It was an incredible experience starting from stepping inside the restaurant. Top-notch service and food! Customer service, additional thought went into remembering the venue was booked for a birthday and Brigadiers made it extra special for us.

A wonderful meal with various delicious dishes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very pleasant and vibrant.

Simplify splendid, great food, drinks and service! An all around exceptional experience if you’re looking for something spicy yet flavorful with Indian roots in London!

Food is excellent - really very good and ambience is pretty good. We can on a lovely summers day and the outside bar was nice to be in but the service was painfulllynslow - 2 beers was 20 mins from order to revived. Value is pretty good for the quality of the food

The food was top quality and we were all stuffed, the biriyanis were massive! I have coeliac disease, and the waiter gave me the allergen menu and did advise that there were still some items on their that were not marked as gluten containing, but were fried in the same frier so these would not be suitable for me. There are plenty of options that they can also adapt to be gluten free and they even bring out an alternative with the poppadom's. He ensured that everything I ordered was gluten free, so I felt confident eating here.

Ate here on Spring Break trip with two 15 year old boys with healthy appetites. Everything we tried was fantastic I was surprised by how lively the place was on a Tuesday night. Our table was not ready so we had old fashioneds in the bar. Love the old fashioned and gin and tonic options. Also good beer list. Tried two of the four old fashioneds. For dinner we had a big sampling including the mixed grill sizzler which was tremendous. Coming from SF Bay Area I thought this was top notch food. Service was fantastic as well, everyone we encountered was really helpful with suggestions and very pleasant. Had a tough time deciding where to go for Indian between here, Dishoom, Gymkhana and a few others but not disappointed. Highly recommended.

I came here and ordered the set lunch. Place is cosily decorated and I was quickly seated at my table. I was given the drink menu but unfortunately the waitress requited help from her colleague when I enquired about the size of the beer that they served. I finally got the food.menu after a bit of a wait and ordered the samosa starter and the prawn biryani main. I wish the samosa came in a more generous portion, there were 3 small samosa served on the plate. The prawn biryani was tasty and appreciate the good selection of papadum.

Everyone raves about Dishoom, but Brigadiers was so amazing. Great Indian food & excellent service! After visiting the Tower of London we just walked in not really knowing if it was that good. Exceeded our expectations!

The food was not as hot as it should of been It would have tasted much better hot. With Indian food it should always be served hot.

Fab experience. If you like Indian cuisine and fancy a different experience, this Indian tapas dish approach is great. Food is very well cooked. Staff and knowledgeable and keen which are always great signs of a good restaurant that staff are energised and invested in. Price of meal was reasonable. I figure this is best for a guys night out. Lots of pub sports on tap here if you fancy.

The place has a nice vibe and very polite staff. The food however was a bit hit and miss. Chicken very good but goat chops far too fatty. Price/value here is an issue though. I was particularly surprised to be charged £52 for a bottle of "house red". The mark ups restaurants make on alcohol are astronomical as it is - but this seems extreme. I'd go again - but more for beers and snacks maybe? The food and wine really didn't justify the price ..

Starters, cocktails and desert were good. The main course (daal makhni and chicken) were very salty and basic Staff was not attentive, guessing it was a late lunch as we were offered water whilst leaving though it was asked when sat. Considering the value for money, I would rethink for another visit.

Fourth time visit last night and , as before, food was excellent, service was great and the vibe was fun and funky. As a regular at Chutney Mary's Veeraswamy's and several others, I know what good looks like. Brigadiers is really good!!

I wanted to give some feedback regarding my visit on Saturday 3rd February. We had the six nations menu and some miss communication that we only got one of the small starters per person e.g. one chicken wing, one samosa per person. This is quite shocking considering the price per person is £45 a head. I did ask was it a portion per person as per a la carte and was told yes. I did ask the manager on the day if there was anything he could do, but refused to accommodate on the miss communication. I also said it was my cousins birthday in my reservation notes and nothing was done to make it special

What a great way to celebrate two of my friend’s birthdays. I was worried they would not like the food as I booked the restaurant. It was an enjoyable experience and the food was incredible. Thanks to Kat who attended to us and took all our orders and made recommendations. The restaurant was very busy and can see why as the restaurant decor, food and ambience are impeccable. I definitely will come back again. They treated my friends to a surprise birthday desert so that was a really nice touch. Visited here today for a couple of drinks en/route to meet family for a day out. Staff and service very impressive and the food looked amazing. Will definitely be back another time to sample the menu.

We were looked after by Fortiz who is the nicest and most enthusiastic waiter we have ever encountered, he made our evening. All the food was extremely tasty, the goat shoulder and lamb chops were sublime.

