Minimal size portions. loaded fries a joke for nearly £10. Beer was also too expensive at nearly £7 a pint Visited last year, and reasonably pleased, will not visit again as very poor value for money

The manager was great , cheerful & extremely helpful . The food however was dreadful ! All chicken was fatty & deep fried , awful stake weird coloured bread rolls . Awful coleslaw & mac cheese was in edible . Tables were covered in dirty plates & no rush to clear . We SHALL NOT BE BACK

Sadly we had a rather unpleasant experience. It was our first time visiting Bath, waited for over an hour for our food, after being reassured multiple times that it wouldn't be long. We eventually had to leave, requested a refund which the duty manager assured us would be processed. Two weeks later, after multiple unanswered emails, no refund and no apology.

Lovely management, friendly bar service and the food is spot on I highly recommend for others to come here for delicious food n drinks 🍷😄 the atmosphere is wonderful 😊

Service in here sadly poor. I patiently waited at one end of the bar to be served only to find someone who arrived after me got served first. When I questioned this I was told they don’t serve at the end of the bar I was stood at. No signage to advise of this or no staff made me aware whilst I was waiting. Another member of staff appeared to ask what the issue was, I explained and said he’d serve me, even though I was stood in exactly the same space at the ‘non servable’ section. I declined and took my business elsewhere, Juno to be precise. I’m a shareholder and won’t be returning. Take your business to Juno, a far friendlier welcome!

Great vibe, great selection and a great place to chill out with family, friends or a quick pop in for a bite. Large venue. Upstairs balcony seating area. Popped in for a quick drink before heading for the train station.

We were there for the unlimited wings for 2 hours but only had people come to take our order three times. The restaurant ran out of cauliflower wings for my vegetarian friend who was only able to have one round. They also ran out of wings and didn’t have any Korean bbq wings. The dragon spice wings were very very salty. The service was very good however and the servers/bartenders were apologetic and offered us all discounts for the lack of wings.

Fui a almorzar con amigos celebrando un fin de semana de 50 años. Inicialmente pedí alitas de pollo de búfalo y papas fritas cargadas de búfalo y pagadas con tarjeta de débito. A los 5 minutos de hacer el pedido cancelé las papas fritas cargadas ya que la porción de alitas de pollo era más que suficiente para una persona. La persona que tomó mi pedido me dijo que como tenían los datos de mi tarjeta de débito acreditarían mi tarjeta. Ya ha pasado un mes y todavía no he recibido ningún crédito en mi cuenta bancaria. He enviado dos correos electrónicos a la empresa y no han tenido la decencia común de acusar recibo o incluso responder a mi correo electrónico. No voy a visitar y gastar mi dinero ganado con tanto esfuerzo en cualquiera de los bares Brewdog. ¡Un plato muy caro de alitas de pollo de búfalo!

Delicious food and speedy service from all the team

Great bar, always go there when in bath, new kitchen staff didn't realise they vegan burgers need vegan cheese, luckily someone else noticed before they were served to us as my wife is allergic to cheese which is why we generally play safe by ordering vegan.

Great bar, no more needs saying:) Chloe and Pranay made our night with a flight review. Love Connors passion with a Chef pending he showed true leadership and completely saved the bar.

You can always rely on BrewDog for some decent beer!

Been here a few times and the food has been ok, but sometimes needed feedback (cold or delayed). Today however the food was top notch, well timed, hot, amazing presentation and great service. Great choice of beers, very cool atmosphere, an excellent location to have fun.

We are regular visitors to BrewDog in Bath. It is centrally situated making it convenient for buses and trains. The venue has a great atmosphere with a nice mix of tunes usually playing. We visited on a Thursday afternoon to take advantage of the Wowcher Offer for a burger and flight of beers. We, as always, received great service and recommendations for beers. On this occasion we were served by Luke who was super cool. Our food of vegan burger and chicken wings were amazing. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her range of four beers. Great venue serving excellent food and drinks.

Like many BrewDog establishments; the place itself is synonymous with great food, amazing atmosphere paired with a great sense of welcoming from all members of staff. However, the experience myself and my fiancée were welcomed with this evening did not match that of other experiences. When arriving at 11:15pm for one last drink of the night, we were met by a polite manager who informed us they were closing early; where a satirical & polite exchange occurred. However, what was believed to be both a polite and joking exchange when leaving and understanding how the staff may have wanted to begin closing; as I shut the door door this was met by a seemingly confrontational employee, Toby who did not seem to correctly read the tone of the exchange between myself and the representative of senior management - becoming argumentative by making a brash & defamatory comment as we left under his breathe. Unbeknownst to him, this was heard by both myself and my fiancée. When responding to him and contesting his tone & general nature of his actions, the relevant member of senior management approached to swiftly defuse the situation. Understandably, the actions of one do not represent the many and I do believe the unwarranted, confrontational remarks from this individual were both unneeded and unfounded and that this employee, Toby may benefit in relevant coaching and training in good standards of interpersonal communication & customer relations. Once again, I appreciate the assistance of management in quickly defusing this situation and continue to recommend BrewDog, although do not believe the actions of this employee to be acceptable nor relatable to the values BrewDog represents as an organisation.

