Great sandwiches. They didn’t have what I wanted so they made it for me! Good quality and for London value for money.

If you're considering visiting this place, I strongly advise you to spend your money elsewhere. My recent experience was nothing short of awful. The food was utterly tasteless, and to make matters worse, I found a hair in my dish. The waitress, who appeared to be Eastern European, was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire ordeal. My fresh juice was loaded with so much ice that it completely diluted the flavor. To make matters even worse, I was hit with a service charge despite the appalling experience. The waitress didn't even bother to show me the bill first; she just came straight over with the card machine, which felt incredibly presumptuous and unprofessional. When I brought these issues to the management's attention, their response was dismissive, which isn't surprising given similar complaints from other customers, like Rossella Cuguttu. It seems clear that management has no interest in improving the customer experience. There are so many other great places where you can enjoy a good meal or a coffee and be treated with respect. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This dainty joint stands out for its delicacies on Marlybone . This iconic cafe provides the most delicious Pecan pie . Seating is both outdoors and indoors . Service so good . The kind staff actually is so helpful and kind . Open early for coffee it is treat to be here . Expensive ! 6£fir a pecan pie but the best can not be cheap . Highly recommended .

Nice girls. Very accommodating. Big dog allowed inside which is a huge plus in our book.

The people were friendly enough, but everything I bought there was terrible. The chocolate cake especially was both dry and tasted like chalk.

An excellent place to rest your legs and have a quiet chat. There is a single step to access the indoor seating but there are also seats outside. The toilets are down a flight of stairs. It is easy walking from Madam Tussauds, The Planetarium and even further on to Oxford Street. Marylebone High Street has a wonderful variety of boutique shops with high quality products.

First visit was attracted by rolls in window display so ordered tuna mayo brown baguette which showed avocado and listed on the sign but upon opening the bag avocado was replaced with cucumber very disappointing won't be returning

Super place, lovely fresh food and friendly service. My only slight issue was it can be a little noisy at the counter with the likes of cutlery being dried and dropped into cutlery trays, which gets a little annoying.

Friendly service, very comfortable interior (with tables outside too), delicately indulgent strawberry and chocolate gateaux (try it), and excellent coffee. Super little cafe and dessert spot in Marylebone.

Have visited Bonne Bouche many times in past always busy lucky to find table ,on this visit plenty of free tables ,ordered breakfast scrambled eggs on toast and coffee, And sausage Sandwich on arrival noticed eggs very pale looking no taste, possibly caged eggs of poor quality no taste ,sausage not cooked properly pale to one side tasted like cooked then reheated ,also interesting to see staff on counter pouring orange drink from a box with £1.49 price tag this says it all cutting corners profit before quality. £38 for 2 small breakfast with coffee and tea .

Small, nice restaurant, quiet, the service is pleasant. They are attentive even with my bad English.

The food is lovely but there is one staff member who is extremely rude she was rolling her eyes at me and had a disgusting attitude towards me and other customers and this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this sort it out !!!

Disgusting staff who like to shout at customers to tap their card on the card reader. Hostile environment where even other staff members looked shocked at the till workers behaviour and lack of respect. The food is also bland, waste of time and money. Edit: I can see you have many complaints about the same woman for months now and you apologize on Google but her behaviour has not changed. Yes it's the woman who likes to shout MADAM at people. Absolutely unacceptable and you clearly do not care to correct her behaviour. Why work in a cafe if you hate people? Some of the other staff are polite. Why does she get away with being rude? The quality of the food has gone down a bit from what I remember on previous visits, shame really as it was my favourite cafe.

Everyone seems to be polite except one lady who really has an attitude. You could clearly see her colleagues where embarrassed when she was giving me unnecessary sass. If you don’t like what you do change your profession.

A really nice lunch pit stop before a trip to Great Ormond Street. They accommodated our need for a speedy service due to appointment time. All lovely, but we ordered cheese and mushroom omelette, but got ham - not a problem for us, but could have been for someone else.

I had two glasses of house white wine two different prices I asked for a mozzarella Chapata with chips and got cheese with crisp instead which was horrible I told the lady and done nothing about it both ladies who work there are miserable.when it come to paying they asked me to tap on credit card machine and noticed that they added a 10% tip which was out of order when I questioned them they lied and said there something wrong with there system which is a lie.they can’t be doing things like this specially to tourist mug them of.im disappointed because I once twice a week I stop of next door and get a sandwich or a cake coffee takeaway I won’t be doing that again I’m a black cab driver!!

