We’ve been to some of the other branches of BrewDog but this one was not good. Very understaffed (on a bank holiday too) and the food took nearly an hour to come. We ordered vegan burgers and were given real beef ones. Luckily we’re not vegan so we could eat them (and we did, because we weren’t about to send them back after waiting for so long). A table near us offered their burgers to other tables saying ‘we can’t have them because we’re vegan and these are real meat’. Not sure if the kitchen had just run out and hoped no one would notice? Anyway the food was average and the sides were very greasy and way too salty.

It was easter kids go free offer. Although initially welcoming, exiting and surprised (to find an x-box at the table for the kids to play with), the actual food was really not nice (super greasy, unhealthy, burned and substituted) and it was still too expensive. Shame but won't go again.

Been to BrewDog in Oxford before, but this time the service was subpar. The staff had a booking for us on their sheet, but showed us to some one else’s table. Food was quite late and wait staff checked the food elevator inconsistently, so it had been sitting there for some time. No cutlery on table (had to hunt around ourselves), no toilet paper in the loo (although not particularly busy and staff sitting around. Could have been better.

Can’t get over how awful this was. Smells like drains. One guy on the bar has no clue, not his fault but other staff too busy rolling a cigarette to help him. Beer took 20 minutes because of some kind of gas change. Ice looked it was in a mop bucket. I like the beer but not coming back (unless REALLY drunk). I used to like it here.

We went to Brewdog in Oxford, there were 7 people in our party. We opted for wings Wednesday, the table booking was from 7.15pm to 9.15pm. at about 7.45pm we received 2 portions of wings, which obviously left 5 people in our party without any. My partner went to the bar about 8pm and asked where the other wings were, he was told 'i've already brought 2 portions out' clearly she hadn't seen or computed that we had ordered 7 portions of wings. About an hour after first arriving the rest of the party received their wings. Topping up of wings was extremely slow, and the lady who served us clearly didn't want to be at work and had no people skills whatsoever. Luckily another lady took over our table service who was far more approachable and nice. All in all, we took family members there promising them a fab experience (we had a fab one prev and love Brewdog) however we were very disappointed by the slow, uninterested service.

Will not be returning. The service, whilst polite and friendly, will happily overlook you if waiting at the bar for service in order to serve others and if you do order food, when it comes to the table the order will be wrong. The food itself was at best average. Had to send it back because the order was wrong and when it did get to the table it wasn't even warm. The best I can say is the drinks are good, and the atmosphere was great so this place is better for grabbing a drink or two with friends. Even then there are better places in Oxford, with better quality food and service.

A really disappointing visit to this Brewdog bar having visited many others across the country. Part of the Brewdog experience is the opportunity to taste test a number of different brews on offer so imagine our disappointment to turn up, having booked first, to be told that all the pumps were off and there was nothing to buy other than a few cans and bottles in a nearby fridge!!! Even though we had pre booked (for the burger offer) no one seemed to either know or care. As we had our dogs with us we decided to stay and have to say that the food was good, but since when do you order burgers and have to also order extra portions of chips????? All in all, as Brewdog fans and customers this was the most disappointing visit and a real let down.

It's a shame that this brewdog let down the franchise. There were a few problems. After ordering the food through the online service we were told that the table was actually reserved and we had 40 mins to eat and leave. This is hot garbage of service. Also the end of the spring onion was served on our wings (universally thrown away, pictured) nd the chicken was poorly bled (a sign of cheap cuts, also pictured). We ordered bottled drinks that were not opened and had to return them to get them opened. A perfect example of how managers are not to blame as the menu was good, but the staff were poor.

This was the 2nd time I had been to this spot with friends, the first time I didn't order anything because I had already eaten. The second time they fudged the order and how.. I ordered a full salad, it was mistaken for the small one (side dish) which can happen.. I chalked it up to human error paid the extra 8 quid and sent the small one back. They brought me the same salad back in a bigger plate?! This time I was a bit annoyed because the ingredients are on the menu and they weren't on my plate. I kept my cool and I went back again and asked them about it. The manager got involved and took the plate from me after he apologized, which was sweet. This time I was expecting it would be right. Much to my dismay, I got the same exact plate back with 3 tiny slices of sourdough bread in it. The server was nice, apologized again and offered me a complimentary drink, when I asked him to top off my beer he said he could bring me a soft drink. At this point I didn't send my dish back again but just gave up and ate some tomatoes and cheese with dressing on them. I'm sorry but the three slices of toast aren't worth 8 bloody quid. While the servers were ok, the kitchen staff there is clearly lazy.