We ordered a grazing plate for 2 people to share. Well 3 wings, 3 of everything. Share for 2!! Surely this mean 2 people. Why have only 3 of something??????. Food wasn't that great. Probably won't be going back x

No food on when I arrived, despite advertising food. Sat outside, unfortunately an absolute mess, despite the place being pretty much empty, so no reason to not clean up all of the used napkins littering the floor, and tidy up the chairs, maybe even wipe the tables down? Bought a beer but regret it, much nicer places about. Hope this branch improves things for my next visit.

Ordered a beer clearly marked as a full pour. Bartender gave me a 2/3 pour, when I objected he pointed to the price board. The beer to the right was number 23, which the bartender misinterpreted as a 2/3 pour. Instead of admitting his mistake, he became quite belligerent and rude. There are plenty of great pubs in Bath, I suggest you pick another.

Great food, staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet mid-afternoon on a Sunday but not surprising for time of day.

We figured we'd stop by for a nightcap one evening and were not disappointed. They had a great beer selection (larger than what we've seen in other places) and the service was friendly.

Near Bath railway station. Fantastic selection of Ales , spoilt for choice. A few tables and chairs outside. Handy while you wait for your train .

Went to BrewDog Bath to use a Travelzoo food and flight experience. Service from the barman was very good and his help with choosing our flights of beers was great. Very disappointed with the service from the lady who delivered our food. Just put it down in front of us and said "here's your food". No explanation of what it was. See me customer facing training wouldn't go amiss. Otherwise a very pleasant experience.

The service I received from Luke & Chloe was excellent, our stag party of 7 guests all agreed that they were both so nice, attentive and up for a laugh. Thanks for making the bottomless brunch experience memorable!

I haven't really eaten at a Brewdog before but the Vegan options on a Monday were very enticing, so we decided to give it a try. The cauliflower wings were definitely substantial and the Dragon Fries were really tasty too. The customer service from Luke and James was also really pleasant - really happy and chatty guys who had plenty of product knowledge and were very happy to help in any way they could!

My ex-wifes boyfriend works there. You might think this would make me give a low rating, but HA! YOU WOULD BE WRONG. He's actually a stand up guy and genuinely does a great job helping to protect the patrons from the dangers of Southgate, something I've witnessed several times. So props to keeping the place together with all the messed up stuff going on outside!

Great pub, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff! Food was great, got the Hoppy meal hamburger and thought it was cooked really well. Chicken wings are brilliant also!

Brew dog is something new to me , and when i arrived i was welcomed by I belive Connor , complimented me on my shirt and how beautifully awful it was ( this is a good thing ) he then explained what we do and how we do it , talked i=us through beers and let us sample his top picks , Big doink to name a few , he with out a doubt , will be the reason My self and ,y friends will return to brew dog , is there a way he can be nominated as the top dog of brew dog !!!! the rest of the staff where also great and food was i bleive the term used was dirty ! ( again in a good way ) highly recommend you go see

Friendly staff and a good selection of beers to choose from. I was able to taste a couple before committing to a glass which is always good. The food is decent and comes quickly. Nice place overall.

I can't get enthusiastic about chicken wings. I just can't. You go in, order which type you want and out they come. It looks like a bar, felt like a bar and could be any one of hundreds of places, loud and rustic, 'hip and down with the street'. If that's sounds naff that's because that's how this place felt to me. If that is what you want great but chicken wings? £3 in Tesco, put them in air fryer for 15 minutes covered in a seasoning mix of your choice. Job done. If you want the atmosphere invite your noisy mates round, feed them larger. three stars for being there.

Service wasn't great. Charged the wrong amount and server unwilling to give refund for the overcharged amount and just a bit rude. He did eventually. Drinks were great though.

Shareholder (!!!) Sadly staff who cannot organise a pi$$ up in a brewery! Apparently can’t order at one section of the bar even though there’s literally no signage to indicate this and therefore will serve someone else who arrived AFTER you. You’ve lost custom and the custom of word of mouth. Doomed to fail. Craft no more! Pathetic! Spend your money at Juno instead, truly craft for the people!

I am currently battling an addiction to BrewDogs chicken wings, having stumbled on them only a month or so ago yet have been back 3 more times already since. Wings Wednesday is a bargain, looking forward to next time already. Lovely staff, clean good energy environment.

Good food and drink, service good and atmosphere, we had a table booked for 4 people for 2 hours, ended up being 4 hours!

What terrible service was rudley spoken to and 1 member of our group was asked to leave after serving us all drinks because she dident have id on her we was out celebrating a 70th birthday just been to see a show and had it ruined by the lady that told her she had to sit outside so we did she then came out very rudley and unprofessional told her she couldent even sit on the chairs with us for half an hour whist we drank are drinks as no under 18 allowed on the premises no signs up the best thing was wed evening I was in the premises with my partner and there was a young lad sat with his parents not old enough but nothing was said to him I work in the hospitality industry I know the licensing laws and how they work I asked to speak to the manager funny thing the rude and vile member of staff that upset the group was the manger well no phone number no other manager she could give me a email address really I laughed brewdog big company no phone number do ilook stupid I will contact head office myself

Bottomless brunch- great service. American breakfast disappointing- hash brown is fried onions and the Hollandaise sauce tastes like a pot of margarine( asked for 2x as I thought it was a mistake) not like any Hollandaise I've tasted before.

