Bucks Bar in Glasgow City

Las porciones de comida aquí son excelentes! pedimos para la recogida y estaba listo en 15 minutos. tubería caliente y absolutamente delicioso. Definitivamente voy a volver para sentarse en la próxima vez!

La mejor comida de la historia, la hamburguesa de pollo estilo chino es deliciosa que podríamos comer todos los días. El personal es genial también y el servicio siempre ha sido rápido.

Vine aquí como parte de una celebración de cumpleaños para mi sobrino, reservando para 12. El personal es muy amable y eficiente, la comida era genial y los precios decentes también. Recomendaría encarecidamente

El lugar es asqueroso. Personal muy irrespetuoso/grosero. Zona de bar muy desordenado, e inmundo, nombres que te preguntas sobre el área de comida. Comida tirada en el suelo, no recogida.

Luchó para encontrar un lugar para comer en Glasgow cerca de la calle Luke's para un concierto, en todas partes estaba lleno y nos apartaron de tantos lugares, terminamos de vuelta en Buck's que habíamos pasado antes que se había visto muy ocupado que siempre es una buena señal. El tipo de la puerta dijo que podíamos conseguir una mesa en 45 minutos (6 : 00 pm), así que tomé una cerveza en el bar. Antes de darnos cuenta la mesa estaba lista y las hamburguesas de pollo estaban en nuestra mesa en casi ningún momento. Vale la pena esperar y la comida estaba en otro dique. Inicialmente había pensado que esto es un poco caro en £ 17 para una hamburguesa de pollo, pero lo que servían valía cada centavo. Estábamos situados justo enfrente del pase de servicio y increíble para ver cómo funciona la cocina, muchacho saben cómo injertarse en llevar comida a las mesas. En cualquier momento del futuro, cuando esté en Glasgow, me dirigiré hacia allí. Gracias de nuevo por una gran noche y aprecio mucho conseguirnos una mesa en una fría noche de diciembre.

Vino a tomar un par de pintas antes de conocer a mi hijo, y luego fui a Hampden Park para el partido Queens Park - Dunfermline. Encontré un taburete de bar y traté de pedir una bebida . . . . . . . . "puedes tomar una pinta, entonces tendrás que irte si no tienes una mesa o taburete reservado" dijo la camarera con las gafas y la bandana. ¡Sólo quiero un par de pintas antes del partido! "Lo siento, necesitas tener un taburete reservado" dijo. ¿WTF? Salí y fui por el camino un poco a la cocina del bar "Tartan Coo". Muy amable y servicial.

Had heard much about Buck's Bar and finally got there with friends, a group of five of us, and I really enjoyed the visit. The food was excellent, particularly the three types of wings we tried (as good as I've experienced I think). My BBQ chicken burger was also pretty good. The only thing I don't like, a personal preference, is getting everything delivered to the table in one go.

Tasty food and plenty of it, this was my second visit to Bucks Bar in Glasgow and they don’t disappoint. The staff were all great the restaurant had a great atmosphere, I’d strongly recommend the king burger it was both delicious and plentiful.

This is a long overdue review of a place I walk by each week, but had never went into. I was here at the end of January for the first time for dinner with friends and it was brilliant. First off, it was super busy - so busy in fact that my friends and myself had a wait for seats. That shows you how popular it was and also shows the need to book ahead. Secondly, once we settled down for dinner, the food we got was tremendous. I had their classic buttermilk fried chicken and I can't recommend it enough. I had their BBQ gravy dip with and that was outstanding. Since then I've championing the place to my friends and colleagues and telling them they have to go there. And now I've found out there's a Bucks Bar closer to home in Edinburgh so I'll definitely be there too :D

1st time we have been to Bucks Bar. Cannot fault the food which was delicious and large portion sizes,the cocktails were also very good. On the negative side we turned up with no booking as there were loads of empty tables outside only to be told the next available table was 1.5hrs wait. We went into pub next door and when we checked online there were loads of availability for tables and we booked one for 15min later. This was poor customer service from the waiting staff which should never have happened.

