Broadstairs Kebabs in Thanet

So gutted always loved the food, had order last night kebab wraps and the paper was see through with grease was dripping and the chips were soggy, I was poorly in the night due to the horrendous amount of grease never had that before, will not use again now

Another fantastic takeaway from here tonight, I’m never disappointed. Great size helpings, price, tastes great and always prompt . The only kebab I will eat sober 😂

I’m not sure why this hasn’t had good reviews recently! My partner and I always get our kebabs from here and the guys are super friendly. They memorised our order after just a couple of visits and are very helpful. The food portions are generous and the food has always been amazing and hot. I would definitely recommend, we won’t go anywhere else!

I have ordered from this kebab shop loads but I had a cheese cake and kebab meat and chips it was awful and I have now been throwing up for 36 hours please be careful eating from here

my partner and I bought lamb kebabs from Broadstairs Kebabs, High Street this evening - the lamb was inedible - full of gristle and extremely tough - truly the worst kebab we've ever had. We are local and have had kebabs in the past from here (though not recently). Will not be returning

11 years I have ordered from this kebab house. I am so sad to write this but I have to be honest. I ordered a chicken shish last night. Half way through eating I noticed a horrible taste. I decided to stop eating it. This evening I now have very painful stomach and not nice consequences from eating the kebab if you get my meaning and I'm feeling very nauseous too. I called the kebab shop to have the phone put down on me. 11 years but the way I'm feeling now, I will never order a kebab from Broadstairs kebab.

I would highly recommend the kebab house as the best I have eaten, I have had the same order now at least once a month for a few months now and if anything it just keeps getting better each time, the food is always hot and delivery is very quick, as an added bonus you get a 10% discount ordering online. Thank you Broadstairs Kebabs from a very satisfied customer.

The kabab was very nice just was very disappointed with the ice cream as couldn’t eat it as it was gritty and had Ice crystals though out the ice cream which was such a disappointment as we paid 6 pound for something that was no good

Order from here a few times, first couple of times food love and hot, last chips hot kebab cold last time will be ordering from here.

Ordered through just eat while on holiday. Delivery fast and food hot. Good sized portions, reasonable prices. We ordered chicken and lamb shishes as well as lamb donner and a mixed kebab. We had a large order of chips. Everything was really tasty.

We have used Broadstairs kebab on numerous occasions Through just-eat and have found the food to be very good but we have had items missing from our orders on several occasions. The first time it happened they were very apologetic and sent out the missing item but this has happened a couple of times now and is just very frustrating. Although the food is good and delivery times reasonable I think we will start to look elsewhere.

Warm welcome food ready in a few minutes, good quality produce cook as it should be, was recommended by a friend, will be using again in the future.

Great Shish, Doner, my favourite Chicken Doner and wraps. Chicken & Chips also very good and cheaper than KFC. Also kiddies meals, Friendly service, and space to sit comfortably as well.

Ordered 2x chicken shish and Kofta mixed kebabs. The delivery was fantastic, the kebabs were the best we have ever had. The Kofta was spectacular, the chicken great and the salad had a beautiful dressing. We will definitely be ordering here when we visit relatives in Ramsgate next time. 11 out of 10

My husband said was best kebab he's ever had. Will come again whenever we visit Broadstairs. Staff were lovely too

I’m not sure where to start , always having my kebabs from here , always having a good old chat with the guys in there especially the old fella who’s very friendly , a great family run business , all staff very polite and good trained . Food is always spot on , and ovbiously like every single business , they sometimes do go wrong but the future service they provide covers everything up. I would defo give a try and then you’ll be obsessed anyway , all customers are very happy with the service the receive, great kebab shop in a great town .

One of the worst places to buy from if they mess your order up and you phone up to complain about paying for a order that wasnt what you ordered and get a death threat as a reply saying they know your address and that they will come to your house to stab you and cut your head off a worker called James is so disrespectful swears and threatens customers the place need to be closed down and the people running it need to be looked into as they clearly are a threat as they have peoples address ect

Twice our delivery has been wrong. First time took an hour and a half with an itemMissing and cold food. Phoned them and they were not interested, absolutely no customer service. Second time one of our items was again missing, and the food was like warm. Not going to bother again as too much hassle. So many other places to order from locally.

I reviewed Broadstairs Kebab's in 2015 and was complimentary. I appreciate there is a lot of competition on the high street. All the more reason for good service.This is our problem. Cold salad slapped on top of generally tasty meat. 30 minutes driving around Broadstairs, not sure if "Domino's" style bags are used to keep food warm, assume so. Even a couple of mins on a cold day out of the car makes a difference. We then have to either warm up or microwave the food and murder the salad or scrape the salad off and reheat again. You then get re-heated meat which I am sure is not totally safe or boiling hot overcooked microwaved meat. The chips then go either cold or hard from being re-heated. I have simply asked in the past for any salad that I would have had be put in a small bag/tray and kept separately. I will even pay for a tray. This seems to be an issue and has made others comment on the same issue. Same with the sauce. Why can the same amount of sauce be put in a pot and a small charge for the pot. The alternative is £2.50 for a salad and £1 for the same sauce in a pot. You probably get more but do not need it.This seems to be when the arrogance sometimes kicks in from the owner and this is simply not necessary. We had a problem going back a long time, 7 years plus and when I questioned the quality I got back "you have only ordered two kebabs, what difference will that make to me if you do not use us" Maybe the dozens of friends and clients I recommend you to!This seems a small problem with a simple solution.The number of terrible reviews are growing and as always said the food is tasty but I feel this would help a lot

We got a delivery from those guys to Margate and it was nice and hot. Chicken was nicely grilled and xl portion was more than enough for two of us. Will be back!

