Absolutely delicious, with great, friendly service. The New Yorker bagel really hit the spot! Excellent coffee, too.

Very good coffee, excellent cake and attentive, friendly service. Although we haven’t eaten lunch there yet, based on our own experience, I am not surprised to read that its food is highly rated too. Buddha deserves to succeed – the challenge of course is getting through the winter months when Launceston can seem like a ghost town, but I thoroughly recommend giving it a try.

Excellent food, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Breastfeeding friendly (they even have two comfy sofas which were available for me to use to feed). The cakes were devine, my non-vegan partner said he couldn’t tell the difference with the cakes (lemon drizzle and chocolate orange) and to top it all off they allow dogs which was perfect as we had our doggo with us during our visit.

This is an absolutely ideal place for vegan food. The meals are fresh, the service friendly, what more could one ask for. We visited with our younger daughter and her son. The attention to detail was brilliant.

Just made a second visit to Buddhas and ,like the first time, thoroughly enjoyed everything about it from the welcome …to the service ,the ethos and the wonderful food. Two lunchtime visits later I’m feeling jealous as I’m from a neighbouring town which could very much do with something similar.Lovely vegan choices …not a huge menu but plenty to try.Super salads on the side and delicious cakes to finish. As I regularly come to Launceston then will be making return trips here.

Dropped in for lunch on a Saturday, what a fantastic find!! Funky and quirky vegan cafe. Loved the layout and decor. Best chai latte ever. Absolutely gorgeous tofu tacos, and the squash salad was sooo tasty. It’s dog friendly too!! Young lady was on her own front of house, and the cafe was full, she was run off her feet, but she was brilliant - well done!! Now top of our list for lunching in Mousehole!

I have been here four times now, its become a thing whenever we come to Newquay, tattoo before I go home. The staff are incredibly friendly and always chatting away when you're there. They make you feel like part of the family. It's clean, tidy, always smells so good woth the cakes and coffee, I always feel like I'm home when I go in.

Very good B&B in a very central location. But it is very expensive so 'value for money' comes into question. Very good cooked breakfast served in the mornings but for the money it should provide freshly squeezed orange juice.

We found our way to Freathy Farmhouse Cafe by following a sign from Whitsand Bay. What a lovely find! Very rustic and charming cafe. We sat outside in the sun and enjoyed very generous sandwiches served with delicious salad. Some of us even managed cake! We will definitely return although I understand it is best to check opening times. Ps Loved the decor in the loo!
