Some of the cafe staff have a serious attitude problem. They would ruin any business

The issues that had stopped the cafe from serving hot food have been sorted out and they are back to their standard menu.Impeccable service and food.I always have the small breakfast on a saturday morning.

I had the "Big breakfast". It was well cooked and apart from rather boring sausages and dry bacon, it was ok. On a previous visit a few months ago, there was an overall flavour of over-used fats which spoiled the whole meal. Service was quick and good.

11.6.23. Awful today. Yes, it was busy, but waited 45 minutes for barely luke warm food. Would have sent it back if I'd had another 45 minutes to spare. What a lovely cafe, and staff are great!!! Always cheerful and helpful. Can't fault the service.

Enjoyed my white hot chocolate with pistachio cream

Undoubtedly the worst supermarket cafe in Hereford city. Ordered a cheese toastie and some hot drinks. Drinks came fairly soon but waited over 30 minutes for the toastie. In the end asked for a refund. Did they apologise, of course not. There were about 6 customers and 5 staff.

Really bad, very disappointing. Very little for the price avocado on toast - appalling 2 slices of miniature toast and a bit of bland avocado and a pile of chilli flakes, child's avocado on toast awful, just slapped together and very little avocado on it, katsu chicken rice bowl OK - but definitely not worth the price. The three items a coffee and a tea was nearly £18 total. Definitely not eating here again, sad as it used to be so good.

Very average breakfast OK but wouldn't hurry back

Fried Eggs were a little burn’t and no yolk!! The rest was very nice, just a pity on the Eggs. Fried bread and black pudding was excellent

If the manager got off her seat and helped instead of sitting down with a member of staff we wouldn’t have had to wait 30 minutes for a breakfast

Located on the edge of hereford. The cafe is used on a regular basis. The staff are helpful and friendly meals ofter ordering are brought to you and taste fresh. They serve good coffees that can be injoyed before doing your shopping.

Very poor today was in at 11 very busy definitely was short staffed lots of customers also lots of dirty tables the cashier was running around clearing what she could but obviously because it was busy she was doing her best
