Went most Saturdays for breakfast 😋, great Shame it's closed. Shall miss it very much and all the great staff all so professional

My company has been using broadlands for many years. Tannia and her team are always friendly, attentive and professional. Does what it says on the tin.

A restaurant where a cup of tea consists of directions to a kettle with not enough water and then a walk to find milk and a tired bin for the tea bags. I think the food was safe although there was not much of it. We were the only diners at Saturday Lunch. I suggest not to follow our lead.

Quick and easy with cheap and tasty food. Lots of seating areas. Kids area is sectioned off so family's can have fun without disruption to other diners

I go as a team every Friday and the food and staff are always amazing!!! The staff really do go above and beyond for anything we ask!!

I've given 3 stars because this is in part a 1 star review and in part a 5 star. We came back to the softplay for dinner with our kids this afternoon really hoping Liz was working (and she was!). We use this Brewers fayre so often in the winter to get out the house on rainy days, eat some dinner and relax a bit while the kids play. It has always run like clockwork, Liz is super friendly, accommodating and understanding that working around kids can be a bit chaotic. The reason we left it so long to return was on our last visit a woman called Lyndsay was working in the soft play and the customer service experience was nothing short of awful. I went to the bottom of the ladder (not up the playframe) to help my nervous 3yo down safely and she shouted at me in front of a very busy room full of diners. She then proceeded to give evil eyes and watch over us as if I was a child myself. I'm well aware of the rules but there's a way to communicate with paying customers. There were a few other similar interactions with other customers and I could see people a bit shocked at her attitude. When I was at the till she spoke to another member of staff really poorly which is so unprofessional. To be honest we left as quickly as possible and I genuinely wouldn't return if I knew she'd be working. We planned to take a look in and leave if she was. I rarely leave reviews, especially negative as I realise service staff can have bad days, but this was unbelievable. Like I say in general this is a brilliant place to bring kids, with great food and a nice atmosphere, but be aware of this staff member when visiting.

Took my wife and four grandchildren for breakfast at Broadland View. Great service, nice breakfast and a good value meal. Highly recommended.

We went for my son's birthday party and Liz was in charge with the party. She's a lovely lady and we definitely recommend the place. Diversity on food and a good place for the kids to play.

The soft play etiquette seems to have changed. In the past, it was very chilled. This time there was a woman who was very involved, telljng kids off, watching us all intently, removing towers the kids had built and even climbing on the equipment. Not sure if they've had a safety incident or something to warrant the change? Also parents are not allowed on the second floor. This is the first soft play I've been to where this is the case and there were a lot of crying children who got stuck with parents that couldn't go to them, including my son who didnt understand why i couldnt go with him. I wasn't the only parent who agreed. Food was very average. Hardly any BBQ sauce on the smothered chicken, salad a bit limp. My sister didn't get a starter for her kids meal. Just not a very pleasant experience .

We took the kids to Broadland view brewers Fayre to play in the play area and let some steam of. The lady liz who was working on the play area/reception was extremely pleasant such a lovely lady very kind to the kiddies and made us feel very welcome!! Would definitely come again. Thanks for a great visit :)

4 Yr old birthday part arranged at the soft play area. Liz was fantastic, helped the day go really smooth. Gave great advice and helped out a lot. It's a good venue where the kids can play and have a party together

Came with my little family (2 adults, 2 kids) and 1 set of grandparents. Play area was ideal for our 2 year old. Really friendly service in there too from liz. Food decent as always.

Disgusting service from manager! threw the receipt at me ,it fell on floor as he walked off . His attitude as soon as you walk in would require further training . Staff all stood around by service door not doing anything while things ran out on service areas . Usually better than this,it’s a busy inexpensive place to eat so it’s going to be busy ……not till much later on in morning though .On the plus there is one girl there with a constantly good attitude and pleasant nature I dont recall her name but she had two tone hair . Coffee machine so constantly in use I have no idea why two of them have not been purchased . Bins by coffee machine filthy .

We come here regularly to the swift play area with our children. It’s always clean and well presented. Good and drinks are easily accessible. Liz at the front desk is very efficient and manages the area excellently. She’s kind to the children and keeps a watchful eye on safety measures.

Today we had breakfast at Broadland view. Very friendly and helpful staff. All you can eat/drink for £9.99 and kids eat free too. Enjoy a full cooked breakfast, toast, fruit, cereals, pastries the choices are endless. Thanks Sophie for a great breakfast and service.

We came here as it had a soft play for my 3 Yr old and 19 month old, prior to then having tea. We went to the soft play and were greeted by Liz. She was fabulous and so helpful, really going beyond her duty in helping us have a plane sailing experience, not easy with two feral children. Liz booked our table for us, came and got us when the food was ready and looked after us once we had sat down for the meal. I asked for Liz's name specifically to write this review. She is a credit to your team and deserves any plaudits. We will be coming back as a direct result of her service.