Rude guy serving me on a Sunday. He looked moody and didn't even say hi and hardly made eye contact. Maybe he shouldn't be client facing! He surely won't see me again! Ughhh!

The staff seemed friendly, the cooked breakfast was great, and the sausage was really good.

Atmosphere and service was nice, caffe looks really cute. However I will give food only two starts…I have ordered eggs royal and the toasted ‘muffin’ was just so dry, at least there would be some butter on it or smth… and those beautiful looking pastries/brezels in front did not live to expectations at all…THEY TASTED OLD…who knows how long they been there…DEFINITELY NOT FRESH!!! Did not finish my cinnamon one, as it was such a disappointment…and so expensive compared to what you get 🙁🙁🙁

Great little cafe! We visited on Saturday as needed something to eat and absolutely perfect great service and great food! The scram egg was too good! Recommend!

I keep coming back here because I’m fussy and like to eat a certain thing which they provide however since new staff I keep having a horrible experience! It has been for months now the staff except for the women who has been there the longest out of all of them are extremely rude and patronising. They do mistakes then tell you it’s your fault and talk about you behind the counter to there colleagues! I willl NEVER come back here I don’t care how hungry I get at work. I’d rather starve then put up with this level of service again.

We were craving for cake after visiting the Wallace collections. I found his one just right around the corner. There are many different cakes and the prices are very reasonable. It was £3.95 for a slice. There are some tables and chairs outdoors and it looks like a Parisian bakery. I ordered a chocolate cake however it did not taste good. It tasted very alcoholic and it was not moist enough and the frosting was very thick and too sweet. But the atmosphere was great and a very cute café.

I'm very sorry to write a negative review, but despite the cakes being good, one of the people working there (her accent is from East Europe) was very rude to me. After eating the cakes, I politely brought all the takeaway boxes inside, asking where the bin was, and the 'waitress' shouted at me, saying that the bin was outside. While I was leaving, I noticed that she complained about me with the other waitress.' Unfortunately, I won't come back as I wouldn't feel welcomed and comfortable.

The food was plastic, the drinks were the same. Nasty!

I am in absolute tears from how I’ve just been treated here. I’ve just come out of surgery and needed to find a place to grab a sandwich. I could hardly walk and when I went inside I asked what one of the baguette was. Rudely and quite shocking she turned around and said to me all sandwiches have labels MADAM and you can go outside and read what they are!! Bearing in mind there was no other customers in the shop and it wasn’t busy. She was too lazy and rude to tell me what sandwich it was. All the other staff were quiet and didn’t say anything and made the whole experience so awkward and uncomfortable. I will never ever be going in here ever again. Shameful!!

All i can say is nice staff good food and good value. Will return when next in area. We shared tuna bagguette and sausage roll. There was lots of choice.

The food was fine but the service was poor. No attention to details given at all. Pastry ready on the plate on the counter for quite a while but I had to collect myself because my hot drink was getting cold. The waitress noticed that but she did make any sign of apologies. It could be a lovely place if more attention to customers will be provided.

Absolutely stuffed!! Amazing breakfast, beautifully presented with pottery plates and cups etc and not just ‘brown toast’, really thick cut, tasty toast to accompany perfect eggs and mushrooms with bacon, sausage etc. The Works! Definitely recommended to any Englishman looking for a classy yet ginormous traditional breakfast. 👍

This was my second time here and was not disappointed. It was pouring down outside and the warmth and hospitality was indeed very welcoming. Super table; Super comfort; Super food, and thought good value indeed. I look forward to returning here again next time we’re in Marylebone.

We just stopped by for Tea and Sweets and I was positively surprised about how good the marzipan danish was. It was quite cold in there and a bit too crowded, but all in all for coffee a really nice place!

No atmosphere besides jarring sounds of plates crashing and silverware collected. Would be empty if not for location.

Menu and signage says it is open to 6pm, we went in at 5pm, tried to order food but were told kitchen was closed. As they were shutting at 5.30pm. Had some hot drinks, which were fine, but the server seemed surly and made it very clear she wanted us out before 5.15pm. She started reaching over us to inspect how much tea was left in the pot, which is quite frankly rude. Would not go back, rude staff, exact opposite of what you want from waiting staff.

