happy atmosphere.

We sat out the back in the courtyard garden and it was extremely peaceful after the bustle of borough market which was heaving. The ploughman’s was brilliant and a little different to the norm - scotch eggs were top notch. The hazy on tap was excellent.

Decent no frills boozer with plenty of seating and an 'outdoor' undercover section to the back of the establishment. Good choice of beer and wine. Service quick. Staff hard working and friendly. Toilets kept to a reasonable standard. Great for an after work drink. Have visited many times before and will continue to pop in again. Cheers!

Didn't eat. Just me and my friend drinking. Met a lot of friendly people. London Bridge prices, but that's what it costs.
