Best Fish & Chips in UK ! Burgers are nice too! Nice view & service!

The staff were welcoming but if I knew before hand that the bar was closing and didn't have half the food or all the little extras bits that went with your cocktails I would have booked somewhere else. So was disappointed in place that I have enjoyed so many times before and after spending nearly £150 felt let down on not being properly informed at time of booking what the situation was with the bar closing and the shortages which affected are day Hi Adam Thanks for the reply I booked on Friday 5th 2 days before we came for our meal

Had a fab time! The food was lush and the pina colada is insane here! Looked after by George, fantastic server. Will come again next time Bristol.

Charlie was very friendly and helpful and the children said that the cheeseburgers were five star!!

A must-go place in Bristol! We had gone to Pitcher and Piano after being disappointed with food at another restaurant and these guys changed our moods in an instant. Sydney is super nice - polite and cheerful, food is delicious and atmosphere is lively. Loved it!

I have to say all credit to you P&P. Not a local, but visiting with very old school friends and the service you extended to us was amazing! Top class and would recommend the food, Bang Bang cauliflower, sweet potatoes and the rest! Cocktails were also amazing!👍👍👍👍

Very sadly, I have to give this a 2.When we walked in it was quiet but took ages to get a table. When we finally got the table it took ages to get our food and drinks. We ordered a PLAIN burger meal with cheese. What are you expecting when you say that. Bun,cheese,patty then bun. WRONG! Here they served us a patty … that’s it. We asked where the chips that came from the meal, and the bun and cheese. She was rude and cocky and said, “well it was in the menu you should have looked better.” And then I checked the menu. Said nothing about plain burger. Anyways, I also saw a member of staff drinking beer rather than working. I was with my daughter,my mum and step-dad. (My mum and step dad shared) WE PAID 120 POUNDS. I am not happy. The only reason this gets a 2 is that the food was atleast decent.

This review is particularly aimed at a staff member called Yona. Friendly, kind, helpful, greeted up with a lovely smile. As we entered the building all the other staff members ignored us at the bar like as if they didn't want our money but here came this lady who made up for all the other ignorant staff by greeting us with a huge smile. She's a credit to your firm. If it wasn't for staff members like this I'm sure you'd have people walk back out. Her customer service is excellent 👌

Visited Pitcher & Piano with a friend for lunch midweek and we had an exceptional dining experience! From the breathtaking harbor views (made even better by the spring sunshine) to the prompt and friendly service, every aspect exceeded our expectations. Olaf, our server, went above and beyond to ensure that our dietary preferences were accommodated (my friend in coeliac), making the dining experience truly enjoyable. The overall service, food quality, and staff professionalism were top-notch, leaving a lasting impression. We definitely return to this fantastic venue and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Lydia was incredible as a waitress, was 10/10 with bringing us drinks. Never had an empty glass. If you’re after the best bottomless brunch in Bristol come to pitcher and piano.

The service I had from Alex was amazing! I regularly visit with friends for food and drinks and everything is always top notch! They did just put a new gambling machine in of which i'm not a fan of but can't praise the staff enough

We visited for our Christmas meal on the 5th December 6-9pm ( well we drank until 10.30!!l. The staff were incredible, especially Prue massive shour out you managed our table of 25 beautifully, thank you. The food was so good everyone had clear plates, the kitchen staff did a great job getting everything out hot, correct and really tasty well done! We had a wonderful time really appreciated everyone's help. Staff are great, nice to see a young and helpful team of enthusiastic people serving in hospitality you made all the difference to our evening x

My favourite go-to bar. Held my 30th here and the staff were very accommodating. Food is quite good and they hold quite a lot of events at this place: Speed Dating, Brush parties. All great fun. The music is quite load at times when it shouldn't be. I get it when at Fridays and the weekends they have a DJ, that the volue increases after he starts, but beforehand (on a Thursday) sitting next to a meal, it would be good to be able to hear each other. But I guess this is how it goas for all bar/restaurants nowadays. As this is not the first place I encountered this. Great venue nonetheless, right on the harbourside. With heated smoking sections right outside and a great selection of drinks at the bar.

Part of a group last week, had some issues with seating but Freddie was fantastic in sorting it out and moving tables about. Amazing service and would come again if everyone’s like him.

We've gone here twice in the last month - really average both times. First time they'd closed the kitchen early so we went somewhere else and had a really lovely time. The second time it was okay but I came across an unflushed toilet in the gents - I realised that there was no toilet roll in that cubicle so the poor person who'd left their deposit was probably contemplating the pants-round-ankles waddle to another cubicle so had more pressing concerns than remembering to flush. My girlfriend's experience in the ladies found toilet roll absent there as well as no locks on any of the loos. In short, you'll probably have a better time somewhere else, especially if you expect an entertainment venue to have better toilet facilities than prison.

Beautiful place, sat down on a week day just popped in on the off chance, lovely coffee and the warm chocolate brownie with ice-cream was delicious 😋, service was excellent.

I went on a weekend to Bristol and we stopped only for a quick pint but the atmosphere was soo good that we ended up spending the whole evening there and even had food ( which was great by the way). Great place to stop and decent price.

Had a great weekend in Bristol, we stopped here for a drink on our way to the casino and ended up having dinner and cocktails instead. Great service from the guys on the bar. We are already planning our next weekend away!
