Great value, good traditional pub food that doesn’t break the bank. William who served me was a credit to Brewers Fayre.

Went for breakfast with husband daughter and granddaughter put in children’s eating area have to say this is the filthiest place I’ve ever eaten in the tables and high hair we’re disgusting

Really good food, nice warm welcome. Aggie the bar person and Waitress was proper on top of everything. No waiting at the bar and cleared the tables pretty quickly. Food was pretty good for the price and happily the hotel is just a few steps away so enjoying a few drinks was easy.

Had a personal incident, and my daughter had hurt her head Jenny was absolutely fantastic with me and my little girl. She calmed us both and performed first aid for my daughter making a very bad morning a lot better. My daughter enjoyed her pancake breakfast and we left feeling better than when we arrived, thanks to fantastic care provided by Jenny and the friendly, polite service provided by Harmonie. Harmonies kept us updated on our food assuring is it would be right out , even though we hadn't been waiting to long and was great with my children letting my daughter see her lanyard and help set a table. Great service all around.

Amazing breakfast everything perfect and Jenny and Tracy were amazing with our little man and so helpful , they really did make us feel so welcome everywhere was clean and tidy and the food was lovely

Had two great breakfasts here. Staff were lovely. Props to Tracey and Jenny who worked their socks off to make sure the busy breakfast sitting was catered for.

Food was great and for a very good price, good selection of drinks, special mention for Jenny as she was great to help, couldn’t of done more, and always had a smile on her face!

We ate here yesterday as a family and made use of the 2 saver meals offer as part of it. I cannot fault the level of customer service. Jenny the manager made every effort to be accommodating for us. Despite being a staff member down, she still found time to assist and answer questions from a newer member of the team who was still finding her feet. Very professional and a great example to set. This young lady was also wonderful to deal with. We had made things a little awkward with needing to stall food coming out as my husband arrived separately and was delayed in traffic. This message hadn't reached the kitchen unfortunately, but this was our fault so no complaints. The puddings were delicious. We will certainly go again, thanks for looking after us.

Booked a table for 20 people online and asked for the area between the play area and the bar. Easy booking service. Good points- Greeted when we arrived and taken to the exact place we asked for and told we could move the tables however we wanted which was great! Staff were great and very accommodating when we asked for plates for the cake, one of the guys even provided some candles since we forgot them! Lol (I didn’t get his name but he was very friendly). Food came out quite quickly and I like the options of refillable drinks. Bad points- You can’t help yourself to sauces you have to ask for them. My food was nice but we did have to send one back because the rice came out as one big piece. The biggest issue I found was the allergy policy. one of our party had a nut allergy and the lady insisted he read the sheet which he had previously since he’s eaten there before so he skimmed over it, he then asked for chilli sauce so she insisted he read the sheet relating to chilli sauce before she served him, after some searching it turned out the sauce wasn’t on the list so she had to go and try to find a manager to see if he knew where to find the information, in the end we just didn’t order the sauce. I understand that they have to cover their backs and I’m ok with that but maybe they should make sure the information is there before they insist it’s read before we were “allowed” to order since half of our party had already ordered so it delayed the other half. All in all though, friendly staff, very accommodating with bookings and good food I would definitely still recommend this place

I've visited last Wednesday, March 14, while driving through the area. We were greeted by what seemed to be the female manager with a really abrupt and unwelcoming tone, when we mentioned we wanted the channel on TV changed. There was nobody else in that area, the place was dead so what was the harm? We just asked for the news channel. The food wasn't any better. I'll avoid the place in the future.

Tryron was very helpful as soon as we got there, the food came out hot and was lovely. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. I would recommend this place , they have a great kids area . Or if you just want a quiet meal out the way from kids they have that as well. They have a pool table if you fancy a game of pool .

Visited here for dinner whilst staying at the Premier Inn on Saturday night. Pub and restaurant were very busy but the staff coped well. Really friendly. Food was good and reasonably priced. Better than expected. Manager was very competent.

Went with my girlfriend and the in law. Wasnt expecting much from a brewers Fayre but this was a treat. Great service from the staff on arrival and the Sunday roast was great value where you can help yourself to as much veg as you like and much better quality than a Toby Carvery. Thank you!

Nice welcoming staff, unfortunately my lasagne did come a bit cold in the middle, so when I mentioned it they said they will sort it out. I fully expected it to be microwaved as has happened in previous establishments (not a brewers fayre) however it came back a brand new fresh one and was hotter than the sun itself haha. When I then went to order puddings, the male who gave me the fresh lasagne asked how it was, I said lovely thank you. He then said he would take care of my pudding as I waited so long for my replacement the rest of the party had finished their food. Brilliant customer service!!

After attending an end of year show for my neice, we decided as a family to head for dinner somewhere the children could have a run around. We were advised on arriving that it is usually best to book ahead, but we were seated at a table (for 8 of us and a baby) right next to the soft play. First guy who took our order was clearly stretched and had been busy all day, but was polite, friendly and super happy to help. Darcy looked after us all during our meal and couldn't have been more helpful. Decent pub grub and the service was top notch. Best place to head for a cheap feed whilst letting the kids run off some steam. Thanks all!

Not been here in a while and came back and was pleasantly surprised. I had lovely staff named Kate who accommodated all my needs and has been very helpful and welcoming. I also had lunch here which was also very nice and very quick and John was also very helpful had check backs and service with a smile. Awful staff, with horrendous attitude we booked a table to arrive to be told you don't have a booking, we showed them the email that said if there was an issue with your booking to which the midget at the front said we don't have time to check our emails, the restraunt was that empty tumbleweed was jibbing about. We were seated at an 8 seater table pulled an extra chair up for a friend having just a pint and the manager nearly had a heart attack god forbid we take a chair from an empty table. We also got seated at a table that if you touched you stuck too clearly had never been cleaned. Had more beef with the manager than I got on my Chipotle chips shocking service wouldn't let a ukranian refugee eat there

Today we chose Brewsters for a half term breakfast catch up with family as we often do during school holidays. My experience in general was a positive one but I just want to question why in half term week there are only 2 FOH staff covering the entire restaurant? It seems to be an impossible task to expect 2 people to meet the needs of so many customers and quite honestly unfair to expect them to do so?! I made a point of taking the names of the 2 staff members who were absolutely rushed off their feet (Tracey and Tyler) they both deserve a massive shout out for dealing with such a busy restaurant. They both worked tirelessly to meet the expectations of every customer and they did so in such a professional manner, I feel they both deserve recognition for being put in such a position and not crumbling under the pressure…. Massive credit to you both! So my 3 star review is purely based on my shock at the lack of restaurant staff on this occasion but if based on the service received the undoubtedly 5 stars earned by Tracey and Tyler today! Thank you both.

Ordered quite a lot of food and it all came out really quickly and piping hot. The kids meal is great value and a decent portion for the price! The chipotle chili chips are amazing as well. We’ve not had a bad meal here yet, it’s worth a visit if you’re in Rugby or passing through.
