DISGUSTING!!!! This is actual facial hair in our pizza this is disgusting there was lots of staff working tonight as it’s a Saturday night none had hair nets or beard nets on.These hairs cannot be planted there as they are actually in the pizza doe and chicken. There were 2 slices of pizza different to the rest and i noticed this straight away! When phoning and talking to the manager who didn’t even apologise for this terrible customer service and there’s nothing they can do! Sort your hygiene out!!!!!

Had my order delivered at wrong address...

Food isn’t the best, tastes a bit like cardboard don’t normally get food from here it’s normally very greasy i normally order form other places in the area for better pizza.

The workers are very friendly and they bake the cookies perfectly and keep the food warm on arrival for click and collect.

I appear to be unable to submit an additional review so I am editing & updating. More recently, having been persuaded (on 3 separate occasions in fact) to try Domino's again (having sworn never ever again) credit where credit is due, delivery is much improved and I have thoroughly enjoyed my pizzas. While I understand that cars breakdown I do not understand how after hours of waiting you expected me to not give my kids their COLD pizza and asked me to replace the order so a hot one can be delivered, tea time has been & gone the kids can't wait til bedtime, rang for a refund given that my husband who found the driver streets away didn't know the "returns policy" because he went in search for our food, the delivery man didn't say a word simply handed him the cold pizza. Shame on you guys I hope word of mouth is powerful you acknowledged it was your fault but refused to refund me so that I may treat my kids to something nice after having endured their cold food.

Generally I don't have any issues but on the odd occasion my delivery has been the wrong order. We enjoy the pizza from here. Wouldn't pay standard prices. Would only ever purchase on a deal

Succulent, delicious, incredible, tasty pizza. My grandma said it was the juiciest slice she’d had in years. My tastebuds went mental when the blend of herbs and spices exploded onto my tongue with enough force to knock out an elephant

Decent enough for a dominos. The food tasted fine but the base seemed slightly undercooked but still eatable. The service was quick though and parking outside.

Kind staff and they got the order right even though there were changes. The pizza felt a little bit undercooked and doughy but im still alive and well

I know they're busy, but they left the cranberry drizzle off our Xmas pizza. I wasn't that impressed with the quality either. I've had better and much better.

Rang to place an order. A lot of background noise their end made it difficult to hear. Was eventually told delivery would take 2 hours so I didn't bother, they're quite expensive anyway so no loss.

It makes a reasonable pizza for uk standards but not a patch on proper Italian pizza as made in Italy. Extremely overpriced!

Staff were fantastic and quick turnaround. Pizzas were real good and reasonably priced but lost a star due to the high taste of salt . Had the cinnamon dough balls with melted chocolate. Well worth going just for them 🤤

Rude staff, took an hour to make my order.

Pizza is always fantastic and you know exactly what your getting. I do find on occasions the staff are unwilling to help and can be very abrupt. Obviously parking can also be an issue with farmfoods next door. Atmosphere is what you would expect to find at a takeaway place. Staff seemed crammed like sardines on busy nights.

Dry and of poor quality, not even cheap. I wouldn't eat Pizza here if it was the last Pizzaria in the world, AVOID

Went here for the first time after always choosing Pizza Hut over it all the time, but was a waste of money and a trip!! The food was disgusting and was cold and tasted like leftovers! If your looking for good pizza, I would recommend Pizza Hut.

Disgusting! Bad service and took nearly 2 hours to collect my pizza!! When I got home I only had a bite because it tasted like cardboard and nearly made me throw up. I would recommend Pizza Hut to anybody who doesn’t want to go to somewhere where there are rude staff, tasteless pizza, and appalling service.

My order was 15 minutes late no apology just a shrug of the shoulders and was told we are busy! We so am I. I will be to busy to go again.

Ordered a pizza came 1 hour and 30 mins late wrong toppings and stone cold. Very poor.

The wife says not as good as Ross! But then my daughter likes the guy who cooks at Ross. I thought is was OK but they all thought it was slightly overcooked. The only thing that brings it down for me is the thought that when did a takeaway amount to £40? No longer a cheap option. Next time it's either a pizza & pint at Wetherspoons or I'm teaching the daughter to make pizza dough...

Terrible customer service. This store should be closed. After waiting an hour past expected delivery a lukewarm pizza showed up with the wrong toppings on, the smallest amount of cheese so it was mostly just the base showing. I rang to explain this and wasn't even given an apology. Just a rude man who told me they need to come and collect the pizza to see for themselves if it was up to their standards!

