Bradley's in Wakefield

Lovely little cafe our friends recommended. Popped in for breakfast. Had the full works. Very clean, quick service and friendly.

Very nice little cafe. Take a lot of care with the food. Coffee using good quality beans from Recent Beans roasted in Wakefield.

It is not a great change since it has been taken over. Cheap ham poorly put together salad. The quality is now rubbish. Very sad as we loved it here

Obviously something as changed!! Always been a delight to go here, but this morning ordered a sausage sandwich, very cheap sausage! Very disappointing.

This cafe has freshly made coffee and its delicious!! the barrister was very lovely and even listened to me wine and moan about my rubbish day! The atmosphere is welcoming and aesthetically pleasing, a welcoming face and beautiful customer service. this is now one of my favourite coffee spots in wakefield!!!

Visited for breakfast this morning. Ordered a small and a large breakfast and my daughter had scrambled egg. Both full English breakfasts were really nice, arrived in good time and really hot. The lady who was serving was really friendly, gave my daughter a book to keep her occupied and when she'd eaten all her scrambled egg she gave her a bag of animal biscuits which was really kind of her. Not sure what you guys sprinkle on your eggs but they were really really nice ( i think it was pepper and paprika) I normally only eat the yoke but cleared my plate.

Had a takeaway lunch from here and it was great. Really good quality and fresh tasting food. Sandwich and a salad freshly made

Had a nice lunch from here. Crispy chicken sandwich really tasty and filling. Chicken caesar salad really good. Will definitely order again

The toasted tea cake and coffee was lovely and the service from the lady in the morning was lovely however come lunchtime I was Very disappointed with my lunch and more disappointed with the service I received. £5.20 for the smallest salad box I have ever seen is extortionate! - half a boiled egg - 1 crouton - around 5 pieces of pasta I can't say for anything else as the lady slammed a £5 note on the side and said take it ! I took the £5 but left the food I always use this place when on training but I won't be in future

Popped in to Bradley’s as I had been working in the town. Was not disappointed, nice big coffee and a very good cooked breakfast, everything about it was spot on but particularly enjoyed the chopped tomato that had been tweaked a bit, tasted so good! Will definitely be back next time I’m in Wakey 👍🏼

Nice friendly staff really good food the breakfast is so good and the hashbrowns are to die for they are the best I've had in a long time The different pasta salads are presented and taste great thanks to my daughter for taking us there the first but not the last time

Wonderful little cafe with friendly owners who really care about the food and the customers. Delicious full english breakfast, beautifully cooked but would also recommend the omelette! Love that they have specials on for lunch which change with the seasons. So impressed with the variety and quality of the food and obviously the taste! Omg nearly forgot about the brownies, just wow!

You can not go wrong with the food here rhet cater for everything and I've now made my way through the menu. Bacon and brie is delicious as are the omelette the coffee is great too

Lovely Little Cafe! Went for Breakfast with my Parents and 11 Month old Baby! Super Friendly, Accommodating and All Round Lovely People! Beautiful Food!! Nothing was too much trouble and the food quality was exceptional, cooked wonderfully too! Prices are super reasonable! Will deffo be back with the Fella when we get chance! 10 Outta 10!!!!

I have to admit, I have visited this establishment a few times. I cannot remember my first time to be able to review but I can tell you having tried the majority of the menu here, I struggle to find fault. Whether popping in for a coffee on my way to work or stirring in for lunch, you are served with a smile and the guys here are very hospitable. The triple decker sandwich is my absolute favourite from here and is well worth a go if you have a large appetite! I will return once again!

What a lovely place! Very small but great coffee and nicely presented. I didn't eat there but the menu looked very good and there was a nice selection of cakes. Quite a few people came in to pick up food which was a good sign. Staff were very friendly and service was excellent. Definitely go back.

Great full English breakfast and friendly staff

I have been here so many times and tried a lot of the dishes, everything I've tasted has been amazing! The pulled ham in the salads and sandwiches is my favourite. The owners of Bradley's are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I love that Bradley's is dog friendly, I have brought my dog in a few times to have dinner with me and she is always welcomed. The best addition to Wood street in a long time. Can't wait to come back very very soon :)

A hidden gem in Wakefield, one of nicest places for lunch and breakfast, great food and great value along with an amazing cup of coffee too.

Bradley’s is continuing the trend of brilliant businesses popping up on Wood Street, Wakefield. I visited after seeing it featured on Rate My Takeaway (YouTube), and the service and food lived up to the recommendations. The interior environment is clean and well presented, sporting a stripped back grey colour pallet and shabby chic décor style. Whilst there are not many tables within the café itself, they have expanded out with an outside dining area complete with blankets for colder days. The staff are friendly, warm and welcoming, greeting you with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. As for the food, I ordered a current teacake breakfast sandwich, which was featured on the Rate My Takeaway review; I was not disappointed in the slightest. The combination of flavours was a treat, the teacake was toasted to perfection, and the filling was well cooked and complete with Bradley’s signature runny egg. The price was definitely affordable, especially when you can pay similar prices for a basic pre-processed panini or sandwich in the likes of Costa or Starbucks. Bradley’s continues to establish Wood Street as one of Wakefield’s premium areas, and a place I would recommend without any hesitation. Highlights: - Clean environment - Fast service - Affordable - Well cooked, flavoursome and affordable food

Easily some of the best lunch food in Wakefield. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

A lovely little sandwich shop. They seem to go that extra and their food is delicious. Very friendly staff. I've tried most things on the menu and have no complaints.

Amazing. Delicious food, good value, perfect portions and just excellent attention to detail. Chef covered my panini with all ingredients, lady at the front polished the knife and fork before serving and when i asked for mayonnaise, they gave me a generous portion in a pot. Genuinely, everything was perfect. Highly recommend it to everyone. 😊👍🏼

Come here every day for breakfast and lunch, so nice I have to have it twice. Wonderful service and great tasting food. If you want to support local independent places in Wakefield this is a MUST!! Keep up the good work guys :)

Visited today for the first and last time, had fish finger sandwich at lunch time, was asked if I’d like lettuce and tomato with it and I’m so glad I did otherwise the tea cake would be nearly empty. Was charged close to £4 for the sandwich containing TWO fish fingers. Not normally one to complain but the breadcake was all but empty except the two frozen fingers. I had passed two other good places to eat to try Bradley’s and will not be returning. No excuse for been so stingy with a cheap sandwich filling.
