Did enjoy a pint of cider, until my meal came out. Buttermilk chicken burger was so over fried I had to cut off the hard parts to eat it as was the same for the hassleback potatoes which were dark brown bullets. The waiter asked if I enjoyed my meal, to which I explained I couldn’t eat it all because it was over cooked and hard (on plate in front of us) I was then asked if I wanted another drink, which I would be given 25% off…. By this point I’d paid for a pint and a meal circa £26…. And was offered 25% off a £5.95 pint…. Mind boggling maths…. Spend an extra £4.50 to wash down the inedible food………if anyone at Brewdog would like to make that maths add up I’m open to listening…

Service was great, but the wings were a little dry, not as much buffalo sauce as other brewdog locations

Awful experience. Food took 1.5 hours to arrive had to ask on several occasions where it was. Chips were hard, undercooked and all the food was cold. Staff were miserable just seemed to not care at all. We watched loads of food that was ready and one server very slowly was bringing it out (some food was sat there for about 20 minutes before it was taken over to tables) we had no cutlery or sauces and had to keep asking for things. Staff seemed more interested in chatting than working. Shame as the venue itself has been decorated nicely.

Amazing food. Great beers. Please sort the music out. Not the content but the acoustics. Just a constant high pitched screech. Has someone turned the bass off. The other BrewDog in town has it sorted and is brilliant.

Waitress warmed food had 30/40 min wait. No one appeared to be eating (now we know why!) 1hr later 1 burger arrived for a table of 10. Food gradually arrived over the next 10 mins 1st person had finished before we got ours (didn’t think we had booked Waggas!) Platters had luke warm slided some type of chicken (def. Not strips as described), uncooked chips, unbearably hot sauce chicken wings, sliced cucumber not crushed not as described). Service was from miserable servers who clearly loved their jobs. Wont be returning. Very disappointed for a 50th Birthday celebration.

Such a pity that Stout and Urban Orchard unavailable as they are regular tipples of most of us. All else was good or better. But It's important.

The food took ages to come and was not worth the wait. A £12 chicken ceasar sandwich was very sad, with one piece of bacon and none of the promised parmesan cheese. The southern fried chicken was so overdone it was basically too crispy to eat. Staff were fine and agreed the chicken wasn't good, so removed it from our bill. But definitely not returning to try again. Kids menu was ok in terms of choices, but nuggets were again very overdone so really dry. Highchairs were grubby.

I have ventured here for lunch for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good, well presented and delicious. Great service, decent prices. The American Breakfast was superb, such a nice change from the usual full English. Great selection of burgers as well. I will definitely be back to try out more of their menu.

Very good food, efficient service and friendly staff, convenient location and hospitable for our stag party (we were fairly sober and not in fancy dress!) Would definitely recommend. we had 13 people at our tables which was a nice long table very convenient.

Our experience wasn’t so great unfortunately. After ordering out first round of wings and drinks, we saw a rat run past our table along the windows inside. We notified our server of this and was told “oh yeah, I know. We trying to get a handle on it, but what can you do?!”. That was it. We couldn’t believe that was the response. A little perturbed as to what to do, we figured as we’d paid already for the wings, we’d continue eating. We spoke to the same server again (Joshua) and was told that “yeah, there’s even a couple of mice too”. I can safely say that we were all absolutely appalled at the lack of action, apology or offer of any refund, having spent well over £100 as a group. To have notified the server and manager that there is clearly a rodent infestation, only to be told “yeah, what can you do” is unacceptable. I would like to know exactly what Brewdog plan to do about this before we notify the EHO ourselves and take further action.

Great place for drinks and dinner. The interiors are amazing and incredibly friendly staff as well. Highly recommend for meetups and beers

Wings weren’t very good. BBQ sauce was grainy and tasted off, buffalo sauce was vinegary, blue cheese was watery. They were nicely cooked, fresh and a good size though, just wouldn’t recommend them as they didn’t taste nice. Service was good, no complaints. Wings Wednesday let me down, won’t be attending it again.

Had the Korean BBQ wings. Very spicy for a 1 chilli on the menu and tastes purely of salt and fish sauce, no BBQ to it. The beer selection is good and the lady who served us initially was friendly When I explained they tasted poor I got "ok" and that was it.

