Wonderful authentic Indian cuisine. From the poppadoms to the Ceylon chicken Tikka, all gorgeous. Very consistent too. Have ordered from here loads of times and always good 👍

Food is always nice for take away but always late, told to collect at 7.20 and still stood waiting at 7.55, never had food on time from this place.

Pensamos que probaríamos un lugar nuevo para nuestra noche de curry y pedimos una entrega de comida para llevar. La comida llegó a tiempo y estaba bien caliente. El arroz Keema estaba bien hecho, aunque tenía un par de pequeños grupos de lo que parecía arroz blanco hervido puro mezclado, pero sabía bien. El Keema naan era como cualquier otro normal con una buena cantidad de carne. Sin embargo, cuando se trata del curry en sí, es por eso que solo le he dado 2 estrellas. Como alguien que ama el curry picante, elegí el más picante del menú, un Lamb Phaal. Sabía como un Madrás débil, muy poco picante y ciertamente no se acercaba al nivel de especias que esperaría de un Phaal. Mi amigo, cuya idea normal de un curry caliente es un Pathia, incluso lo probó y quedó decepcionado. Había una cantidad decente de carne aunque la salsa estaba un poco más aguada de lo que debería ser. Tal vez los pillé en una mala noche o malinterpretaron el pedido a pesar de que la caja de curry tenía escrito phaal de cordero. . . . Les daré el beneficio de la duda y quizás los vuelva a intentar.

Soy consciente de que estamos viviendo un momento difícil, pero al ver que este establecimiento seguía funcionando, me arriesgué. Nada difícil, una parrillada tandoori con salsa madrás. En primer lugar, llegó una hora tarde. En segundo lugar, era prácticamente incomible. Sin ensalada, sin salsa de yogur de menta y toda la carne estaba dura y seca. Evita a toda costa

Habiendo decidido que íbamos a hacer nuestro propio Korma esta noche, fallamos y terminamos en la comida para llevar. Conseguimos la comida preparada para dos, cambiamos el plato de Madras por un Korma. . , esta comida fija para dos alimentados con 2 adultos y 2 niños de 2 y 7 años, y todos estaban llenos. . . comida deliciosa. Creo que la próxima vez no me molestaré con el bajhi de verduras, (nada de malo, hasta el gusto personal) cambiaríamos esto por 2 bhajis de cebolla más, ya que eran absolutamente deliciosos. Como nada parece ser demasiado problema para las personas que sirven, estoy seguro de que esto no será un problema. La comida es buenísima, un gran servicio y sin duda volveremos pronto.

Recommend Shahe, New New Bengal, Last Days of the Raj, Rahki over this rubbish place they always get something wrong. Much better takeaways in the area with staff that understand simple requests such as ‘Plain chicken tikka wrap, no salad or mayo just chicken in the wrap!’ How hard can that be to understand ... do these people not realise some customers cannot have mayo ... oops he says ‘I didn’t hear you!’ You normally order 4 with mayo ... hello no I don’t you’ve got the wrong person and your customer service absolutely stinks.

Order wrong after making special request so would use Mya’s Spicery or Solomon’s maybes serves us right for trusting somewhere that has got it wrong before more than once - lesson learnt this time!

Would highly recommend this takeaway as Food arrived on time and still hot, would use again. Ordered online and set delivery time.

Ordered food for pick up, plain curry was a bit salty/ weird taste. Woke up at 4am with chronic pains accompanied by ALOT of vomiting which had me distraught as 31 weeks pregnant! When telling a friend about this I was also told from a local about the staff members seen smoking out back and pissing in the rear yard then going back in and preparing food without washing ! Absolutely disgusted and advise nobody to eat here! This is the first time I've felt I've had to write a review for anywhere!

A first time order, which was on time and not a bad take away. An order for 5 consisting of chicken and vegetarian, all orders were good with delivery on time, would order from here again.

Ordered a take away came 20mins late and had left out rice and chips rang and no apologies took address muttered something then put phone down! Hoping they turn up soon !!!!

Despite lots of alternative menus dropped through the door we remain loyal to this place. Whilst meals can be inconsistent in appearance/taste they are always decent. Delivery driver still rarely arrives with a smile.

I live on the same estate (30second drive) as this takeaway and Im a regular. Tonight im home alone with my two kids and asked if they could deliver an order for me as a one off. Order total was below 8pound and was told no exception could possibly be made. Just a poor way to treat a regular especially one who has been short changed twice, admittedly small amounts, but never complained. Such poor customer service. Wont be back.

