Nice atmosphere. Really enjoyed it

We went for food before going to the cinema. The service was great, and so was the food.

Stopped off for food after looking at photos and info on TripAdvisor - we were informed the pub hasn't done food for three years!! Anyway he was really friendly and signposted in the right direction.

Decent pub in St Johns. They do loads of good charity work too. Beer is nice and kept well. I like this pub.

3 of us walked in at 12:30 on Saturday night, knowing the advertiser closing time was 1pm, we were well before this. We were met with 4 people within the pub and walked towards the bar to be met by a very abrupt and unconcerned bar maid who promptly told us she was shutting, when we queried why she was shutting early she replied with it depends on how many people we have in. So basically they shut when they fancy. This fantastic customer service now means myself and my work colleges, who visit 3/4 times a month all be it normally about an hour earlier will be finding another place to drink. Apporling service and terrible attitude

This has become my local due to the fact that you can walk in the place and get on with anyone. Nothing clicky about this pub as regulars are quite happy to welcome anyone into the the pub who wants to have the craic and enjoy a good beer served by friendly bar staff . A pub run right.

Very friendly pub with excellent range of draught and bottled beer. There's even a pint reward card ! Good range of spirits / wine too. Love dogs here as added bonus !

Good Beer in a traditional friendly pub.

Always love to visit this friendly, welcoming pub. Landlady encourages a community spirit and its great, kids are well looked after and welcomed here, which is a huge bonus, safe garden and always toys to occupy. Our dogs are always welcomed and fussed by all.

If you want great pub grub at a very reasonable price, try the food here, you really wont be disappointed. The vegetarian lasagne is the best I have ever tasted. Everything is fresh and homemade. The portions are very generous and the service is great.what is not to love!

Had my baby’s christening service held here, with short notice. They catered with beautiful food and room! Also lovely gard n everyone sat in due to the weather being nice. Would definitely reccomend and be returning

Great relaxed pub where you can chill and put your feet up and even bring your dog! Recently started serving food and i have to say what superb pub grub, probably the best pub grub ive had. Dont walk by if you are in the area anf give this place a whirl....

Although I've only dropped by a few times, I've been quite impressed with the pub. The prices for soft drinks are very good, and it's got a good feel to it. I hope to drop by more often in the future

Fui tomado por sorpresa. £2,80 por una lata de cerveza. Podía haber cortado sobre la carretera que Sainsbury. Tiene el potencial para ser un gran pub, una pena.

Great place. No heirs or graces. Everyone welcome, including dogs. It's a pub, not a half pub half restaurant. I like that, not many of those about these days. A place to pop in, feel welcome and warm, have a drink and a snack. My son had a hot pork roll, which he declared as " delicious " and was amazing value.

I used to go in here regularly, they used to have a lovely pint of guiness , but now they've got that can stuff they shove in a glass on a machine , yuk, the food used to be nice, the pork rolls were lovely, but now they've got a warming appliance thing, like a school canteen , very disappointed now. Don't go in at all now

Nice enough pub with helpful staff. It's not the nicest place you'll ever visit, but generally ok. A definite selling point is the bunnies and birds in the back garden.

Nice beers on tap, served quickly at an average price. Road is fairly quiet so can sit either on the benches at the front or in the garden at the top. Very nice little local

I can't comment on the food of this pub as I haven't had anything to eat as of yet. The pub has a great atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and we will come back again and hopefully next time we can try their food too.

Went along for Karaoke night with group of friends. This was our first time at this pub for several years and what a difference. It has been nicely refurbished, had good beer (St Georges Friar Tuck) and friendly staff and landlord.

Myself and a group of friends went to the Brunswick for a couple of drinks one evening. The staff were incredibly rude and aggressive, especially when we politely asked if the outside doors couod be closed. This was because a group of people (including staff members) were smoking right by the doors and all the smoke was blowing straight at us. We were astounded by the aggressive response, finished our drinks and left. Avoid at all costs!!

As usual, a lovely warm welcome from Kelly & Chris. We're not up in Worcester very often but they still remember us & our meal order. Now that's how to keep your customers coming back! Well done as always!!!

Empty the lunchtime we visited. Could be something to do with the landlord cleaning the pipes at 12:30

Staff are rude, arrogant and disrespectful. Clearly have no clue about customer service. My friend politely queried his change and got threatened. unacceptable.

The Brunswicks Arms provided a really excellent local experience. A warm welcome, friendly staff,the relaxed ambience was accompanied by lovely and generously portioned pub food and good beers I personally enjoyed the hand pulled beer,......from the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome The owner Kelly was friendly and full of good banter as was the regulars,I would like to say thank you from a lone traveller for a pleasant evening and when back in your neck of the woods I shall be again paying you a visit , I would definitely recommend this pub to anyone

this was the first time i had been in the bruinswick and i found the staff friendly and the food fantastic, i had the all day breakfast and my parents had a steak meal each, my parents are very fussy, but were impressed with the their meal and service. I would recommend the food to anyone.
