Boost Juice Bar in Reading

Bland, tasteless, with cheap apple juice as a base in every smoothie- there is nothing heathy about these juices, might as well go eat a cake. Super overpriced for a sugary mush with unblended ice and 5 frozen berries.

Such friendly and helpful staff, drinks were excellent too.

Amazing smoothies and great friendly stuff, check the fruit salad one one of my favourites.

Kaiden, Sienna and Jess give 5* customer service, always greet me with a happy face and take the time to say hello whilst remembering my favourite drink. Very helpful giving me advice when I am in the mood for a different drink too. I love getting my drink at Boost.

Great customer service from Jess, Kaiden and Sienna, they helped me make a decision on what smoothie to order and i had the blue sky swirl and really enjoyed it! Will definitely be coming again!

Smoothies were spilled in the bag. Boost didn’t prepare the smoothies with a thicker texture as requested. Not worth the money.

Delicious smoothies. The servers were super friendly and helpful (Henry and Macie) really helpful with choosing the right flavour combos for everyone in our group Service was efficient and friendly the shop was smart and everything looked very hygienic and well kept will definitely come back for smoothies again. The blueberry blast was like drinking liquid blueberries the juiciest tastiest drink I have ever tasted

Decent Juice bar. Need larger cup sizes. Abit pricey. They need more locations around reading as a whole. Overall 7/10

Recently I was served by siena and macey and they made me a very nice strawberry squeeze juice drink and I didn’t have to wait long. The drink delicious and I would totally recommend

Made an order on app but the staff couldn’t see my order in the system and refused to make the drink even I have paid. I don’t care if your app crashed, I just know you took my money but no drink has been offered, and I have stood and waited in front of the store for half an hour. No refund is made until now. Disappointed!!

Went with a friend took a very long time promised 5 minutes it ended us being 20 minutes with only 1 other person waiting in the cue taste was very average and lady we were talking to was not very helpful Overall a 2 out of 5 stars

really REALLy uneccesairly large cup sizes. Juices are good, kept me sustained whilst almost passing out during primark rush hour.

Had the shake last Sunday. Paid extra for double the fruit. Almost £8 for just regular glass. Taste nothing I had to bin it after one zip. Almost walk back to ask the refund. Very disappointed.

My food was never delivered as the driver spilled everything and just eat are refusing to refund me!

Amazing smoothie. The T shot was good but there was so much turmeric that it burned my throat. I highly recommend the protein energy berries smoothie! 😁

Great peanut protein shake! Loved it a lot. The watermelon juice was quiet simple. Not the big fan.

Staff were rude, drinks were overpriced & the bananas + strawberries that were used for my shake were mouldy and had flys on them. I then confronted the workers about this and they laughed and continued to try and serve me the drink saying "nothing is wrong with it". I left upset to be paying the ridiculous price for such low quality customer service & drink. There are many better places to get juices in reading, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Been having juices from here for years and can’t go wrong. Friendly staff and tasty juice if you do not like an ingredient they can replace it with something else easily. They also do very yummy protein balls!

Try their pure pineapple fresh ginger juice with a drizzle of himalayan sea salt, super healthy!

My daughter ordered the berry crush - she has a banana allergy so we mentioned this when ordering. Chisom who took our order and made it - took every precaution, sanitising and cleaning everything. My daughter said it was the best boost she has ever had. So thank you

Atrociously overpriced. £7 for a juice made with non organic cheap nasty fruit and veg. Oranges are not even supermarket value range quality but in the right setting people are willing to accept this daylight robbery

Lovely bar, helpful staff, and delicious shakes. I am delighted that they have eco options such as paper cup, straw and the option to buy a resumable straw. Compared to their competitor Fuel bars, I would easily go for this. We needed a vegetarian option and the staff took the time to check for us, something that most other juice bars had not done for us! Excellent Juice bar!

Amazing customer service by a new member of staff today (I didnt grab her name unfortunately) but as a member of management in retail, I know the importance of great customer service and I definitely received that today. Not only did I leave with a great tasting drink but also a smile on my face! As previously mentioned I never managed to grab her name as her name tag said she was new, said she had been working there for 2 weeks! Thank you! She's a real credit to Boost! (Visited 26/4/21)

Amazing customer service. Served 29/07/2019 the man serving me very kindly accommodated the fact I was sharing the drink with my daughter and offered to decant some in an appropriate container for her. Very pleased with the paper straws too!
