Love Boswells cafe, I always get fantastic service from all the staff. Especially from Kirsty. The food and coffee are delicious. I recommend a hazelnut latte and a hummus flatbread. I wish you did vegan cakes though.

By far the best coffee shop in Eastleigh. The service from all the team is fantastic. Every customer is made to feel welcome. I make a point of going here at least once a week for breakfast or lunch. Really good food and they make the perfect cup of coffee.

Excellent food. Staff greet you with a smile and a sorry for keeping you waiting. We always come here on a Wednesday's for a sausage and bacon baguette and bowl of chips and half jkt potato with cheese. Lovely cakes also, best in Eastleigh. Well done staff 👍

We have been coming to Boswells Eastleigh for many years, and the atmosphere over the last couple of months has been brilliant since different people have left. Kirsty, is a excellent shift manager and Bobbie is an amazing overall manager. Today we were served by the very friendly Verity. All the staff are very conscientious and friendly.

We regularly come into boswells at Eastleigh for lunch or breakfast with our grandchildren, the service and staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. The food always good without exception and a lovely friendly atmosphere. Thank you.

Love Boswell Eastleigh, will come here again, highly recommend to anyone after decent food. Lots of gluten free options also available

Brilliant staff, great service and welcome atmosphere.

Pretty sure the waitresses name was Sarah… She had dark hair. She took me and my children’s order and pretty sure she prepared the food as well. She was so good with my kids and was making them laugh. She was very polite and efficient. I was overwhelmed as I suffer with anxiety and I feel Sarah sensed this and went above and beyond to make our visit easy and enjoyable. I never write reviews but she really made an impact on our time there. If you could pass on my thanks onto her. We were sitting close to the middle of restaurant if this helps.

Highly recommend this lovely place, I am always made to feel so welcomed each time I visit. The team you have are fantastic, always such a high level of customer service here. Probably the best in Eastleigh I would say. To name a few stars… Bobbie, Ali, Karen, Margaret, Kathie, Kirsty & Kelly - they always remember me. I recommend the vegan all day breakfast. Only constructive suggestion would be that I wish you did more vegan cakes. Your vegan savoury options are good, although I wish you did a vegan cheese. There is never any vegan cake options available, which is a shame. Other than that keep doing what you’re doing. I love a Boswells visit.

The team in Boswells Eastleigh are kind, efficient, and nothing is too much trouble. My daughter Sam and I go here often, and the team are always happy to see us. Amazing team, amazing food and the best cafe in Eastleigh.

This is my go to place to eat for breakfasts, lunches or just for a coffee out. I highly recommend visiting!

I’ve been coming to Boswell’s in Eastleigh for 7 years now, and i can say that i can see myself coming for another 70 years! The food is always delivered on time, and is consistently made to perfection! The workers here as well are always kind and caring, and we’ve grown a great rapport with them over the years! We come here as often as life allows us and will always recommend it to others who have never been here! All i can is: best Boswell’s ever!

Boswells in Eastleigh offers a huge variety of food cooked there and then, and excellent value. The staff are friendly and helpful - really lovely to chat to. It's such a pity then that it is often too cold in winter and too hot in summer. If the entrance to the cafe was made into a proper door, instead of wide open and near the mall outside doors, that would help. At the moment, the air con simply isn't working well enough.

We had first class breakfasts once again and a totally enjoyable experience at Eastleigh.

The food and coffee is average in this place. We have ordered a chicken sandwich but they provided a sandwich without any chicken. They kindly accepted the mistake and change the sandwich. The other downside was that every time we order coffee they fill the cup so much that every time is spilt around.

I come to Eastleigh boswells most days and the staff are always wonderful to me, I'm in a wheelchair and they carry my drinks for me it's the best cafe in Eastleigh

Amazing service. Always looked after being Vegan and Gluten. However more choice for Both would be amazing. They have Gluten free bread but it isn’t Vegan. And there are a lot of Ve and GF breads available now. And a few other options would be amazing.

Boswells in the Swan Centre, Eastleigh is my regular stop at least twice a week. The staff are fantastic, always welcoming and friendly. The hot food menu is extensive, freshly made, and hot. As with most towns there are plenty of other cafes but for me Boswells is the place to go.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The range of food and drinks on offer is also impressive.

Came in with my son for breakfast a few weeks ago. Service and staff were great. Sarah went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble for her. My son thoroughly enjoyed his breakfast. We’ll definitely come back soon.

I go to boswells in the swan centre at least once a week and the customer service from all the staff is always exceptional. The food is delicious and the hot chocolates are very tasty, one of the best hot chocolates I’ve tasted. Highly recommend for breakfast and lunch or a cup of tea and cake.

I absolutely LOVE Boswells café!! Every experience each week is spot on. The food and drink is exceptional and worth every penny. The atmosphere is brilliant and it's so calm and chilled! To name a few smiling faces I'd say Bobbie, Karen, Jess,Ali, Kirsty and Adam are top! The rest of the team are also very nice and polite :) wouldn't ask for a better place to relax!

Reviewing from my Wifes account. A standout spot in Eastleigh with fantastic food and service. All the staff have a smile on their face and are so attentive. The standouts though are Ali and Bobbie, the latter who is the Manager and always takes time to speak with the 'regulars' no matter if she is working or not. A tip from the top - Try the Carrot cake. Best in town!

I come here with my daughter every time we are in the Swan centre. The staff are so friendly and kind, especially Bobbie and Ali, they are brilliant! My favorite meal is the pesto mushroom baguette and my daughter absolutely loves the hash browns and smoothies! We always get the green one 😋 Although there are more vegan options than some places in Eastleigh, the menu could be better, especially for children. My daughter would love to be able to have one of the fun lunch boxes! And we would love to see more vegan cake or sweet options instead of just the packet ones. Bobbie is also always super happy to help me if I want to make up a sandwich or something that is a bit different from what's on the menu. Overall a great place to be with welcoming staff and happy vibes <3

Sometimes the music is a bit loud if you are meeting friends but the staff are lovely. Karen, Bobby and Allie always have a friendly word. Even the lady usually out the back preparing stuff has time for a smile and wave. I think her name is Katie and is well worth a mention and ⭐️

By far the best cafe in Eastleigh. Not only are the prices very competitive, there’s a great menu, but more importantly, the service is always excellent with polite, jovial and helpful staff. The atmosphere and layout is very pleasing which has helped create a relaxed and warm environment. Having spent 30 years in the cleaning industry in a previous career, please ignore some comments posted on here, as there is not a hygiene issue at this cafe. We have been visiting this cafe regularly for over a year now, and we look forward to more visits in 2025.
