Bull's Head in Coventry

Popped in to the bulls head with my 15 year old twins after school I can honestly say one of the best meals we have all had for a long time . Steaks were cooked perfectly even my 15 year olds were praising the food Well done to whoever was looking after the kitchen will definitely come again.

Breakfast batches were lovely and tasty, didn’t wait long. Service excellent, especially Craig, couldn’t do enough for us.

Managed to secure a table for Mother's Day. Food was absolutely delicious, my boys are big eaters and the lay it on chick burgers went down a treat!

Food bang on! Will definitely be back

Have been hear several times in a short space of time and the food has been spot on everytime. Comes out pretty quick, always pipping hot and full of flavour. Leeanne is an asset to the company and is more than helpful everytime ensuring I have put my reg in so I don't receive a fine. She's always happy to help, she's lovely and polite and definitely has great communication and customer service skills. Once again thank you. Will definitely be back and recommen to family and friends.

I was really pleased with the service I was given. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond when serving you its a really pleasant experience. I was speaking to the Staff their names were julie and sophie they were really friendly and willing to chat. Their customer service was so much better than ive seen in other places nothing was too much trouble .

Another great place for food and drinks abd theh give fantastic discount during the week .

Just keep doing what you are doing. Most bar staff are quite switched on and helpful.

I haven’t been a customer at the Bulls Head for very long. However over the last 6months I’ve found myself to become a regular in the pub. The food is delicious and the staff are always welcoming. One member of staff that stood out to me the most is Leanne. I usually come in with my toddler son, on my first visit I sat in a corner observing the new environment. I felt so stressed as the only reason I decided to come in was because it was late and I needed to feed my son quickly before we reached home. Leanne came over after serving our food and was so very friendly. From that first visit I’ve been a regular because of her warm hospitality. I always look forward to seeing Leanne whenever I visit. Great customer service. She’s so welcoming.

Why did you take Italian chicken off the menu? Best dish on there. In summer bring out summer menus example ploughman's Salada

So this was a delivery. Vegan breakfast. The best vegan breakfast I have had. NO Advocado, I hate the stuff. Good portions, not overcooked. Tasted great. It's practically impossible to get a decent vegan breakfast delivered or in a restaurant. This ticked all the boxes. I will definitely order from there again

Came for a festive meal with some friends we pre-ordered our food which made our evening feel so relaxed as we just chatted between courses! The food was hot and fresh and for £17 for 3 courses a steal even if the turkeys not quite what we’d expect! We had the best time thank you all!

I’ve been drinking and dining in the Bulls Head for years. Sometimes I bring my family in. We’ve even had Christmas dinner there a few times. Never a problem, I’ve never had to complain until now. Julie, fantastic woman. A very loyal employee. Friendly. Always smiling. My Niece who was visiting earlier this year went in for lunch and immediately told me about how friendly she was. However, there’s a recent Barmaid. Not too familiar with her but I believe her name is Kelly. She has terrible hospitality. Chooses who she wants to give good service to. Always looking down at customers with her false smile. For example: My Mrs and I had a meal with my granddaughter and grandson recently. The chillies did not arrive on my curry and I didn’t get any mango chutney or mint sauce. I politely asked Kelly if my meal was supposed to come with mango chutney and mint sauce. She said she would check in the kitchen. She came back about 10 minutes later saying “We don’t have any” no other explanation. Then walked off. I shrugged it off. What really annoyed me about her service was; the man a couple of tables down asked her why he didn’t receive a pineapple with his gammon. She was so apologetic, she even offered him a FREE pint without any hesitation in replacement for the pineapple. My granddaughter and grandson decided that they wanted a dessert so they went up to the bar to order. The man in front of them who was sat in the table directly next to us ordered desserts for his kids before them. He asked to scan his App, once again she did it without any hesitation. My grandkids asked and she responded with “one scan per visit” we knew the bloke in question has scanned already during his visit because he was the one telling us about the benefits of the sizzling app, whilst sat directly next to us. Shouldn’t you give the same service to everyone? I didn’t want a pint because I don’t drink but it just baffled me, the obvious difference in treatment. Horrible woman, shouldn’t be in customer service or working behind a bar.

Information chose a day with birthday celebration and wake, so busy and noisy. But the worst part was we were sat next to a "lazy" parenting family who had no control over their child. He had them well trained!

Really nice pub, love the steaks in here, had 40% off mains and service was fast and friendly. £2.75 a pint on a Monday too, can't beat it

Nice clean local pub (though that depends where you live of course!). Serves food and usual array of drinks, including cocktails. Some strange characters drink there but you can't account for people that walk though the door.

Been my local since i can remember and it always feels like home

On this occasion, I had a new item on the menu,namely salmon on noodles,the salmon was overcooked. My partner had gammon with pineapple and egg, the egg was overcooked. Some pubs are good at doing food, and some aren't. Sadly, this pub falls into the latter. I've given this pub several tries over the last 2 decades, and only on a few occasions has the food been average/good. Would I recommend this pub. NO, not for food anyway.

Between us we had the Classic buttermilk chicken burger, Giant Gyros and the Hunters chicken, great that you can double the hunters up for hungry teenagers. All our food was fab so thankyou to the chefs James and Jamie. Also to Kelly on the bar.

Came for a meal today, the pub was very busy and you could see the staff struggling with the heat, a young girl Taylor I think her name was was so nice and accommodating to use when bringing our food to the table, food was great, we will be returning again

Took my family here all 12 of us Food take awhile but worth the wait.

Compared to the Bulls Head we visited in Peak District, this one has a lot of room for improvement. We tried the same dishes from both places and this one was very average. The drinks were good. There is a lot of parking space and there is enough seating once you’re inside. The staff is nice and friendly. It wasn’t too crowded during our visit in the weekend lunch time.

Went in to watch the wolves and cov game great atmosphere and lovely food. Good service all round.

We used the pubs upstairs room for a family funeral wake. The buffet was fresh, varied and the hot food WAS hot, not lukewarm. Tea and coffee was help yourself, and drinks competitively priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can recommend.

Not been here before but met up with couple of friends for meal ,food was really good but there was bingo on ,not played for years and it was great ,good laugh and I won .

I had the fish and chips. They didn't give me the sauce with my meal. They took quite a long time to bring our food out. Not much else to say really. Staff were helpful, I wouldn't describe them as friendly unfortunately.

Nice and calm ambience to have a drink and chill while playing Snooker. That would be a great attraction for customers like me if you leave snooker as a free.

Came in this morning with family for breakfast with Santa, and it was amazing kids loved it lots for them to do and amazing food for all. Staff were so friendly and Accommodating. 😋😃👍

Ordered 2x mid rare steaks. One arrived mid well the other arrived blue. No seasoning at all on the steaks. The "sizzler" was able to be picked up by myself... Onions raw as they come. At least the bar staff knew the right mab procedures...

A large group of us went for lunch, the service was fantastic & team was super friendly. All our food come out together & was beautifully presented.

Popped in unintentionally for a bite to eat with family. Nice atmosphere, relaxed feeling. Food was hit and miss. Main meals were just warm enough to eat. The onion barji's were very undercooked. Very cold and runny in the centre. All chips were luke warm. The food in general was OK, but could have been much better if delivered to the table HOT and properly cooked throughout. Puddings were generous servings, the waffle was actually hotter than the main meal. I would visit again but if food was to come out the same, I would definitely return the meals.

Fairly standard sports bar. You know what you are getting and it's all fine. We didn't eat but the beer was fine
