Great bar, great beer, great staff! Jess and Kirsty are amazing and so knowledgeable!

Two of us did the beer experience (with cheese!) with Tom as our guide. It was an excellent couple of hours. Tom clearly very knowledgeable and gave us a brilliant experience. Even though we were tasting well known beers like Punk and Wingman alongside some lesser known guest beers, it was still a great session, Tom made it interesting and fun. Would highly recommend!

Jamie is a grand server. Kind and efficient. Brewdog is good with large portions. Also love the brunch please bring it back!!

Went with friends for wings Wednesday it was quite busy the service was a joke only 2 people behind the bar and 2 people serving. In a very large bar and restaurant. All you can eat wings it was not took 2 hours to get 20 wings in the end just left

Went for my birthday, put my food through online and paid, WAITED ALMOST AN HOUR and was told by the staff that it wasn’t even put through. Absolutely awful experience and will never return again. P.S the guy in the beanie forgot what good customer service was, not happy

Guy with beanie thought he was way too cool to serve anyone with any decency. Half our meals didn’t even come all orders were messed up. Used to like this place not anymore.

Dreadful. Second time trying the Wings Wednesday thinking the awful experience first time was an off night. Seems it's the norm to be dumped at a table the far end of the building and then ignored and at times the staff went to great lengths to avoid you. For the 2 and a half hours we were in there we each received 20 wings, the first tray gives you 10 each. So with the first 10 taking a generous half hour, you're looking at getting 5 wings an hour. You're more likely to starve.

Superb time here today. My wife and I had a burger each and a 'beer flight' beer tasting. Really recommend the beer flight, was excellent, choose 4 beers and get 1/3 pint of each. Some amazing beers. Burgers delicious, my wife had an amazing chicken burger and I had a burger with black pudding. Both were delicious. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return.

Came here specifically for the chicken wings because they are gluten free! They did not disappoint!!! Had the buffalo and the Dragon spice. Both top notch! Crispy, spicy and juicy. Can’t ask for more than that! I’ll be back for sure! Also enjoyed their new GF beer “Cold Beer” also great. 👍🏻👍🏻

Burger not great, but you get a tremendous amount of coleslaw!

We visited BrewDog for Bottomless Wing Wednesday and were really impressed with the vegan options! We had the cauliflower wings and seitan wings, both of which were delicious, crispy, flavorful, and a great plant-based alternative!! However, the main downside was the service. Each time we ordered more wings, it took around 30 minutes for them to arrive, which was frustrating given the 2-hour limit. Overall, the food was great, but the slow service made it feel like we didn’t get the full bottomless experience.

Great BrewDog - large bar, with a decent range of their own beer and others. Good selection in the Beer To Go. And the food is really good - brunch today and it was excellent. We had Croissant Burger and the Avocado & Sourdough - they were out of sourdough so it was on ciabatta and that worked really well. Good work

Paid £9 for 'loader' fries which comes with a few pieces of chicken, and the blue cheese sauce was missing completely, also served as a giant mess. Good stuff.

Waiters are super friendly and they often have good deals on.

Waited nearly 30 minutes, asked how long it would be, to be told it had only just come through the system and would be at least 25 minutes. Refunded. Amended to 3 stars as the staff refunded promptly.

As someone who loves BrewDog and is working through the BrewDog Visa, I’ve visited several locations, and I have to say, BrewDog Bristol Harbourside has now become a top favorite for us! We’re based around Exeter, and Plymouth has always been our go-to BrewDog because the service is outstanding and it feels like home – the staff are always so welcoming. After venturing to Bristol Harbourside, I can confidently say it’s now tied for first place with Plymouth, and we’ll definitely be coming back more often. The atmosphere at Harbourside is just perfect – it’s comfortable, full of pretty green plants, and the overall decor is lovely. There’s a pool table and some arcade machines for extra fun, and plenty of seating options, from cozy booths to tall tables, so there’s something for everyone. The bathrooms were spotless and looked brand new, which is always a nice touch. A special mention to Kirsty, who was tending the bar. She made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond. She created a warm and personal atmosphere, making us feel like we already knew each other. It’s the kind of service that makes BrewDog feel like home, just like our favourite spot in Plymouth. You can tell she truly loves her job, and she’s absolutely great at it. We had an absolutely amazing time here, and I can’t wait to return this summer. Highly recommend BrewDog Bristol Harbourside!