Attended the Deadpool Wednesday Wings event and had so much fun! Staff were so friendly and had a great chat with them about the new Deadpool & Wolverine film! The bar had Deadpool promotional posters and flyers, along with the exclusive IPA Can which really set the theme and was super cool! Had all you can eat Buffalo wings and they were super tasty and there was also veggie and vegan options as well. I was anxious to know how much the bill came to, but it was very reasonably priced and a lot cheaper than what I thought it would be. Brewdog is my favourite bar as it has a great atmosphere and feels very clean, also lovely central location at Bristol Harbourside!

Went for bottomless wings, first plate came out quickly and with a good amount on the plate. The wings were very tasty and we had no complaints about the food quality at all. However, I finished my first plate within 20 minutes and then did not receive more until an hour later. I was presented with less than half of what I first had and also no dip. Quite disappointed as it was not as advertised, far from ‘bottomless’

Staff very relaxed. Were helpful but not fully aware of voucher deals and what food could be ordered. Tables outside were sticky could have been wiped more regularly.

Great Brunch experience. We got a deal on Voucher for 2 bottomless brunches for £40. The choice of food is limited but we both had the full English breakfast which was great. However, the beans are spicy so you might want to get them on the side. The range of drinks was very good: Prosecco, Elvis Juice, Punk IPA, Wingman, Lost lager and a cider. Service was excellent and they kept us topped up for drinks. We would definitely do this again.

Unfortunately an item as part of the vegan stack wasnt defrosted and the restaurant was empty but the food still took 45mins. Both these things a little disappointing as they hadn’t been open long but the food was good.

Came for wing Wednesdays. The first tray of 10 wings were all good size, all applicable garnish etc. Weirdly tasted fishy. Next 5 abit less attention to wings, missing garish, tastes fishy again. Next 5 wings were dreadful, tiny, mishapened and lack garish and fishy. Oil definitely needed changing. Next 5 cauliflower wings some were pathetically small, missing any kind of garnish. But tasted good and not fishy. Quite difficult to flag anyone down from time to time.

Had a voucher so me and my friend went for a bottomless brunch witch is worth £60 it worked out we only had 3 drinks witch one we waited 30 mins I even went to the bar as we was just forgot about as a lady did take our drink order but told no one and are food we waited 45mins for my friend had the croissant burger witch came out dry and no egg or sauce I had fried chicken and waffles didn’t have my butter that was meant to come with and chicken was dry and hard Service was also very slow

Very poor service with no care for customers. Sat with my wife and teenage son for FIFTY MINUTES!!! Yes, FIFTY MINUTES WAITING FOR FOOD!!! 1 chicken burger, 1 chicken salad, 1 sharer which consists of 3 wings, a splash of chicken tenders, a few slithers of veg and 3 potatoes, nothing too pressing but still took 50 minutes to come out of the kitchen for a relatively small order, but even then had to approach the bar to enquire where our food was. Once the food came out, our teenage son's chicken burger was a piece of chicken on it's own, that's right, completely on it's own, no bun, no fries, nothing. So we sent it back, another 10/15 minutes later out comes a burger and fries. We were then offered free drinks which we had just received and paid for so that was refused, to then be offered 2 free deserts as a gesture of good will, which we accepted with thanks. ANOTHER 25 MINUTES LATER!!!! we unfortunately took the decision to leave due to the fact that the deserts also didn't come out. I can only say how extremely disappointed on every aspect of the experience at this establishment, and after all of this most disappointing was that the food was bland and tasteless, the salad leaves hadn't been drained and full of water. I would not return nor recommend. The only recommend I could give would be staff training and a management team that has some sense of control. Very poor everyone at Brewdog Bristol 👎👎👎👎

We went for the wing Wednesday! They give you 2 hours and unlimited wings! So we arrived at 19:25 (booking 19:30) Had to ask where to be seated as no one was at the front to help us So we made an order at around 19:45-19:50 and never got our first set of wings till around 20:30! I ate my first set within 10 mins so I made another order which was around 20:45 I waited until 21:15 and a waiter come to the table and asked if there was anything we needed I mentioned my wings but he had no idea about them . Disappointed as we traveled from Gloucester and literally got 10 chicken wings in 2 hours. They are really nice though!! That hurt more as I wanted more wings.

Sadly it took nearly 2 hrs for our Father’s Day food to come out after waiting 15 mins ina queue to order. This issue wasn’t rectified as there were so many people complaining. Our food came out cold.

