Every time we have a party or a family get-together, we pick up two or three of B&T's quiches and everyone absolutely loves them. They cut into 16 portions and are deep and firm and scrumptious. On the rare occasion there's anything left over, they freeze well, too - £20 for 16 portions is very fair - I recommend you try them!

We used to use this bakery a lot, but won’t be visiting again any time soon. We ordered 2 sandwiches but the filling just about covered half of the bread. The edges of the bread were just that...........bread. No butter and no filling. If I could give less than one star I would. Such a shame.

sorry feel this is open only for the work vans who stop. not village bakery. I work so call in now and again. don't usually buy loaves of bread. I could not believe it, when I asked if a loaf was available at around nine thirty. I was told that if I want a loaf it has to be ordered the day before. they don't stock loaves to sell. wont return.

I love their Quiche. When ever I have a party I order 3 or 4 of their wonderful quiches. They are great value for money and always go down a treat. Friends always ask where they are from. I live in Watford so have to travel quite a distance to collect them - but it's worth it.

Have been using this for years as it is local, there is a great variety of fillings for the sandwiches, and the quiche is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Tina who runs Bread and Things

buy your sandwiches elsewhere, word has it you get upset tummies and empty wallets. Try making at home, better for you

I am a bit reluctant to write this review as I would not want this sandwich shop to change and I certainly would not want them to run out of my favourite fillings. But I have to say this is the best sandwich shop I have every been to in my entire life. The bread is fresh and fillings are ample for anyones stomach. The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable. So as I can always get my lunch with out having to queue out the door I suggest that you don't go there and you don't try their amazing sandwiches. Oh and the Scotch Eggs are so good there is no point in going there to buy one as I will have eaten them all. Seriously, forget your Nando's and Greg's, this is the sandwich shop to go for.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The croissants are nice but not perfect, they need a little more bite. We gave them 6/10. The coffee was a bit disappointing, only 5/10. Great to see Monmouth beans used, but to be completely honest, the finished product is a level below independent coffee shops in London. The ratio of milk to coffee and water to coffee were off in our flat white and black americano, respectively. Still, nice place and I hope if they read this review they can take the comments constructively, because Beaconsfield needs a good independent coffee shop and we're counting on you!

Our first time visiting The Green Man for lunch, Karen and her team made us feel welcome and took good care of us. We had the prawns for starters and a full rack of ribs shared between 2, the portion sizes were very generous and the quality of the food was amazing. The atmosphere, music in particular was great as well. Will definitely be going back especially to try the mussels, this seemed to be very popular

Popped in here for an early supper -it’s our local. Great service and friendly waitress served us quickly as requested as we were going to the cinema. Will be coming again next week.