We booked the beer school experience. We had a very good experience with Leon learning about the Brewdog brewery and overall beer making and beers. The beer is good, 5 thirds of a pint and pairing with cheese. A bit expensive, but good experience.

I often stop here with my son, on our way back to the train station. The issue is that for the last couple of times, we have stopped off, we have both missed our return train. The choice is superb, with great service from the bar staff. Typical city prices, but great quality ales.

Great Chef, Awful Management.... I had the most incredible 'Croissant Brunch Burger' on Saturday (27th April) and my entire group all enjoyed their food. However, when the server forgot to add chicken to my friends Caesar salad, upon ordering, no responsibility was taken... and as a result we ended up having to wait an additional10 minutes and had a card machine thrown in our face mid-meal... These 10 minutes became critical when we were abruptly asked to move tables as it was pre-booked.

Pretty good, all considered. Ordering food via the app (and paying) when it was nearly empty was a bit daft and took us 4x longer than if the person at the bar had simply taken it when my wife enquired. Dogs welcomed.

Jasmine was amazing and very attentive to us. The food was lovely and was a group off 3 and really enjoyed the experience and atmosphere. Thank you brew dog we will be back.

As a brewdog fan I always visit their bars where I can. Las Vegas and London are the winners at the moment, I have to say this one lets the brand down. Went here this week dirty tables everywhere so ended up clearing one for us to sit at. None were cleared in the hour we were there. The food was ok, quick and as expected. The highlight (said in jest) has to be the young Bartender who was stood on his phone the entire time we were there. I waited at the bar until he had finished scrolling to order drinks and he said he’d bring water over which never appeared so we went back and got this ourselves. Poor representation for a brilliant brand.

Im delivery driver im coming pick up my order she told me 10 minutes wait so i wait 20 minutes after i ask my order ready she told me 10 minutes wait and give very rudely answer i give my opinion anyone deliver not coming this restaurant

Beer ok, but look at the photo of the food we were served! According to the server "that's fine, it's just poor quality chicken!" Either way matey, we don't wanna eat it! Complained to Brewdog, totally disinterested, even emailed the CEO. Zip, nada, nothing. In summary, beer is OK, just don't eat there.

I booked a table months in advance for my partners birthday family celebration before the rugby as Brewdog is one of his favourite restaurants, hence why he has been an equity of punks member since Feb 2021. I was told it would be a 40 minute wait on food upon ordering which was perfectly fine as we had a allowed 90 minutes. Over an hour later we still had no food and so I flagged this to the kitchen politely and was very frankly told ‘everyone arrived at the same time, it's going to be at least 15 minutes more’. Fifteen minutes later and still no food. Rubbing salt in the wound even more were the kitchen staff I could actually see joking and messing around in no rush at all! We asked to get the food boxed up so we could take on the go but were once again told this would take 15 minutes! Unfortunately, we now how had to head to the rugby and cancel the order. We received no apology and were simply told, it is what it is! We headed to the rugby on empty stomachs and it really did put a total dampener on the birthday celebration. Overall, this has totally tainted our view of BrewDog and ended up with a very sad ordinarily loyal birthday boy. Bath Rugby dates are set months in advance- your kitchen staff need to be made aware to expect a busy restaurant on these days!

Below average food. Chips were best part of the meal. £50 wasted and we did the buy one burger get one £1. You could get 3 wings for £4 as a side to burgers or a small portion of wings for £9.50. Small portion was 5 wings so we paid an extra £5.50 for 2 extra wings. Ridiculous. Waiter agreed it was crazy and said manager would come over. We waited ages and nobody came near our table so we just left. (We’d paid when ordering so didn’t just walk out!) So disappointing. Won’t return as that’s twice in row we’ve left unhappy. Won’t happen again

Took my kid (9yr old) for chips and a coke on a Sunday lunchtime in Jan. I had a 2/3 beer with chips too. Food was hot and tasty, would liked to have ordered more but found the options quite pricey. Considering the size of the place and time of day, it was dead. The few others in there were sat like zombies on their phones.

Lovely place - one of the best & most spacious Brewdogs in the whole country. It's never too busy & overcrowded and there are always tables to find. The food is always lovely & the service is always great. Can't go wrong with it basically, simples.

Just dropped in here for drinks with some friends, just before Christmas. It was busy but found seats. Lively atmosphere and good choices at the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Went with my friends for a day trip and we were looking for a place for some drinks and food, as Bath can get quit busy we finally stumbled to this gem. Was really nice food and drinks, good selection of beers if you are in to it like me and staff is friendly. Easily can order your drinks and food through app, but the wait on food can be longer when it’s busy, but when it arrives it’s so delicious.
