There was a girl on the bar called maya was very rude to me and my girlfriend swore at us because she miss heard the drinks I ordered and I asked if she could make the correct ones won’t be going again for this reason

Brewhouse itself is wonderful but what I whiteness tonight from brewhouse door men is very questionable. May I just add I was sober on a game night collecting someone from the back ( smoking area ) to take home, only to see one of the door men escorting a lad out which seemed fine until he threw him to the floor putting his shirt over the lads face and putting his whole weight on his chest and then to my surprise put him in an arm bar when the lad was not fighting back ( to drunk to even talk ) brewhouse you seriously need to take the door man’s footage ( if there is any ) 4 door men came and just laughed and when I said sit him up he has not done anything and explained I had not had a drink and witnessed the whole situation they then scrambled sat the lad up put him on his feet and rotated door men. I have reported to the company and I do hope from the bottom of my heart those vile door men will never work again after virtually attacking a vulnerable lad.

No recomendaría este lugar a nadie cuando emplean matones. Lleve su costumbre a otro lugar.

Doorman are shocking, agressive and childish. Would not reccomend this place to anyone, spend your money elsewhere.

He estado visitando Brewhouse durante muchos años y siempre he tenido una buena noche. Desafortunadamente, el sábado pasado por la noche se le pidió a nuestro grupo que se fuera porque la camarera que trabajaba le dijo al portero que fuimos groseros con ella. No fuimos groseros y fuimos educados a pesar de que ella arruinó nuestra orden. No nos quejamos, y compramos una bebida extra para reemplazar la bebida que no pedimos. El portero era encantador, así que no tenemos problemas con él. No vamos a volver a toda prisa, si es que lo hacemos.

Brewhouse necesidad de echar a los problemáticos.

Great venue for live music. Only downfall is that they've installed alot of seating by/in the dance floor area, which makes the space very tight!

Brewhouse Cardiff has become one of my go-to spots over the years which always has great live music, however ive had a range of experiences here. Back in 2021, I unfortunately there was a situation where I faced some unwarranted physical abuse. It was handled poorly by security. It left a bit of a bad taste at the time, but thankfully, my experiences since then have been much better. In 2024, I’ve enjoyed many great nights at Brewhouse. The staff have been consistently friendly creating a positive atmosphere that keeps me coming back. I’ve also met some really attractive and charming people here – especially the posh women who add a fun dynamic to the place. One of the best parts of Brewhouse is the crowd, especially the friendly folks from the Valleys. They bring a lively, down-to-earth energy to the venue that makes it a unique spot in Cardiff. The vibe here is always great for a night out. Brewhouse has recently proven itself to be a solid choice for a memorable night out in Cardiff.

Visited on a Sunday for lunch and football. Food was ok and good value for big boxed food it you enjoy that kind of food, but the menus needed a wipe down! The service was Ok at the start, but no acknowledgement or customer service from our server... Though when we had a cocktail then waitress was great and made us an off menu drinks which was delicious and greatly appreciated.

The wings were good... Service was polite and efficient and the live entertainment was engaging.

Had a brilliant night here watching Jammy and the Dodgers. Great beer's and atmosphere.

Terrible service , miserable bar staff who couldn't be bothered to raise a smile , whilst making me my worst mojito I've ever had in my life ..literally slapped the mint between the palms of her hands , poured in white rum some kind of made up lime syrup and lemonade...2 cocktails 1 pint and a jack and coke 49 quid. I asked for a receipt and was told in anger the machine was broken that printed receipts...if your staff can't make cocktails then don't put them on your menu....I'll never go back

What a great afternoon. First time to visit here and would recommend. You can't beat a beer and live music on a Saturday afternoon. Food was very nice, staff great and a great happy vibe through the building. Even the kids that were dragged in by mums and dad's enjoyed the atmosphere. Big thumbs up and 100% recommend a visit next time you are in Cardiff I cant wait to go back.