Awful experience with the Hereford branch tonight. Rang to place an order and was told this wasn't possible and I had to do it online. I had to park up to then place an order but for some reason I was no longer able to select a half and half pizza. I placed the order and then rang straight away to be told there is nothing they can do then proceeded to hang up on me! I rang straight back and the call was answered from another employee who advised me that they are only allowed a 30 second call with each customer...when I asked by whom he replied the manager! Wow customer service at its upmost! Anyway the fact I wasn't allowed to ask for only half the pizza to have extra toppings over the phone person to person blew my mind, I said I would speak to the manager when I arrived. My order stated 15 mins so I headed straight there. I was then greated by a sea of people all complaining as it was nearly an hour after they had been told to collect. After seeing the reality of an extremely busy and young workforce my personal anger dissolved seeing the reality of the working conditions for employees. A man waiting in front of me asked to speak to the manager the young man went away then came back and was told 'he was unavailable' I really did feel for the young staff dealing with phone complaints and face to face complaints the entire time I was there. Who ever is the manager of this branch needs to start taking responsibility. They are being paid as a manager yet hiding behind (most likely) minimum wage employees. As a manager you should manage your branch which includes managing workload for your employees. I couldn't be cross with the ground staff as they all seemed to be working flat out. Awful management though I certainly will never be using this branch again until some adequate management is put in place. Very poor its a disgrace to the Dominos franchise.

Just waited 45 mins after an order online and collection advised it would be 10 to 15 mins.

Just went to order off the app. It took my money but didn’t place my order so phoned up dominos Was told my money would be returned within 24hrs but not even an interest of putting another order through for me.

took and hour to come and pizza was cold. when i called to complain i got terrible service and was told that the bag keeps pizza warm for 45 min so i was wrong. rude staff and wont use again.

Waited two hours for delivery, after several phone calls later told me the driver would be with me in 15mins, 30 minutes later finally arrived at 21.45 and both were cold. After calling them yet again was told they would be resent I told them that I wouldn’t wait another 30-60mins (if they rush) so wanted refund. I was only allowed a refund if they could collect the cold pizza”come and collect it” was my response. This is the second time this has happened to me and for sure it will be the last as I shan’t use Dominos again unfortunately

Well what can I say I’m quite disappointed tonight I ordered my food it came with the wrong order then driver returned and and asked for original order I got my original order but haven’t received my second they supposedly sent out I asked for a a refund for the inconvenience caused but haven’t been allowed to have one which is annoying

To be fair, this must be true of ALL Domino's Pizza Restaurants . The Menu just states 'Jalapenos', where they are either an integral or an optional topping. They do not state that, in fact, they are pickled jalapenos that have been soaked in acetic acid (vinegar) , which then taints the entire pizza with a vinegar tang. Yes, if you go to their website and check out all their ingredients, it will tell you this, but do you really need to look up their jalapenos before ordering? Would you look up their tomatoes, or their mushrooms, to check they are just straight forward tomatoes and mushrooms?? Of course not! So the Jalapenos on their menu should be listed as pickled jalapenos, to stop customers who order them from having a very unpleasant and unexpected, bad tasting pizza.

The ‘manager’ needs some customer service training

Does as it says on the tin. Delivery can be a little slow at busy periods and due to Herefords awful road system.

Expensive and bit disappointed they wont do pizza anymore with 50/50 topping so my kids sharing a big pizza had to agree on just one topping

Fast delivery, pizza was as expected for a takeaway

The pizza was warm, but not only that it was sooo dry, I ordered a cheese and tomato with pepperoni ( not a pepperoni passion), if I hadn't had a topping of pepperoni I may aswell of had a pizza base... There was hardly any tomato puree or cheese.. absolutely shocking.. wot a waste of hard earned money

So disappointing we waited on our food only for it to come with the cheese hardly melted and only just warm. Then the desert was wrong and had to wait another hour and a half for them to arrive. Wont be going there again.

Ordered pizza last night for my teenager son (large pizza) to our shock we was given a small pizza😕 very late night so I gave pizza to my son & went without as wasn’t big enough to share. I rang branch today 11.35am thinking I’d get some kind of apology instead I got a manger who didn’t apologise and just kept saying he couldn’t believe it had happened and wanted proof ie photo & still no apology shocking customer services at a managers level. Email with proof of pizza was sent last night!!! Charge back at bank will be done too... This problem could have easily been fixed with a manager apology this morning ref human error as it does happen and a offer of a pizza today but nothing was offered at all was just accused and made to feel like I was lying 🤥 and even told me to go into shop today... #covid times so I’ll stay away thanks 🙏 Been a great customer for years I feel Pizza Hut will be my go to place now

They dropped one pizza and put the other on the side while they made a replacement. 10 mins later I asked them if they were happy to give me one cold pizza and one hot. They remade them both, another 10mins, Plus two free garlic breads later we left 50 mins after arriving.

No option for half and half any more, uninspiring vegetarian choices and unhelpful staff... disappointed!

Staff always friendly. Delivery or collection on time. Never having any problems with them.

Ordered 2 pizzas and when I went into collect they said they had some issues making them, not specifying what and had to be remade. Once they had finally been remade the ingredients were wrong on both of the pizzas so they had to be remade for the second time. In total we were waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Throughout the whole of this they never apologised once to us and were just moody and seemed like they didn't care, very disappointed.