Visited twice in 7 days. Using a Gift voucher. First visit, burgers were pretty bad. (Overcooked). One burger was sent back. Generous with the bacon. The second visit, the burgers were a little better, but the burger ingredients still, were barely a slither, including the avocado. Slither of Cheese (fake?) Seemed to be plastic from squeeze bottle or similar. Service great! Dog friendly! Cool interior with booths, tables or sofas. Would return, but not to eat, especially at those prices and poor quality.

Not a traditional brewdog menu relying on mainly pizza.

Food portions are small as are the sides for the price you are paying.

Had all 3 types on wings Wednesday. All delicious. Really great service. Wish we could have stayed longer. Much fun.

Hugely overpriced for very basic food. I had a chicken burger and it was chewy. The offer they had on (burger for £1) wasn't as it seemed. The pool table required 15 minutes of workn on a phone to play.

Beers in here are at the very high end of prices for area. That aside they do have a fantastic range of Brewdog & other beers. Staff are great but felt that only 2 servers on a Sunday afternoon was pushing the wait times at bar a little (longer you wait less you spend so bonus) Both staff on duty working really hard & were friendly, knowledgeable & great at what they were doing. Now on to the food well we came for the burger deal which looks great value if the burgers were actually any good sadly they are at best average & ours in my opinion was well overcooked. Waited an age for the two burgers to arrive & they really were a tad disappointing. On saying that the 2 sides for £7 is a great deal with a generous portion of Mac & cheese. Probably going to got back when dealing isn't on to see if the dodge burger was a one off. Nice place but in this instance food let it down by time arrived I was too hungry to complain.

Went for the burger offer , they had ran out of all chicken options and some drink options , maybe because it was a Sunday after a busy Saturday. Burger was good value as part of the offer but would be massively over priced normally !

food arrived cold besides fries, waitress did not check up on us during or after the meal. when we complained we were offered a singular free pint as compensation. left hungry.

Food wasn’t sent out at the same time and some of our party had finished and some still waiting for food. Food was ok but not very hot, shame as our last visit it was lush! Staff all lovely and friendly, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the products. Only thing I didn’t like was the mixed toilets, would prefer just ladies and gents.

Great Brunch experience. We got a deal on Voucher for 2 bottomless brunches for £40. The choice of food is limited but we both had the full English breakfast which was great. However, the beans are spicy so you might want to get them on the side. The range of drinks was very good: Prosecco, Elvis Juice, Punk IPA, Wingman, Lost lager and a cider. Service was excellent and they kept us topped up for drinks. We would definitely do this again.

Good food and beers, as usual. Staff were all friendly and helpful, but it took well over 30mins to get our burgers and the tables were less than half full.

Went there to watch football, beers were rubbish and over priced. If they want better review they may have to address their work life balance

This place looks really good. It's spacious, modern, there's good music, and feels like a nice place to hang out. But at almost £20 for a frozen burger, it's very overpriced, and the drinks are the same ones you can find in supermarkets. I was very disappointed that the staff here had no idea what they were doing. One girl seemed completely overwhelmed, running around behind the bar and not actually serving anyone, and a guy knew less about the menu than customers who had just seen it for the first time. Surely they can do better in the centre of Bristol!

I had an awesome party organised there with my colleagues. The staff members were very helpful and attentive. Food was good, beer is always great. Just the lady with short hair (man’s hairstyle) could have been nicer when informing us we “need to get going”, especially considering how much we all spent there that night.