Went here with colleagues for farewell drinks of a colleague leaving us. Booked a table in advance which was quickly cleared for us on arrival. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Good range of drinks at the bar at reasonable prices. Although I didn't have food those who did enjoyed theirs. Only downside was that the nusic was a bit loud when trying to talk

They had gluten free beer available which was a bonus as I fancied something different than cider. Cider selection was basic. Bar staff welcoming, prices good for Cardiff and atmosphere was decent. We went on a Thursday after work and it was nice and busy, I'd go back.

My friends and I have been visiting Brewhouse for many years now and we’ve always loved it, always our go to place for a catch up and a 2 for 1 cocktail each. Atmosphere is always good, pricing is reasonable and the live music is fab. Unfortunately for the pass couple of years there’s been a really unpleasant barmaid working and on our last visit she was extremely rude and unprofessional she also walked passed our table later on and made a comment towards us. I requested to talk to the manager, a dark haired gentleman with glasses- he also was very unprofessional and rude. Don’t think we will be returning any time soon

Cardiff No. 1 Live Music Venue. The live gigs here are just exceptional!! The crowd is great and full of life. A must visit in Wales.

Bouncers got a god complex, Stepped outside for 1 minute, refused to let me back in. after explaining to him that all my stuff and my friends where inside was left with no money or phone. Refused to at least tell my friends where I am. had to wait till my friends came out looking for me. What an absolute c u next Tuesday, clearly this man is thick and wasn’t loved, as no compassion or thought process was in his decision making, think he just wanted to ruin someone’s night tbh

The beer selection at the bar was limited, it would be nice to have some cash ales rather than keg and maybe have some local beers too.

Really good atmosphere with the live band, I would ask the venue to redesign toilet access when the place in rammed it's difficult to get to toilets safely. Two of our party were bumped into as some idiots fell down the stairs

Had our Xmas party here, the food and staff were great. We did have an issue with some of the other customers but this is no fault of the venue's.

After being in the bar most of the evening I came outside the smoking area for a few minutes the bouncer would not let me back inside although he was happily letting other girls in that entrance 🙄, he told me I'd have to go to the front and queue back up. I couldn't contact my friends all my things were inside. By the time I had queued back up and got back in they had gone to look for me so I had to walk home, no phone, no money . Absolutely disgusting

Fantastic place to visit for residents and visitors, been twice now both times the live music has been fantastic. Would highly recommend for poeple to atleast have a pint.

Popped in around 9.30 on a Saturday night to see the live band. Greeted by 4 security staff pinning a guy on the floor and then escorting him out. Understand they can't control customers but perhaps could have been handled better and should they have let someone in there in that drunken state firstly? Live band came on and singing was very bad, for a key performance and peek time, these guys didn't cut it off the mustard. Less singing and more shouting down the mic. Left after 2 songs and drinks being poured from mezzanine level on to us. Could have been a bad night but, not give me any enthusiasm to return soon.

Amazing bands on at the weekends. Always a place me and my friends go to and tend to stay at as the atmosphere is so good! Prices on drinks aint to bad neither, especially their offers. A great size and location.

Get staff behind the bar who can understand the Welsh accent. Got thrown out becuse the waitress ballsed up my order twice. How can you confuse a pint if carling with a bacardi and then charge you 24 quid and throw you out. Then she involves the bouncers. Very pissed off that the barmaid lied because she was crap at her job. Bouncer was OK but said no matter what he had to believe the staff.

Ideal place to eat before the big games at the Principality Stadium.

Great venue with live music all night long. Drinks are good price and lots of good offers on. Food is a bit hit and miss but there are plenty of options on the menu.

Staff are great particularly Rory who was very helpful and efficient behind the bar. The down side was the live music which was terrible and out of date, also the toilets were very old and not that clean!

Had a good lunch. The hotdogs were especially delicious and the ambience was lovely. Like to call out the good service of Kirk. He was very patient in explaining to us the menu sets as well as the wide varieties of beer available. All in a delightful experience.

Visited Thursday. Great live music, decent beer, lively mid evening. Went back midnight quieter but music volume still maxed, suggest turning down a bit when bar quieter.

Considering it was an international weekend, the wait at the bar was super short, great atmosphere as always, and bouncers were right on it. Which is a strange thing to say I know but it was busy and a few drinks had by all, but they were not kicking off just subtle and keep the place rocking. Defo recommend.
