Just been to this café in North Weald for lunch and had a great experience, a small hidden gem. Had a coffee and tried the sweet chilli chicken baguette and a sausage roll. Absolutely delicious, definitely recommend and will be returning as ive seen the cakes!

Great coffee, better than alot of coffee shops around. Rolls are lovely (seeded are better, my preference though) cakes are massive and yummy, I can never resist them. If you like something hot they do some good sausage rolls, pasties and samosas too but must warn the samosas can be spicy hot but I'm happy with that as I like my spicy foods. Highly recommended.

I've just moved to the area within the last month, and when taking a stroll, I decided to grab a coffee. Stumbled across this place, and truly wish I didnt!! The chap behind the counter had the social skills of a potato skin, was coughing profusely and charged £2.50 for the worst coffee I have ever tasted in my life. Poured it straight down the drain after one sip! Shan't be returning here!

This bloke ain't got a lot of idea.how to run a cake.everything with chips.except bacon/ham/poached eggs.the bread is tasteless,the sausages are the worsted I have ever had in my life.he smokes out side but don't wash his hands after.you can't use his toilet.

A little gem.. for a coffee and a sausage n egg roll the samosas are to die for

This is where my cycling group normally stop when we go for a ride. We usually order samosas and spring roll with coffee. Not the usual combination but it works. Pastries and soft drinks are also available. I noticed it is very popular to the local elderly customers. The owner is friendly. One big problem whenever we stop here is ........ there is no toilet.

Never go there ever again rubbish food and serves the owner is rude and make woman uncomfortable Bread is over priced

We return to the area just to grab our bread (as Theydon Bois is too far and the loaves are from the bakery there), but we also always pick-up the tasty samosas and if it's close to lunchtime - you must order the freshly made kebabs (made to order so you will need to wait - but it's worth it).