I will not be returning. Rather try my luck at the other pastry shops on the road. Short version: staff gave me attitude and did not know products. Cannoli filling was sugar frosting, not ricotta. Cannoli shells were candied nuts, not fried dough. Long version: Went in for pastries. Asked which pastries were made fresh the same day and I got a tad bit of a look/tone. Asked if the fresh cream in the Christmas log is homemade, woman turned to man with an annoyed look and in an arrogant tone repeated “is the fresh cream homemade?” Neither one of them knew. Tried cannolis for fun, NOT AUTHENTIC. Trying Paul a few doors down for my New Year’s Eve pastries.

Wife and daughter shopping in Marylebone so we stopped off for a snack. very nice staff, great sandwiches and food was very fresh. Pasta was also good. Extremely busy which is always a good sign.

Lovely French coffee and cake shop but serves mains too. Perfect for a pot stop during busy shopping or sightseeing.

I ordered a cappuccino last week and I told them to take care of the foam and believe me Julia made the best cappuccino ever!

The staff makes a point of always being rude. Today I sat outside and didn’t find a bin for the napkins so came back in and asked a staff member at the counter that frowned rudely saying I should look for a bin outside at the corner. I didn’t see any bin on their outside space though. However, the rice cake is delicious, the only reason I kept going there.

Nice spot (and a great alternative to the usual high street fare at Pret opposite) - baguettes to take away are fresh & tasty. Coffee is good, if not amazing.

A delight to enjoy coffee and a snack here after arriving at Paddington. The choice of food is so well presented and the staff clearly take much pride in what they do. A warm welcome - and a heart shaped cookie that appeared as a completely unexpected birthday treat for me! Looking forward to the next time - thank you all.

Very reasonable price, relatively quick service, tasty and fresh food.

Food is ok, i like the chicken foccacia. But the attitude from some of the staff leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Some are really nice, but others really just give you nasty looks and don't treat you with respect. I'm not very sure why, but I'm relieved I'm not the only one who felt this way after I visited a couple of times. I will not be coming back. There are many other options for lunch in the area.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. They have the best pizza of anywhere in London - perfectly cheesy and balanced. Their chicken Milanese is insane and all of their sandwiches are super fresh and flavourful. Great value for money and even better value for take away if you’re a local.

I visited the shop after searching for cakes online for my birthday and seeing that the shop has a pretty good rating. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with both the service and cake slices that I purchased to try before purchasing a whole cake. I asked the staff a question and she responded in a very abrupt manner. The same happened to my friend when she asked for some cutlery. Additionally, the two cakes I had ordered also seemed stale as if they've been on display for a long time. Very disappointing experience.

I really hate to be negative in this review, but it was a truly negative experience. Did not intend to come here, but another place we wanted to go stopped serving breakfast by the time we arrived. This looked nice from the street but that was a mistake. Look at this photo of the “Eggs Benedict.” And this is after I put some of the sauce on it. It arrived dry. That’s the saddest example of the dish I’ve ever seen and I’ve likely had it over one hundred times in my life. Even McDonalds would offer a better product. I should have sent it back. Not only does it look that awful, but to charge that price for it?? In addition, our server, she was miserable. Why work there if you’re going to be that unfriendly and unprofessional? Just go home and try again another day. The other woman seemed much nicer and more energetic. The only reason this is a two star review is because the food was edible, the espresso drinks weren’t terrible, and the pastry selection looked okay. Disappointing.

i had great food but the service was so bad

The worse manager and staff. I ordered my food and was told I was able to sit outside. But both a low life waitress and their disgusting, Waste of a life manager shouted at us and embarrassed us for sitting outside even though I was told by the other staff member that I can sit on the table. I was humiliated in front of other customers and the locals and bare in mind I used to be a regular customer as I buy my much from there during lunch period from work. AVOID AVOID AVOID disgusting human being running that place! I’ve never been embarrassed like that before!

Perfect example of a proper English breakfast. Everything cooked to perfection and fresh. Have tried many places in London over the years and nothing has ever come close to here. Just simply the epitome of how a British breakfast should be. Can’t wait to be back again

The waitress rushed me to pay the bill as if she suspected i would run off without paying. I used to enjoy dining here but that experienxed spoilt it for me.

The food was nice, but I ordered a soup and a main dish and both arrived at the same time. I very much for the impression they were trying to turn tables as fast as possible. Now I don't mind that a business wants to be efficient, but both courses at the same time was a bit overkill. It left me with half cooled down pasta by the time I'd hurried myself through the soup. No complaints about the quality of the food though. And the desserts are scrumptious. (I took some to take away)
