Good pizza, tasty cheesy garlic bread. always on time.

Never recieved my order at all!!!! Had to submit request for refund, totally appalled

Great pizzas every time, always delivered on time.

Chips was cold and not nice, also no cheese on the cheese burgers..

food was stone cold when it arrived which was dissapointing

Had a great time at Boston Pizza! The food was a solid 10/10. Tried the American Hot Pizza , and it was spot on. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely coming back!

Kebab was amazing. Apple Pie was great. Ice cream was unfortunately inedible because it had clearly melted and been refrozen

The food was cold and the pizza was rubbery. Chicken tasted off didn’t eat any of it. Won’t be going again

Pizza base and sauce was pretty OK. Toppings were still pretty much raw on the pizza we got Such a shame.

We ordered pizza 🍕 sad to say won't be going again. Pizza base cooked sauce was OK. Vegetables under cooked pizza 🍕 cold. Wouldn't recommend.

I had to microwave the food because it wasn’t hot. Shouldn’t it be kept hot until delivered?

Last night order the food for collection.Boston special pizza is a worst pizza I come across with.Sides of the pizza is burned,topping with pizza slice of tomatoes.Really a tasteless experience.Never turn back again.

Arrived early, but unfortunately I think this affected the quality of the pizza as wasn’t great! lacking in sauce and cheese overall. Garlic bread with cheese was lovely though.

Absolutely terrible, worst food I’ve had, I had to go to the shop mid way through and buy some more food. It was dry cold and the pitta bread was shredded. Definitely won’t be ordering from there again.

“Food came” no nock on my door and was told that they tried to ring when they didn’t. Food was apparently left at my front door and wasn’t there? Bad service

Ordered a special mixed kebab with hot sauce on 2 pittas. It arrived with a separate pitta (so I have to make it myself) both pittas were stale! No sauce that I ordered! The salad was just basically onions and nothing else! Avoid this place like the plague!! Disgusting!

Ordered 2 pizza's, both containing pepperoni, one of which was an added topping. Neither of my pizza's had any pepperoni on them.

Sorry it wasn’t delivered at all - apparently arrived at 3 am I fell asleep no food awaits me on waking this morning.

Jumbo kebab. Massive portion, good quality. Everything hot. Naan nice and soft. Chips were chips.

Use them all the time- tonight, chips all stuck together and paper stuck to kebeb(my guess/ was they were very busy and our food sat in a car for ages) still enjoyed it!!

Boston pizza what has change??? My order the other night was terrible my normal chicken kebab was that hot my mouth was on fire I'm glad my child did not eat this then the kebab meat was that hard it was disgusting.. to save your reputation you need to check what you send out.. do you not realise a takeaway these days is expensive and your sending out rubbish like this to people if you carry on you will lose alot of custom..😡👎

Nuggets tasted a bit weird but edible, batter on nuggets tasted dry, fudge cake tasted dry even after put in the microwave to heat ice cream was good as well as drink.

Two items missing from the order. I ordered a large kebab on pitta usually get 2 pitta only got one. Ordered a chilli and yogurt dip but only sent one. Food generally ok and fresh.

Food was totally inedible. The kebabs tasted like horrible stale grease, the chips where over cooked and hard and the chicken was dry. They also didn't deliver the drinks we ordered. I used to be a good customer here and the food used to be good, but I will never order here again. Disgusting.

Freshly made food and everything was delicious.

The food was all but cold. I microwaved the chicken for 2 minutes and it was still luke warm. The pizza, meal deal and Pepsi were all together in the insulated bag. Hence my food was colder and my Pepsi was warm?