Food is always a very good quality, on time and hot. Dishes always cooked as description so hot means hot not like a lot of other places. Always order via HungryHouse and always on time. Highly recommended.

Championed this place plenty in the past However lasts night takeaway was a little bit of a letdown whole experience from ordering food, it being delivered and quality all felt a little rushed and not as good as normal hopefully an off night ?? Come on guys get it sorted!!

Decidí darle una oportunidad a este sitio para llevar a nuestros habituales. Hicimos un pedido de recogida que no estaba preparada cuando me dijeron y en general por el tiempo que nos dieron la comida era una hora tarde. No vamos a volver. La comida era normal en el mejor.

Así el conductor entrega de mal humor que se convierte de nuevo y usar un pequeño consejo termina siendo mantenido en nuestro bolsillo como resultado. Él es sin duda un mal negocio y seguiré consejos como resultado. Él reacciona de ninguna forma de interacción o consejos!

Tras el problema que tuvimos temprano año pasado nos quedábamos dormidos volver aquí. Parece su clasificación de higiene es ahora un 5 y tengo que decir que al otro lado de una amplia variedad de platos que nunca he tenido una mala.

Ordered a meal for myself and my husband on a Saturday night, food was nice but delivery driver was extremely rude and argumentative at my front door! Ordered through hungry house as soon as he arrived at the door, after me saying "hello" (very politely) he thrust the order in my face and said "look at your order it doesn't say this number." I apologised and explained one digit must have been missed off then he kept saying I have just been to number 1, she is annoyed, about 5 times!! I didn't really know what he expected me to do, I apologised, and explained it was just a mistake either by the Indians, hungry house or ourselves but he kept on aggressively telling me it was the wrong address. I then thanked him while he was shaking his head and walking off! Very rude. Won't be returning to this take away due to this! I don't like bad customer service and especially when things are just genuine mistakes either on their part or ours.

Bueno local Indian llevar a cabo con servicio de entrega a su puerta. Recomiendo especialmente King gambas Byriani .

Tiene todo resultó un poco amargo. Una familia llevar a elegir el lugar que más a menudo se estropeó por algo que no debería haber estado en la comida. Tal vez relacionado con 4 estrellas de higiene. Es una pena.

Pedimos el sábado por la noche un dansak de pollo, pilau keema y una envoltura. La entrega en el tiempo prescrito, pero en comer dansak era sólo cálido, como era el arroz. Esta es la segunda vez que he ordenado y el primero estaba delicioso,...

We have found this Indian takeaway, when we came to register with our GP, as we just moved to Newcastle. Unfortunately it was closed. On Tuesday we decided to have Indian instead of pizza. And we are not sorry we did that. Food was great. And portions were enormous! My husband did not like the naan very much, as he thought it is too dry.

Did not have high expectations of this place, just based on it's location - in the middle of a suburban housing area (up the road from my Dad's house!!!). Very pleasantly surprised by both the quality and the amount if food. Wish there was something this good and this affordable near my house! Highly recommended. (Note, however, take-out only).

Ordered takeaway from here because since relocating it is now local. The food was not bad, but it was like eating a curry from a chain pub. Our meals were steeped in onion slices. I ordered sagwalla which had little spinach in and the nan bread was hard. Hopefully we will find a better curry nearby

Have used this takeaway lots of times over the last 3/4 years and its excellent! Great food and usually very quick at delivery/collection. Staff friendly too.

Tried Brunton Tandoori for a change to some of the others I've tried in Newcastle and I'll certainly return after the meal I had! From the starter to the main, All the portions were lovely and really well priced aswel. The chefs specials are my favourite and I'll defiantly be getting another takeaway from here soon.

Decent curry - the masala in particular was very good - lovely naan bread (very large!) and excellent service. Good arrived within 30 mins.

Friday evening takeaway, polite & friendly service, very nice food, tasted fresh and carefully prepared, will be back.

Good honest local takeaway !! Always clean and the food is always tasty, highly recommend the balti made extra hot. Cheers

My partner and I love Indian food and get a takeaway about once a week. After trying a few in our area, this is the place we consistently return to. Lovely food, friendly staff. Also, great mon-thur special deal for ten pounds.

Consistently good taste and friendly staff. Efficient delivery service if needed. Our number 1 choice for an Indian take away in the Gosforth area. Good midweek 5 or 6 course special for around a tenner.