We booked to take my elderly Dad (86 with Dementia)for food on Fathers Day. Our Table was booked for 1.30. We didn't receive our food ( 4 x burgers with 2 sides of fries & 2 sides of onion rings ) until 3pm. The first time we queried the wait was after 40 mins, to be told "sorry , it will be out shortly" the second time we went up to the bar & told them we'd been waiting over an hour , we were told sorry , we are short staffed and offered a discount. But during the long wait we spent twice the amount we would have done on drinks while we were waiting. It wasn't even that busy in there. It's a Shame we weren't informed of the wait when we arrived , as we would have gone elsewhere. Food was good when it eventually arrived , we were starving by then ! Staff were friendly but should have told us of the wait.

My wife booked a father's day dinner for 3 of us (Wife, 3 year old and I). We arrived the the server was clearly stressed and a bit out of sorts. Every table we could see had left over plates or glasses on, with around 3 staff out the front to serve drinks, food and clean. We ordered our food and was told there would be around a 30 min wait, although looking round the room and outside, there were minimal people in (i think we must have missed an earlier lunchtime rush). The food took around 50 minutes and my child's burger was cold. They took it back and sent out a brand new meal. I had the chicken wings whereas my wife had the protein power salad. The food was decent. When i was being served at the bar to order the food / drinks, there were a couple of things sold out and the server kept looking at the out of sorts server (i'm thinking to see if she was okay and keep tabs on her) as it almost looked as if she was going to have a breakdown. She did tell us on first arrival that it had been so busy. It seemed like all the staff were just knackered and floating slowly. Not to point fingers but there could have been a bit better management, there was either no management there or the guy who i thought could be manager was the slowest of them all! A great shame as my wife was disappointed by the experience and wanted it to be a good one due to it being father's day. I would give it another chance as could just have caught on a bad day.

Atmosphere & beers are great. Service was great - we had table service and also asked while waiting in line at the bar if we wanted to be served at the table. Food was fairly average for the price, the mac & cheese wasn't very cheesy at all and 7 wings came out instead of 8 which is a minor issue but they are pricey. They have a great selection of vegan & vegetarian options.

Made a minor error on our order which led to a delay (as much my fault as theirs) problem rectified and volunteered us some comped drinks to boot. Lovely folks, great beer.

Went with a big group (~18 people) for Wings Wednesday and was quite happy with everything. The wings and service were great. Staff were very accommodating, polite and good was delivered quite quickly on request. The atmosphere and ambiance of the place is great for small and large groups. The place is quite clean and lacks the typical smell and sticky flooring of a traditional pub which is a plus for me!

The food and drinks were great but we were completely ignored by the staff as soon as we sat down. They were too preoccupied with the tables beside us who were getting new drinks and food every 15-20 minutes. We had to order everything at the bar and didn’t stay long due to the service being so bad.

I recently had chicken wings, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The wings were overcooked, stale, and ended up making my stomach upset. I paid for the meal but was very dissatisfied with the quality. I hope you address this issue to prevent it from happening again. However the staff is friendly and they have great ciders!

Lots of space. The manager was good, the other staff seemed like they were short on training but all friendly. Food portions probably should have been bigger for the cost but it was well cooked and tasty. Seems setup for large groups. There were some good deals if you qualify - 25% off for students.

The first comment would be to report that the phone number advertised is never answered, I tried multiple times but always goes to voice mail which was most frustrating as I wanted to ask a specific question and not use email. It also states in the email booking that if we were running late to call the restaurant which would again be a frustrating experience as I can't imagine the phone ever being answered. On arrival we were shown to a table indoors which was fine but seeing that it was one of the hottest days so far this year it would have been nice to have been given the option. There was a significant wait to find out what our gift voucher we were using entitled us to. The manager was busy and we were forgotten. The food was good but the bacon was too crispy, resembling crackling. We ordered two extra beers but they never arrived. The manager (didn't catch her name) apologised for not putting the beer through. We found her friendly but the service was slow in the beginning and it would have been better if she had gotten back to us a bit sooner rather than us having to go and find out what the hold up was. The toilets were not great, I was forced to use a unisex toilet which I never like to use but on this rare occasion found it the cleanest. Return visit possibly but not in any time soon. Overall I'd say good food but service a bit disappointing/disorganised.

Came for bottomless brunch. Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable and they checked in with us loads to make sure we were good. Didn't feel like you were rushed at all and they kept the drinks coming! Would definitely return!!!

Standard Brewdog. I'm not personally a fan of the brand but you can rely on these places for a reliable menu and plenty of drinks options. This branch is also quite centrally located in Bristol.

Place is clean and food was amazing, staff are friendly and we felt very welcome as a big family.