They don't deliver to us, we asked about collecting in the car park, not possible to do that. This isn't the first time something like this happened, a few years ago, I was with my mother, coming from visiting my grandmother in hospital, we walked out the door, when one of the lorry drivers had the trays stack way too high, so he couldn't see where he was going, he pushed them straight into my mother and caught her ankle. He said it was her fault for getting in the way, absolutely disgraceful and rude service!!

Ordered food to be delivered to my house using the app! Money taken out of bank! Waited for food but didn’t arrive so rang store to be told they don’t deliver to me! I couldn’t understand why they would allow me to order and take my money! Asked to speak to manger but he refused to come to the phone was told to give me an email address to email for money back!! I asked again to speak to manger! girl in phone was wonderful, manger said to her put on hold and he’ll get to me when ever he can! He was packing bags! The mangers name Sami Patel very rude and I never got to talk to him! It also turn out the email give was wrong I had to contact dominos myself! So let’s see if I get my money back!!

Won't deliver outside Hereford waste of time

The tast couple of times I ordered from this Domino's they have forgotten something from the order. I called them straight after the delivery person left and they said that they would send someone back out straight away with the missing item. An hour later no one had shown up yet so I called and asked for a refund of the £6.00 I'd paid for that item. They said that "the best they can do is get the money back to me in 3 - 5 days". I think I'll see if Pizza Hut or Papa John's is more reliable next time.

Terrible service terrible staff not even a thank you. Ordered a small margarita on a buy one get free deal they only prepared one after returning after 15 min to collect the pizzas they sad oh we forgot about the other one I asked who was the manager and the girl behind desk replies were all managers. Then they all decided disappear into the back could here them giggling like kids at school. Dominoes needs to look into this something needs to be fixed or completely need remove all the old staff wouldn’t recommend this place

Phone order very noisy on there side gets told could you speak up when I do I get told sorry cant hear you when I say it’s not my side it’s yours I get told it’s not our side very abruptly and he hangs up. Customer service 000 if your going to take orders you should be in a place you can hear with people who have a lot better customer service pizza you can shove it go somewhere else from now on!!!!

TWICE IN A WEEK!!!! CHICKEN ON MY VEGETARIAN PIZZA!!!!?!?!? TWICE IN A BLOODY WEEK! And the first time not even so much as a sorry. And this time it's a waste of bloody time calling them. Top tip, open all your food at the door first and also call them to make sure they get your order right. JESUS ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!!

I like Dominoes, and used to like this store. I have ordered from here regularly over the last few years. However is seems to have gone downhill massively in the last couple of years. There seems to be a lack of organisation in the store. The majority of customers are frustrated,as orders are constantly made wrong, or left on the side to go cold. I usually collect as delivery times are usually horrendous. However on the occasion when I have had orders delivered, the drivers seem to struggle to find simple addressees. On my most recent delivery order I had a notification on the pizza tracker to say my order was out for delivery. I used the 'track my delivery' function. The pizza left the store and travelled all over the place, but no where near my house. It repeatedly went up and down the same streets. The driver was clearly lost, and eventually returned o the store. I called the store, was put on hold for 10 minutes, then cut off (by Levi, who is totally useless and constantly gets orders wrong). I called back and asked to speak to the manager. He tired to fob me off claiming 'there must be a problem with the app tonight' I like Dominoes, but will never order from this store again.

Awful service! Ordered a Pizza at 6PM on Saturday the 3rd Novemeber.... On the app it showed that the order still hadnt been placed at 6:20PM so my mum and sister got worried and rung in to Dominos to see what was going on... The young girl on the phone hadn't really a clue what she was doing... She then went on to tell us the order had been placed as a timed order for 10PM, when looking at my email it said the time i requested was ASAP.... We decided to collect it as it would be quicker then waiting another 40 minutes and we had to get to Worcester for my sisters hen night... We went in and I gave my sister my phone to show them that we hadn't placed it as a timed order and that this serivce was just awful... I came in as I could see my sister struggling and she asked to make a complaint the young girl behind the desk disregarded this and asked us how we would like to pay!!!!!!!!! The food at Dominos is lovely but the service is absolutely shocking! Very unhappy with this and very upset with how our complaint was handle as it was completely ignored and was very unprofessional.

Food never turned up!! When phoning up the store I was put on hold for 10mins without any further explanation then had to phone again to be put back on hold! Then only to be told it’s the same drive as before... who they hiring for drivers? Krusty the clown? Not happy

Domino's find disappointing lately staff don't really make much effort to the customers

Had a pizza from them last night food was so bad gave me and my partner food positioning all day today boy has this place gone down hill will never ever order from here again. Used to be so clean and was five stars I would even give it 1 star

Phoned up to order food to be told to order online because there too busy wouldn't make a difference if you order over phone or online the order would have been processed in the same amount of time so on behalf of my family thank you for messing up our family night We were valued returning customers until last night

poor customer service!! after waiting over an hour for a delivery whilst still in the prep stage. went to pick up order to find it not even started. no apology just "we're very busy" lots of other disgruntled customers in same possition.who's orders wasn't ready.. then after waiting for them to cook my order it arrived incomplete.. maybe try pizza hut next time!!