Pre theatre visit. Staff are very friendly at the W Regent st branch. We ordered a soft drink, a wam cocktail and tap water which came with ice and a slice of lemon. I had the classic buttermilk fried chicken with salt and chilli chips and my wife who requires gluten free had the fussy bucker with hand cut chips. Both meals were delicious, the chicken being very tender and tasty. It’s not cheap, the cocktails are £9 but overall not bad value. The place is always quite busy so best to book a table in advance.

The food here is phenomenal. The flavours are tastier than any other chicken I’ve had - the menu is varied and there’s tonnes of different flavours of wings and burgers to choose from. I had the ‘honey and siracha’ wings, ‘Chinese style’ wings and the Satay Sauce burger - all of it was SO tasty. When you pick up the wings the meat is already falling off it’s so tender. Some chicken places have good chicken, others have good sauce - this place truly has both. Definitely go here if you’re in Glasgow (or Edinburgh for that matter)

Food was great, best chicken burger I have had in ages. Sadly that’s where the positives end. When we booked nothing said we only had the table for an HOUR! Taken to our table, we were constantly pushed to order. Waiter wasn’t interested in sorting drinks, he just wanted the food ordered. After our burger we were listening to the music and thinking about hanging about for the live tunes and ordering some sides. That would have been good. NO, YOU ONLY HAVE THE TABLE FOR AN HOUR! was the response. We paid the bill and went somewhere else. Staff were stressed out and rude. Won’t be going back!

Absolutely beautiful food, beautiful fresh ingredients and homemade soup was delicious. Would recommend to anyone :-)

I used to love this place food is great but last 2 times I have ordered from this place they have let's me down. 1st there was sharp plastic in sandwich last time and this time they for got food and it's been 30 mins since called about the food being missing. I order here alot but these times I was let down.I hope they improve because there food is great.

Stated 1 hour delivery, then was an extra at least 40 minutes, I understand was busy, didn't seem really bothered about the situation

The eggslut is huge perfect hangover cure worth the price. Had a couple of their sandwich's quality is good but seems expensive for sandwich. They're huge and good quality if you don't mind the price you wornt be disappointed

Superb quality food, ordered at a busy time so delivery wasnt as quick as usual but the driver was very apologetic and staff very helpful. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

Food is amazing, these sandwiches are the best in Carlisle! First time ordering from here after hearing some very good things, only fault was delivery time and driver forgetting to give us our drinks order but all is forgiven as it was a busy time on a bank holiday! Looking forward to our next order already!

I will rate Customer service has Excellent. Food Standard up to date. Delivered earlier than timed . And plenty of choice with soft drinks. Well nice.

I have been to Bucks Deli a few times now and there is no place like it in Carlisle or Edinburgh or Glasgow. Outstanding food, I just wish they did gluten free bread as I have to have a full gluten effects week if I decide to eat there :).

Order took around an hour to arrive, an item was missed off, we were called back around 20 minutes later and advised it would be with the next delivery. Bagel was of good quality, but French toast was very very dry, and bacon very fatty. All food was stone cold when received.

Food was excellent, a bit of traffic delayed my order but restaurant kept me informed and I always allow up to 60 minutes for delivery anyway.

Beautiful food, loads of it and couldn't Finnish it haha! Only disappointment was that the food was nearly 20 miniutes later than the estimated delivery time! But I will definitely be back!!

Delivery time over hour and half warm not hot food and when you ring to ask where your meal is you get attitude and abuse off the person who answers the phone and then they hung up on Say ur delivery will take that long and people would not moan

The food is amazing but I asked for no black pudding which I hate and for the third time in a row it's came with it just lets the service down youse obviously don't read the comments section shame it just ruins my food

My breakfast roll was lovely and I enjoyed my doctor pepper but I was theyre really prompt with there delivery and food is lovely big portions though:-) .really disapointed in my peanut butter bagel it was a big melted mess and the peanut butter was minging8-} I couldnt eat it.

