The cappuccino coffee was barely warm and no froth at all. Certainly slap happy service. It looks like it had been a busy service but there wasn’t anyone waiting after us so can’t see why it was such a rush to slap it out.

Ordered via just eat this evening at 5.15pm food arrived freezing cold at 7pm. I called the Hereford Belmont store to say we hadn’t received our order ( now 40 mins late) was told by a very “ I don’t give a damn” attitude that it was delivered to a block of flats as couldn’t locate us! 2 phone calls later after I reminded her that I had filled out the directions to our property and given a mobile contact that we were still awaiting an update.! Please don’t use this pizza house you will definitely be disappointed with your food and service. Despicable

Some of the cafe staff have a serious attitude problem. They would ruin any business