We didn’t have reservations and there was only seating available at the bar, which we were fine with. Our bartender/server was amazing. Every dish we had was excellent, especially the chicken tikka butter masala, best we’ve ever had. We asked some questions about one of the whiskies in a cocktail we ordered and our bartender not only answered it, but gave us great recommendations on several whiskies the restaurant carries. Amazing customer service, delicious food and drinks!

I have been here twice. Each time I was pleased with the food and service. Everything that we tasted was so delicious, staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. On our last visit they managed to accommodate our short notice requirements which was so kind of them. I would highly recommend this place.

Came here at the weekend with my other half for a wonderful meal. We found all of the meat so tender. The chicken skewers to start were so soft and tasty, the curry had a very unique ‘smoky’ taste which we really enjoyed, and the lamb chops were superb! I am struggling to recall ever having better chops! The poppadom starter was unique - would probably give these a miss next time and go for something else. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and staff all very friendly and accommodating. Lovely experience all around.

They made a genuine mistake with my bill which only came to light on my credit card. When I reported this to the staff they were very helpful and apologetic. It was resolved very quickly and with no fuss. I could not ask for better service.

Lovely venue, close to Bank and Mansion House tube. Cosy and welcoming with attentive door staff. We were 6 celebrating a birthday. Once we all assembled and were seated, it took at least 15 minutes to get served with drinks. This was despite our table being beside the entrance to the corridor where all the food comes from. Nevertheless we ordered both drinks and food together. We were left alone for the best part of an hour as food came and went to tables seated later than us. I enquired about our food, and we were quickly give two dishes of starters, samosas and chat. But there were 6 of us! The food arrived quickly thereafter. The half rack of lamb was magnificently tender and juicy. Fantastic. The salmon was succulent and moist, with a salty crust, which was not to everyone's taste. Prawn biryani was very rich in spice, and somewhat overpowered the prawns. Dal tadka was good, and the bread basket acceptable. Overall there are some gems of dishes on the menu, as there are some expensive ordinary dishes. At approx 50 pounds per head, I thought it was a tad expensive for the selection of dishes we chose. We paid the 13.5 per cent service charge despite the delay. It would have been a nice gesture had the restaurant done something there.

September 2023: VEGETARIAN REVIEW - Don't ruin your meal here Brigadiers was one of the restaurants on my list to try and yesterday I ordered from Deliveroo. I was very excited to try the food after a long day at work. The order included Dal Tadka, Punjabi Chole, Dal Makhani, Tandoori Roti and Garlic Naan. Pulling the roti out from the bag, I was disappointed as it was undercooked. And, then the series of disappointment began. Everything was just so terrible. How the restaurant is rated high on Google and everywhere else is beyond me. And, take it from me, as my dad is a master chef and I know food. This restaurant doesn't know how to cook food. Dal Tadka: Full of garlic, which is ok but it was undercooked. It had the raw flavour. They ruined dal tadka. Dal Makhani: It was just as good as any cheap local restaurant serving it. No flavour, no richness of Dal Makhani. Punjabi Chole: I don't know what it was, no flavour again. Tandoori Roti: Undercooked. Horrible (see picture) Garlic Naan: It was just a naan. Everything I ordered was just so undercooked and flavourless. Absolutely terrible! Would not try again or recommend.

Spacious restaurant, clean, excellent service by our waiter Ashan. I ordered the 2017 Syrah Keermont it was good, We ordered Pappad & Chutneys, I think £8.50 was a little steep.... For starters we ordered the Goat Vindaloo samosas. It was not hot spicy as Vindaloo should be, I found the samosas rather hard and not crispy. For mains: Achari Beef Short rib, Sikandari Kid Goat shoulder, both were flavoursome and delicious. Tadka Autumn Greens were el dante, pinenut & onion pilau rice was good. The music was a little loud and really incongruous for an Indian restaurant.

This is a lovely restaurant - had lunch and their kitchen closes at 3pm and we got there later than our booking so just before 3pm but they were very accommodating with the food and made vegetarian dishes that were not on the menu. Great drinks and wonderful staff - thank you for making my birthday special :-)

We went here for our Anniversary dinner and it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was nice, music in the background but not over powering so you could go for a nice dinner and have a conversation. Food was really nice, we had a variety of veg and non veg dishes. My favourite was the lasooni chicken tikka skewer and my husband loved the goat shoulder with the laacha paratha. One of the best Indian restaurants I ate recently. It's less about curries and more about unique dishes. I loved the goat vindaloo samosas. Cocktails are great too, the Paloma goes great with spicy dishes.
