Excellent value for money ,with friendly service.

The young girl could have smiled! The food was good. We heard this was a good place by word of mouth. A slight wait for food.

40 mins wait ,like to have tea with breakfast not 35 mins before

May 2024 We had a super breakfast here, service was quick, staff friendly. Food was freshly cooked and hot.. Well worth £8.50 👍.

Came today with my family, all seated deciding what to eat then went to place our order one member wanted a little make your own breakfast (2sos, 2bacon, 2 hash browns beans toast) when I started to tell the woman serving she wrote the first 2 items down then said.. oh we don't do a make your own!! I was surprised at this as we've ate here before and never had this problem. Not everyone likes all the items on a traditional breakfast I.e black pudding, mushrooms/tomatoes so why can't you decide what you want? Totally put us off so left. Ashame really as it was a nice cafe I think this should be an option I totally understand the 'swapping items off a traditional breakfast' not being allowed but I was asking for these items not swapping them.

Has got very expensive,Tea & Coffee £5 Breakfast's nice but unable to change items?Salt Pepper pots need a clean,General Hygiene has decreased,Not the place that we used to visit?

Came here for breakfast, clean and tidy, staff friendly at counter, ordered 2 breakfasts, not bad at all, chopped tomatoes and bacon on point, eggs runny but cooked, only thing that let the hole experience down truthfully was the sausages didn't taste, apart from that everything else was on point

Just a cafe but that was fine ; it is what it is. I ordered double egg & chips and was charged £6.50 which I queried as it seemed expensive even in this day and age. I was informed that the chips were £4 alone as they were home-made and thus a bit special. The eggs were fine but the chips were soggy on the outside , a bit floury inside and rather tasteless. So really not worth the money at all.

Very friendly staff. I take out and they always have my order ready on time. Great fresh food. And good they use good quality ingredients. 👌

Absolutely gorgeous, we are regulars. Great staff and service. Great food..in all honesty it did go down hill for a while, so stopped going BUT thankfully all good since.

Busy but not crowded, the cafe was bright and welcoming. With parking outside in a layby between Worcester and Droitwich it's a very convenient stop off. The breakfast was filling and very nicely put together, with chopped tinned tomatoes making a nice change from unchopped or grilled.

The butchers next door are so friendly and helpful. The quality is great, so I no longer buy my meat from super markets.

Reminiscent of the old style truck stop cafe. We love the place because you can get good old fashioned basic food at a reasonable price. Scrupulously clean. I can't drive past without stopping for a big mug of tea and a sausage egg and bacon sarnie! Today I had a 'Brookside. Basically a full English with two of everything. Perfect and at a very reasonable price!

We'd come down from Newcastle to visit family and they recommended that we have breakfast before travelling back home. Proper Full English, cooked to perfection and tastes great. Would recommend to anyone that's looking for some great tasting food and a decent price. Will be visiting again when we're back down.

My wife and I are fairly regular visitors to this little cafe. The coffee is always superb. The breakfasts are second to none. Disabled parking and access is excellent The staff are always cheerful and helpful. Best little eatery for miles around.

Great traditional road side cafe!! I must have passed here a million times and intended to stop! A great find on the main stretch out from Droitwich to Worcester or M5. Plenty of parking, spotlessly clean and very reasonably priced! The menu was varied to suit all tastes or preferences. The food was freshly cooked, nice and hot and the staff were friendly with a quick service.

A lovely friendly place to eat. Spotlessly clean and the food is excellent. We come here a lot. The staff are fantastic too, always ready with a welcoming smile. Nothing is too much trouble. We bring friends and family here from Birmingham and the Isle of Wight as can guarantee they have and will have a good breakfast

Great little pit stop with a surprisingly roomy seating area, great breakfast at an amazing price! 2 people, 2 breakfast and drinks only £14! Excellent value! We shall be visiting again!

Great breakfast, excellent service

Lovely breakfast can't fault it, piping hot made fresh choice of how you want your eggs cooking, very filling, fresh orange not one of these small drinks that are gone in a couple of mouthfuls, very filling breakfast will certainly come back when we're visiting the area again.

Fantastic breakfast. We come here at least once a week, sometimes twice. Lovely home cooked food, staff friendly, lovely and clean and another room has been added as Brookside cafe is very very popular. We bring family here as guaranteed to enjoy the food and it's a great meeting place for us to meet and eat. Thoroughly recommend it. Eve and Paul Jones

Wow what a breakfast. I had the large breakfast and it's huge and the quality of the ingredients and way it was cooked is outstanding. Super friendly service and very reasonable price. Best breakfast I've had in years. Don't miss out.

We called into this cafe for a quick coffee. We actually stayed for quite a time. We had the breakfast which was excellent and a lovely latte coffee. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The cafe was clean and pleasant and the toilets were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend the Brookside Cafe.

Returned from holiday on an early flight. We thought we should stop and have a cooked breakfast. We found this place on our way home. The food is reasonably priced, it came out cooked fresh and good portion size. The cup of tea was also decent, cheap wholesaler tea bags had not been used so a massive bonus. Staff friendly and place clean. Definitely come back for a breakfast again.

Can’t believe In This day and age on a busy road near a lay-by for truckers and this place is a cash only very poor

My mate and I have traveled to a few places and food being the main driver, this place without question ranks as one of the best, the food was fantastic, eggs were perfection, bacon was tender, sausages were tasty, I am actually salivating whilst writing this. The place has no frills and plenty of parking but, and a big but, CASH ONLY, now for this place to really take off a card machine is needed, thankfully, and rarely, I had cash. Oh, forgot, the girls are a gem and yes I am an old man but left smiling

It was our first visit here, from the outside it looks really nice. We ordered 2 breakfasts (the menu is quite small limited choice) the breakfast took some time to arrive which was fine but when it did arrive we were really disappointed, really poor quality and it appears every is deep fried. We were expecting a high quality good local products.If your looking for a greasy spoon then this place will fit the bill.

We had a great breakfast here. Lovely thick toast. Good portions and for vegetarians they do have veggie sausage but you need to ask! Very good value. Good service.

Called here again with a friend for a get together meal . We both had the Brookside all-day breakfasts several flat whites ,americanos & tea. Food overall tasted & looked good. but sausages just Ok The flat whites were very reasonably priced but not that tasty Service efficient but could have been friendlier . Overall though good

Being locals and knowing that this cafe had only been open for about three weeks, we called in to give it a try.

Called in for a quick breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Good value, made very welcome, friendly service and clean. Recommended.

I had a takeout breakfast was told double of every thing BUT STOP ITS NOT its only sausage and bacon and egg you get extra the brookside breakfast at £6.50 steap for what what it is does not it compare to the likes of becketts farm redditch or the silly sausage Stechford birmingham but food was of good quality bacon thick cut lovly taste but sausages let the whole think down greatly as they was cheap and bland

Called here with a few friends for an impromptu lunch. This place has only been open a few weeks & we thought we would give it a try. I had sausage, bacon & egg sandwich and the others toasties & all-day breakfasts. I shared a large bowl of home made chips with my wife. The flat whites were good and at a very reasonable price. The chips were top notch!! Everything tasted good. The café is light and airy and very clean-good atmosphere with very friendly servers.

This cafe has only been open for a few weeks, but word must be getting round as it was busy when we arrived late morning. Easy to see why as breakfasts looked great and were being devoured at several tables. Drinks were very reasonable too. It's only tiny but spotlessly clean and staff very professional. We will be back.