The venue was great but we had to argue with some thugs who were sat at our reserved table. The £1 pints run out which was upsetting

We had come to brewdog to take advantage of your £1 offer. When we arrived we were told that this particular brewdog doesn't do pizzas. I don't recall seeing any information about this and my wife and daughter were instantly disappointed. The lady who looked after us was lovely and found us a nice table. When the food arrived we were all very disappointed again. My chicken burger was practically inedible. Hard and chewy. The rest of the burgers weren't that great either. My son loved the fries so that's at least something. We would have complained during the meal but no one came to our table to ask if everything was ok When the table was cleared at the end we got to make our complaint, the manager came over and offered us 20% off which was welcome but he mentioned that they had had quite a few complaints about the chicken already! I'm amazed that if your team knew there was an issue they still continued to serve it. It's expensive to go out as a young family of four and we don't get to do it very often and we all came away feeling disappointed. Russell

Wingwednesday unlimited wings?? Doesnt exist. Long waiting times between plates, first plate probably 10 wings, then after 4 wings per plate with a 30 min waiting time between. Also staff member questioned that “will we actually eat more wings?” Its unlimited as advertised? It doesnt matter if we didnt? What a question to ask. After our second plate of “4 wings” we were then told they have ran out of wings? Basically they drag out the two hour sitting & try to pump you for drinks. Your almost felt to feel guilty asking for more. Leaderboard wing challenge is misleading too, probably all made up as i know if you asked them for you to do it, the response back would be “we have had a busy day today & are low on wings” Wont be going back for the wingwednesday.

Wings were crispy, hot and fresh every time. Staff were all welcoming and attentive.

Great place for a pint in town. Big space, plenty of beers, service was great. You can even park your bicycle inside. The burgers were flying around and they smelled really good and it seems like everybody was ordering one. We weee only for drinks. Great place for big groups. I’ll be back to try the food.

Pints are fine. Food is decent but pretty extortionate at £17 for a pretty big small burger and chips.

For a ticket event it was really disappointing - music over a normal sound system, staff not dressed up, lights never dimmed and no count down to new year which would have been missed if not for two customers shouting it out. Not worth the money and lead to a really disappointing start to the new year

I Loved the Wings Wednesday. The wings were great, the beer was even better. slow table service, but we did go in the middle of party season (18 Dec). I am planning a revisit when it is quieter!

I think it was probably just too busy with Xmas parties. Generally the service via the app is so clunky, our server wasn't particularly helpful or interested either. Great wings and booking the table was nice and easy even though we had not help finding it on arrival.

Service very slow for how quiet it was. Staff friendly but only two people there. The American breakfast was burnt and both meals flavourless. Portions were a reasonable size. We would not visit again based on this experience.

Was here on a Friday night and the Punk AF was pretty bad. No more AF options. What was worse was the sound system which is dreadful. Just turn it off. The acoustics of the place are bad enough but we left as we couldn’t stand the ear piercing noise, couldn’t even tell what the music was. There are enough places nearby playing loud music so just turn it off and enjoy the sound of people talking and laughing.

Lovely staff and we had a great doggie party. Food could have been hotter when on it came out but was still nice. Would come back again for sure.

During the day the location seems a waste land, of an evening it’s quite on the streets but this place is pumping. Everything you expect from a BrewDog location.

Did enjoy a pint of cider, until my meal came out. Buttermilk chicken burger was so over fried I had to cut off the hard parts to eat it as was the same for the hassleback potatoes which were dark brown bullets. The waiter asked if I enjoyed my meal, to which I explained I couldn’t eat it all because it was over cooked and hard (on plate in front of us) I was then asked if I wanted another drink, which I would be given 25% off…. By this point I’d paid for a pint and a meal circa £26…. And was offered 25% off a £5.95 pint…. Mind boggling maths…. Spend an extra £4.50 to wash down the inedible food………if anyone at Brewdog would like to make that maths add up I’m open to listening…

Awful experience. Food took 1.5 hours to arrive had to ask on several occasions where it was. Chips were hard, undercooked and all the food was cold. Staff were miserable just seemed to not care at all. We watched loads of food that was ready and one server very slowly was bringing it out (some food was sat there for about 20 minutes before it was taken over to tables) we had no cutlery or sauces and had to keep asking for things. Staff seemed more interested in chatting than working. Shame as the venue itself has been decorated nicely.

