We have been visiting Chris (Chef) and his family for a few years now and i have held off writing a review as most new eateries start well but tail off in standards of food, this is not the case here!!! Fantastic friendly staff even better local produced food at a very reasonable price, the interior is farmhouse rustic. The car park is good and they are dog friendly serving Mrs Dawson's Doggy ice cream for your well behaved four legged friend. Please don't visit as i want to keep this a secret from the hoards!!!!

I've just visited Brandeth Barn with 6 friends for Sunday lunch and I must say it was the best I've had. The veg was cooked perfectly and the selection was great. The welcome was warm, friendly and polite. We'd all highly recommend paying a visit. We'll definitely be back!

First time here... Great 'small' breakfast but it definitely wasn't small... even the coffee was in a decent size cup. Not often you get toast with an all day breakfast. Surprisingly busy, but the food was very good. Quite small so you might be wise to book.

Pleasant environment- good parking_ wide choice on menu. Cooked to order. Quality local produce used. Excellent value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed the small breakfast and the poached eggs and avocado. Plenty more on menu to choose from and they do cakes in afternoon. Sadly couldn't manage one after the filling breakfast.

Stopped in for brunch. Had the big breakfast and the avacado and poached eggs. Both cooked to perfection and very generous portion sizes. Coffee was good quality too. Service was friendly, atmosphere good, the room is exactly what you expect a tea room to be!

last minute decision to go out for lunch so rang for a table. sat down 15 minutes later and our order taken in 5. Hubby had prawn cocktail and I tomato soup to start. Then both enjoyed roast beef, yorkshire pud and all the trimmings. well cooked and presented food and at 18.95 for 2 courses excellent value. Great friendly service on a busy sunday afternoon. highly recommend this quaint little tea room.

We had the best time at the Xmas revellers night on Saturday 14th December. The food, entertainment and customer service were all fabulous and we are already looking forward to attending our 5th revellers night next year!

A lovely lunch date at Cobble. Friendly attentive team and gorgeous food! We went for the festive specials, I had the leg of lamb ciabatta and my partner had the Christmas Cobble Club! Coupled with amazing coffee and a side of the most delicious “proper” roast potatoes. The first and certainly not the last! Bravo!