First time user. Would say the food was in the bags a little too long as toastie had Lost it's crunch. But definitely the best food I've had for long time. The bug burger was lush and the toastie was well filled. Will definitely use again. Was delicious.

Food took 2 hours! Over an hour longer than we were told. It was delicious but not warm at all after that amount of time. A shame because the food is very good

They make delicious if not slightly overpriced sandwiches. Unfortunately the delivery service is appalling. I ordered a big sandwich and a can of Diet Coke on Saturday at 14:40 on just eat, waited till the "estimated delivery time" of 15:20 then phoned the shop but got no answer and then when I went back onto just eat they said they had closed. Waited till 4, got no delivery or phone call to say it wasn't coming. Presumedly their drivers ate it all but God only knows what happened to my Diet Coke. Very disappointed, won't order again.

The excellent food here is matched by their customer service, I was sent the wrong order, to make up for it I got an apology and a free meal. They even threw in a bonus cookie!

I always order from this place but today I was very upset. I got what I normally get but it was super cold today and we didn't get our drinks and I got told ring back in 30 min when lunch would be over. Am very unhappy today with this orderd

1st time I ordered it was very tasty 2nd time I ordered the beef patty burger.it was pink inside had a few bites but just couldn't hack the pink meat but the dog loved it. Will order again but the burgers Deffo not for me.

lovely meal but there was no pickles on my sandwich and it was bairly warm on arrival which I was really disappointed about :( but it came quickly and the portion of olives were lovely X

Used bucks twice now and the sandwiches are fantastic,fresh quality produce and very filling,can't wait to try more off the menu.

The 'Boss' Breakfast is quite possibly the largest sandwich I have ever seen... Not to mention how delicious it was! Also very generous facilitating our maple syrup needs with a portion when the chosen sandwich didn't come with it! Top stuff as always!

Asked for no AVACADO as I'm allergic & it came with it in so not best impressed!

Order was due to be delivered by 21:50 but didnt turn up until 22:20. Asked for no avocado in the notes but still appeared in my sandwich. Other than that good food.

I can't adequately describe how much I enjoyed my wrap without the use of inappropriate language, it was one of the best things I've ever eaten and also my first experience of avocado in its natural form. I'll never forget the bond we shared. The French toast came with so much bacon I'm afraid my heart may not survive the night, but I'd eat it again right now if I had the chance. The cookie was very nice too.

I have now orderd 3 times and had 4 different items on the menu. The food is fantastic the best sandwiches I have had anywhere hands down the best lunch place in carlisle! Not always the fastest delivery but always on time to when the say which is way more important. No hesitation in recommending them to every one

Waited over an hour for delivery. Company offered me a complimentary meal as an apology. Waited over an hour for that to be delivered and then receive a message to say they don't know my address despite me sending on order and them attending on a previous occasion. Absolutely appalling service. Will not use again. Avoid.

Best meal so far, love the food! It would be good if regular customers could have a reward card for treats or special deals once so many purchases have been made etc 😋

Extremely disappointed with my order and service. Ordered a turkey club sandwich no cheese - this is classed as a huge sandwich and cost £5.95. It arrived, was not what I would consider to be a HUGE sandwich, and was without bacon. I called to complain and was told that because I did not want cheese it was presumed I did not want bacon and instead was given ham. This was laughed off on the phone. Had I known this assumption would have been made I would not have ordered a turkey and BACON sandwich! When you pay close to £6 for a sandwich you expect to get what you asked for, not what they assume you want! Ridiculous!

Was the best deli sandwich I ever had and the French toast was to die for:-P yum.

Food ok, but waited 90mins for delivery estimated 40 but takeaway did call to say driver was running late when it eventually arrived we had bottle of pop missing from our order, very disappointed!