My wrap was soggy but I’ll put that down to the sauce and salad. Tasted good as always but the kebab was leaking grease. Again can’t fault the taste normally the food is on point!

I used to really rate this place. this takeaway was awful and I will not return as a customer. side order of chips limp,cold and sweaty....kebab overpowered by salad that was sour and fizzy, chill sauce was very unpleasant. Burger was okay but again overpowered by salad. delivery took over an hour ( I live 10 mins walk away). not good.

Asked for no onions in the request section of the order. But guess what? There were onions! Spoiled the taste for me.

Needs a no sauce option on kebabs. Had to select one to order kebab but mentioned in comments no sauce at all. Came with sauce . Otherwise food well cooked and fresh.

Good food but very greasy I mean it was literally swimming in grease I had to tip it down the sink before I could eat the kebab but overall very tasty I would not let it put me off too much

Order wasn't complete , chips not delivered PiZZa was cold /wet Order was late Even though driver knew order was incomplete , never got delivered or even a phone call

Food portions were tiny wouldn't even feed a child and the quality of the dinner was not great. Expensive for what they serve

Found food very greasy. Ordered a banana milkshake and got a Yazoo banana milk drink that's not a milk shake.

Really lovely food - would be a full house for stars but they forgot the chargrilled veg the kebabs are suppose to come with.

Food was lukewarm by time of delivery, chicken was good but kofte was uncooked - had to bin it as cats wouldn't even eat it!!!

Disgusting really disappointed with the service late delivery no coke then delivery lady had to buy coke from shop asked for just lettuce cuecumber and red cabbage but couldn't get that right either!!

Chips were stale and cold , no chilli sauce on kebab or peppers or onions , no burger sauce on burger , all a bit disappointing, uber quick but at the expense of the food.

Siempre conseguir un kebab de broadstairs. Bien no pasa. Ponen en vez de pollo cordero en dos órdenes. Novia nunca ha cordero así que no pedí. La carne también se pidió a ser bien hecho. Cuando llamamos nos dijeron que era nuestra culpa pedimos cordero. Y que le aseguró la carne estaba bien hecho. No regresaré.

Usually very impressed with broadstairs kebab but it was foul! My kebab wrap was practically just onion and garlic sauce hardly any salad and only three pieces of lamb (one I couldn't eat as it was solid)....not massively hot and their £7 meal that used to be like sn actual meal left us hungry where it's about half what you used to get.... used to only get kebab from here but will be finding somewhere new!

Pedí la comida desde aquí como una entrega de casa cuando llegó estaba muy fría. Yo peldaño explicar la situación para que sean conscientes de que estaba fría cuando llegó. El director ponen en y se puso extremadamente agresivo hacia mí y también muy abbusive verbalmente. Le dije que quiera mi dinero, y no parece que se preocupan me dijo que era de la orden de su nuevo nunca y colgó el teléfono. Sólo peldaño a explicar que mi comida estaba fría, no esperaba que la reacción. Así que yo no nunca recomendaría este kebab shop a nadie, a menos que te guste la comida fría! !

Didn't hounor the £22 = free bottle of drink and when I rung they just said it's gone up and their not doing it. I would of ordered a drink had I known this so now I don't have one.

I ordered a shish kebab with salad. My "salad" consisted of onions and half a tomato. Absolutely ridiculous lol! Just made it all taste bland and awful.

Everything perfect except for the delivery guy clearly not checking the order before leaving, forgetting my drinks (not the first time) and then when I asked where they are, he said I didn't order them, I had to read the order out from his receipt, then he said I'd have to phone the shop myself to have someone drop them round when they can, food was perfect, usual delivery person is great, this guy is my much help, didn't bother having my drinks delivered an hour after eating, not worth waiting for

Abbiamo pranzato in questo take away. Il locale non è molto grande e non è il massimo in quanto a igiene. Il kebab mangiato dai miei amici è stato di loro gradimento, ma il pollo con le patatine, che ho preso io, non era molto buono(troppo piccante!). Il rapporto qualità prezzo è discreto, il personale abbastanza gentile e cortese.

Have ordered from here alot but not best pleased by getting a phone call from someone that lives up the road who has my order and not me.

Ordered a take away and the food was lovely also they had tried phoning to say they were outside and couldn't get through when I finally realised and went to get the food the driver was still outside and I realised I didn't have enough money and went to get more I was £1 short and he let me off so wanted to say thanks and when I next order I will give it back. Sorry!