Love this pub. I know people have mixed views on the business as a whole but honestly, there are some branches that just make it work and embody the original concept. Come and see the Bristol Harbourside crew - they’re so friendly and the place does great drinks, music and food. Great buzz most evenings.

It is a fairly large pet-friendly bar with a paid pool table and some other games. The service is slow although they warn you at the entrance, the food took 45 minutes. There is a wide variety of beers from the brewdog brewery.

I went with my brother because we love the wings in Brewdog, we usually go to Bath for it but we decided to try Harbourside for Wing Wednesday (unlimited wings). Good value for money in general but they were sooooo slow at bringing out the next batch each time. It would be very hard to attempt to beat the local record when you have to wait 30mins for each plate of 5 wings… (first plate had more). The atmosphere is inviting and energetic, not appropriate for children but great for an evening with friends and siblings. The beer is good but extremely overpriced, even for Bristol.

To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect from the food, but it was really good, and the staff were so friendly and professional despite being really busy, I can highly recommend a visit to anyone 👌

Been to Brewdog chain before and was always content, unfortunately this venue undelivered. About 30 minutes wait for drinks and an hour for some burgers. It wasn't very busy and we were also not advised on the long wait (the waitress told us 20-30 min wait for food from ordering). Food was okay, also had better. Flavours were bland, heavy and my bun seemed to be a bit old.

It was very quite when we came, only a couple of tables, yet it took the waitress 30-45 minutes to come and check if we wanted anything else after clearing our mains, which, when paying for parking, is not very good. Minus 1 star. The chicken burger my girlfriend had was extremely chewy to the point where she had to take it out of the burger and cut it up using a steak knife. Minus 1 star. The music was also extremely loud, when we asked for it to be turned down a little because we were practically shouting at each other, we were told, “it’s because you’re sat under the speakers, you can move somewhere else, however the whole place is covered in speakers, so it’s very hard to find a quieter place. Minus 1 star. The only positive was that my Patriot burger was well cooked. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to eat out, we spent nearly 2 and a half hours there and had 1 course.

Rating this for food, popped in on Saturday for a late lunch, service was fairly swift, but while the burger was ok, I feel there’s issues I want to address, first off I came for the idea of dipping a burger into gravy, but none of the burgers seem suited to that, I mean if you dip a buffalo chicken burger into gravy won’t it just taste like buffalo chicken, the spice will win out, the other chicken burger has avocado into, who wants to dip avocado into gravy… after taking a long time weighing up the options I went for the Jackpot burger, this did pair ok with the gravy, but I’d rather have had a BBQ chicken option to choose. Next was the “dipping gravy” it came in a mug, how are you supposed to dip a burger into a mug? I ended up pouring the gravy onto the burger which was not really how I expected to have to deal with it. Speaking of mugs, I felt like one after paying £3.50 for fries and it being a tiny portion also in a mug (it looks full up in the photo but it was stacked in a way that there didn’t seem to be that many in there), a disappointment, they were nice fries but at that price I’d expect a bit of a bigger portion size, particularly as the burgers aren’t the biggest, for the overall £19.75 price tag it feels like there should have been a bit more. Anyway the service staff did a good job (I didn’t mention any of my issues with them, I am English after all) but somewhere there seems to be a disconnect between what the menu appears to offer and how it is implemented!

Visited for wings Wednesday. Unfortunately it was very very average. Good portion size, a good atmosphere but the food wasn’t great. Good they had vegan & vegetarian options. However the actual food was pretty average and incredibly salty. The sides really weren’t great either.

BrewDog beer is a guarantee... I also drink it in Italy. Excellent local food

Awesome! We went for the Bottomless Brunch, nice food, they led us taste some of the beers to choose what we wanted to drink during the Brunch with recommendations from the service, which were great! It’s only an hour and a half but they let us stay longer finishing our drinks since the place is really big. Very recommendable!

Had a great afternoon watching the rugby. Food was brilliant, good atmosphere, good service, great drinks selection.

Have been to Wings Wednesday twice now, great bar, concept and quality, however there was either something seriously wrong with the Korean sauce option last night or perhaps it just needs changing or taking off the menu. The whole table had a plate and all agreed it tasted vile. So my advice would be to stick to buffalo sauce if you’re going. Generally everything was good and the wider menu look really interesting.

Great bar with good food and fair size portions. Great for larger parties but it is advisable to book where possible.

Pretty decent, large Brewdog venue. Had a birthday party there. Was all good except the speakers are terrible. Had some above our table that sounded blown. Had to leave to source better music.