Waitress warmed food had 30/40 min wait. No one appeared to be eating (now we know why!) 1hr later 1 burger arrived for a table of 10. Food gradually arrived over the next 10 mins 1st person had finished before we got ours (didn’t think we had booked Waggas!) Platters had luke warm slided some type of chicken (def. Not strips as described), uncooked chips, unbearably hot sauce chicken wings, sliced cucumber not crushed not as described). Service was from miserable servers who clearly loved their jobs. Wont be returning. Very disappointed for a 50th Birthday celebration.

Amazing food. Great beers. Please sort the music out. Not the content but the acoustics. Just a constant high pitched screech. Has someone turned the bass off. The other BrewDog in town has it sorted and is brilliant.

Such a pity that Stout and Urban Orchard unavailable as they are regular tipples of most of us. All else was good or better. But It's important.

The food took ages to come and was not worth the wait. A £12 chicken ceasar sandwich was very sad, with one piece of bacon and none of the promised parmesan cheese. The southern fried chicken was so overdone it was basically too crispy to eat. Staff were fine and agreed the chicken wasn't good, so removed it from our bill. But definitely not returning to try again. Kids menu was ok in terms of choices, but nuggets were again very overdone so really dry. Highchairs were grubby.

I have ventured here for lunch for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good, well presented and delicious. Great service, decent prices. The American Breakfast was superb, such a nice change from the usual full English. Great selection of burgers as well. I will definitely be back to try out more of their menu.

Very good food, efficient service and friendly staff, convenient location and hospitable for our stag party (we were fairly sober and not in fancy dress!) Would definitely recommend. we had 13 people at our tables which was a nice long table very convenient.

Our experience wasn’t so great unfortunately. After ordering out first round of wings and drinks, we saw a rat run past our table along the windows inside. We notified our server of this and was told “oh yeah, I know. We trying to get a handle on it, but what can you do?!”. That was it. We couldn’t believe that was the response. A little perturbed as to what to do, we figured as we’d paid already for the wings, we’d continue eating. We spoke to the same server again (Joshua) and was told that “yeah, there’s even a couple of mice too”. I can safely say that we were all absolutely appalled at the lack of action, apology or offer of any refund, having spent well over £100 as a group. To have notified the server and manager that there is clearly a rodent infestation, only to be told “yeah, what can you do” is unacceptable. I would like to know exactly what Brewdog plan to do about this before we notify the EHO ourselves and take further action.

Not consistent. Our 2nd time for brunch, we came back as we had a great first time. Rules for brunch were completely different this time, couldn’t mix drinks and we were able to the first time. Won’t be back.

Wings weren’t very good. BBQ sauce was grainy and tasted off, buffalo sauce was vinegary, blue cheese was watery. They were nicely cooked, fresh and a good size though, just wouldn’t recommend them as they didn’t taste nice. Service was good, no complaints. Wings Wednesday let me down, won’t be attending it again.

Attended the Deadpool Wednesday Wings event and had so much fun! Staff were so friendly and had a great chat with them about the new Deadpool & Wolverine film! The bar had Deadpool promotional posters and flyers, along with the exclusive IPA Can which really set the theme and was super cool! Had all you can eat Buffalo wings and they were super tasty and there was also veggie and vegan options as well. I was anxious to know how much the bill came to, but it was very reasonably priced and a lot cheaper than what I thought it would be. Brewdog is my favourite bar as it has a great atmosphere and feels very clean, also lovely central location at Bristol Harbourside!

Had the Korean BBQ wings. Very spicy for a 1 chilli on the menu and tastes purely of salt and fish sauce, no BBQ to it. The beer selection is good and the lady who served us initially was friendly When I explained they tasted poor I got "ok" and that was it.

Went for bottomless wings, first plate came out quickly and with a good amount on the plate. The wings were very tasty and we had no complaints about the food quality at all. However, I finished my first plate within 20 minutes and then did not receive more until an hour later. I was presented with less than half of what I first had and also no dip. Quite disappointed as it was not as advertised, far from ‘bottomless’

Staff very relaxed. Were helpful but not fully aware of voucher deals and what food could be ordered. Tables outside were sticky could have been wiped more regularly.

Unfortunately an item as part of the vegan stack wasnt defrosted and the restaurant was empty but the food still took 45mins. Both these things a little disappointing as they hadn’t been open long but the food was good.
