Leckeres Essen. Nettes Personal.

If you are a fan of the Portuguese Bifana, then this is the place to go. You will be served a mouthwatering treat of plentiful pork meat in tasty bread, melts in your mouth. By far the tastiest Bifana I have eaten in London. There's a good variety of fresh pastries in an attractive display, it makes you want to order the lot. Be sure to try the pastel de nata. The waitresses are lovely and know how to serve good coffee. It's not a luxurious place but you will feel most welcome there.

Bom Pecado is located a 5 minute walk from Seven Sisters Station. It's located on the busy West Green Road. I've visited the Cafe on a couple of occasions before but this time It was for breakfast. It's not completely obvious they sell breakfast as there's no menus on the tables or much in the way to advise you (I did whilst seated notice an A4 sign on the door). The menus were tucked away behind somethings on the counter. The menu needs work in terms of breakfast items available and generally being appealing). I had a lighter breakfast for £4.50 including a tea (requested the meat items are substituted for non meat). They have a front counter filled with pastries and cakes that looked appetising. The breakfast arrived within good time and was okay. I really don't like this place as it lacks any warmth and I generally feel it's expensive for what it is. I don't feel it has a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

There is a good Portuguese community in Seven Sisters and this is a very inexpensive way to sample their food especially baked food. It is not fine dining but it is an experience and most of the customers are Portuguese. Ask for the red wine.

Three of us bought baguettes to take away for lunch. We had Chicken Schnitzel with Salad, Bacon and Avocado, and Beef. We also had traditional Pastel de Nata, which were delisious. Service was very slow, but they were excellent value.

I only stopped in for coffee and a cake, so can't vouch for the victuals in any great detail, but I was very impressed by the price: two cups of coffee and a doughnut for £3.60. Visiting White Hart Lane and its environs is not a gastrophile's dream, to be honest. There are dozens of food outlets around Seven Sisters and I'd have to be very drunk indeed to consider going in any. Added to this there are very few actual cafes among them, so I had walked a fair distance before I found this place. I'm glad I did, and I will visit again the next time I make a pilgrimage to WHL.

We visit this little café regularly as the food is always very good value and well presented. An ideal stopping off point for coffee and a cake too. Would recommend. It is a shame to read Jaime P's experience but I have not found a troubled atmosphere there myself. However the owner should take note and make it clear such a thing is totally unacceptable in his premises - HE is the boss!

It's place is unique, the staff are friendly and the manager its always worried about with customers experience. If you want to try a nice traditional Portuguese food at the good price, you must visit this place. Especially the coffee and Francesinha meal.

If you recently move to N15 London area, you'll want to pop up at the Bom Pecado pub and taste a bit of the most popular Portuguese food. Although tight, the place is very cool. Staff's very nice and the food is great. Highly recommended.

I went to Bom Pecado recently and smoke from the back terrace, which is always packed with men smoking, was billowing in through the back door into the small front room where families usually sit. When I went and closed the door to the back terrace a large, gruff man (one of the regular alcohol drinkers) stopped me from doing so because he wanted to "keep an eye on his car" that was parked outside. When I explained that smoke was billowing into the front area, he and his friends threatened me and told me to f off. I complained to the owner, who I talk to regularly, and he said he'd speak to the man... Yesterday I was sitting in the front area and this same man came up to my table and threatened to punch me in the face for causing him trouble. After he walked away, I took a photo of him on my phone so I could identify him to others should he hit me. He noticed me taking the photo, rushed up to me and grabbed me by the neck in full view of the owner. The man's friend pulled him off me while the owner just stood there staring, doing nothing. When I asked the owner what he was going to do, he shrugged his shoulders and told me he didn't know what to do. I suggested to him that if someone assaults someone in a bar they get banned from the premises so the same should hold in a family cafe especially. The owner, who occasionally employs the violent man to do odd jobs, shrugged his shoulders and told me that, as a business owner, he tries to get along with everyone. I asked him how he could guarantee the safety of his customers with that approach and he told me he had installed CCTV. Surprised, I asked him if he could supply me with the CCTV of his sometime employee assaulting me, as evidence to prove I had been assaulted. He hesitated a moment and then, changing tack, blurted out, “Oh, I turn off the CCTV on the weekends.”… I have watched this nice family cafe over-run by macho, drunken men who sit in the back room smoking, shouting and drinking, leering at every woman who comes in. The owner values the business of these violent, macho, leering drunks over the safety of his customers. Avoid like the plague.

Great pub, Great drink selection, Great crowd and Great Atmosphere… the only downside was the barman… Big guy, dark skin, I believe his name was Paul… made weird comments towards us and constantly looked at us with strange eye contact throughout the evening… I don’t know if he was drunk or what but he wouldn’t leave us alone and made our experience so uncomfortable we had to leave just to get away from him and even as we tried to exit he then tried to get our personal contact information… such a weird strange man… I wouldn’t come back here if I see him working… otherwise it’s great place to be

No volvería, no recomendaría.

The worst service I have ever received, I got a terrible coffee from a friend who works alone and is not a barista. I am making this comment in front of the door… Wherever I am in the world, I prefer Costa coffee, but this takes all the pleasure out of me and I become Aticak instead of drinking this coffee.
