Muy buena comida y el servicio era excelente. Bastante tranquilo, pero era de esperar ss era un domingo por la noche. Sin duda volveríamos de nuevo.

The food was absolutely beautiful after a day walking around Edinburgh, I have to say it's the nicest kurma I have ever tasted, and the gentleman that served us was so nice and polite, I will definitely be back

We had a lovely family evening here and the quality of the food was outstanding. I hadn't been for about 20 years but it was just as good as I remembered it. Don't be put off by the somewhat tired exterior as the inside remains convivial and the service was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend and will definitely not be leaving it 20 years until I return the next time!

Great, high quality food. As a local, I chose this place for a birthday dinner on a Sunday evening with a couple of friends. The waiter was attentive, and the food was excellent. I asked for an extra naan late on, and they sorted this promptly which I was really happy with. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone as it has a warm, welcoming feel and the food was wonderful. Hopefully as the tram extends over to Ocean Terminal, this wonderful little gem will be able to entice more folk!

Exceptional service for the time of night, the food was outstanding as it was 4 different meals, 1 of which was not on the menu so made complete separate, would definitely return back again

I had ordered a take away online at 20:40 advised meal would be ready 21:10 I turned up for collection at 2135 and guy at desk asked why I was there?? I told him I was here for an order I had placed earlier. He said and laughed no orders had been placed I showed him my email and receipt of £48. He wandered over to the printer laughed again and said your orders just arrived. I told him it was no laughing matter and wait till you see the glowing review you will be getting from me. The waiter/ barman rushed over said into my face are you threatening them I said obviously you don't know the meaning of a threat. Great way to treat a local who has recently moved to a flat Near by. Also posted a notice in foyer to advise potential customers to avoid this establishment. Eventually got my collection at 2210. Collection receipt attached. Cheers Jim M

Great food and friendly service, good choice of starters, mains and a good selection of beers and wines. Also willing to adapt dishes to your own taste

Lovely Tuesday evening birthday meal we had in Britannia Spice. Our waiter for the evening, who we believe was the owner, was very attentive to our needs. On ordering our meals he advised us he would get chef to make the jalfrezi not so spicy for my mother in law, which was greatly appreciated. We shared pakora starters then we had the Ceylon chicken and the Murgh Chilli masala a first for us both as recommended by our waiter. Absolutely delicious!! Thankyou for a lovely evening and taking time to chat with us after our meal. Will definitely return to restaurant next time we stay at the Holiday Inn Express next door.

Was staying in hotel next door and thinking of somewhere to eat. My wife said what about next door? So glad we did. The staff were excellent and the food was awesome. I honestly couldn't fault anything. Highly recomended.

Yet again on my visit to Edinburgh Britannia Spice served a fantastic meal, I have never had a bad meal in all the times I have eaten there! Immaculate quality, Immaculate service, Looking forward to my next visit!

We ate at the Britannia Spice in Leith, and what a great experience it was. The food was absolutely lovely, I had king prawn jalfraisie and it was superb. Thoroughly enjoyed.

My wife and i used to go to this restaurant as much as possibl but im told it has been taken over,we wont be back the food was nice but that night i ended up with bad stomach cramp and the next day my wife...

We went for dinner for 6 to celebrate my Mums 60th. 6 different starters, all went down a treat - especially corn pakora and prawn puri. For mains it was a big mix but highlights were my spicy fish curry, butter chicken - both brilliant....