Was let down on a Monday night after travelling to this pub specifically for the Temple of Seitan wings they offer. These are my favourite ever veggie wings! 25 minutes after taking my order, I was informed for no specific reason that they “weren’t able to serve them that night”. I asked if I came back another night this week whether I could have them, to which I was told yes, it was just tonight. I then asked if it was unlimited wings night on Wednesday, and they said yes! One friendly chap even said “I’m working Wednesday, so I’ll see you then pal!”. At NO point did anyone see fit to tell me that you had to PRE-BOOK. I don’t have a Brewdog pub where I live (I’m in town for work) so I didn’t know this at all. So, I arrive tonight, traveling again through the wind and rain, only to arrive to be greeted by different staff who just give me the “sorry, you had to pre-book” spiel and reel off the “all the terms and conditions are available on our website” liability speech. How VERY punk. Love the beer, like the staff, but man, you guys REALLY missed the mark this week. It’ll be a very long time before I care to come back to a Brewdog pub. I’d rather travel to an actual Temple of Seitan in London, as at least I can be assured that they’ll feed me.

Ordered two pints and was served two glasses about three quarters full of beer, with a foam head of about 3 cm. I could see there had been a struggle pouring, so when the foam quickly subsided, before having paid, I very politely asked "now it's settled a bit is it OK to top it up slightly" and to my surprise was told "no that's how it's supposed to be". I was then informed the beer only has to be up as far as the Brewdog symbol etched on the glass. I politely pointed out that weights and measures law states if there is no lined pint mark on the glass, then it is a pint to the top and if the customer requests a pint, then a pint must be served. She then told me I was wrong and they have their own policy which is to only fill it up to the Brewdog symbol. The conversation continued with me politely stating what the law says... and her telling me I was wrong. What's going on here? Are the bar staff making up their own rules and logic, or is it a local Brewdog bar policy to serve short pints, or possibly a national policy? This totally ruined my experience and any remaining shred of faith I might have had in Brewdog as an organisation. The attitude of both members of staff behind the bar was absolutely disgusting. Don't ever go here unless you enjoy being treated like a complete fool. The beer wasn't right either - tasted off.

As with most Brewdog pubs, Brewdog Oxford has a good selection of guest beers, and staff that are familiar with what they're serving. For those looking for good craft beer, it's a safe choice. We also choose Brewdog because it is verified on Untappd, making finding new beers easy. The selection of bottles and cans is good, especially if you like sours or flavoured stouts. Bare in mind that the fridges don't have everything, and there's more in the cellar. If you're after something specific, it's worth checking the Untappd menu and asking the bar staff. The pub itself has been a bit too hot when we've visited this winter, sometimes smelling quite strongly of food, and the tables are a bit cramped and sticky. This seems to be a running theme with the Brewdog bars I've visited. We're looking forward to the warmer months so we can sit outside.

Sion assured me that "it happens" and to not worry about it and was great at answering my other chicken-related questions and what a "cajun rub" was and was not. Archie brought me my guest beer in a knowledgeable and timely fashion. His cheerful demeanor put me at ease after some awkward moments regarding my lack of culinary prowess. Charlie was fantastic behind the bar, perfect pours! He kept saying that it was his first day. I'm not usually one to debate a bartender on the nature of their employment record so I assumed he was just born being awesome at pouring beer. The food from the kitchen was PERFECTLY cooked. As a food artisan myself, I was impressed and inspired. As a Google Local Guide, I can use what clout that affords me to honestly say, "best 'wings' in Oxford!" 12/10 stars

Went in at 12 and everything was fine, had some beer, had some food, all good. Waitress/bar staff came to clear our plates while my wife was still eating, she took my plate and stood waiting while my wife finished her food, bad form. These may seem like minor gripes, but things the need tidying up in my opinion. Fans of the brewdog brand (me included) will keep returning, but new customers may well be put off.

The bar staff told us we can only order through the app presented which we struggled with after 10mins of trying and members of staff seeing us struggle (the were 11 people in the bar and 3 staff members). We saw a member of staff serve others on the table. My husband asked if we can order to the table said the website was it was sh*t slow. He was accused of swearing at staff members. We were treated very differently from the moment we walked in and were not given the options others were. I can completely appreciate the COVID-19 restrictions but all customers should be treated fairly. This says a lot of the Brew Dog brand - it's disappointing.

Great selection of craft beer, as you’d expect (but you will pay over £5 a pint). Food menu is relatively limited but the lamb burger and beyond meat burgers were both very good. You have to buy your fries and sides separately at £2.5-£3 so it doesn’t work out cheap. Sweet potato fries were decent, but while tasty the 5 mushrooms and small airline dish of Boston beans were just plain mean portions. Service was good, but my wife said the ladies toilets were dirty, which isn’t really acceptable in a pandemic. I’m a shareholder who wanted to check out the pub experience. Not quite as slick as I’d expect compared to online, marketing and the great company values, but still well worth a visit, especially as a beer lover.

Visited Sunday after a meal out for a few beers. Lockdown went down a treat. Felt safe regarding covid. Great bar staff, very helpful. Enjoyed ourselves immensely. Always enjoy the bar. Many ales to try and comfy places to sit both inside and out.

They have some games consoles and boardgames to play, it was a nice touch while I had a drink. The extensive amount of craft beers was also a nice things to see.

Disappointing to learn nothing is baked on site. They imply it's a bakery and that everything is made in their kitchen out back, but it's all shipped in. Not very authentic
