Friendly greeting with a homely atmosphere, food was delicious, and an explanation of where the dishes originated from.. will be a place of choice whenever in Driffield again.

Very very friendly staff , amazing food , the lamb was so soft it melted in my mout , the prawns OMG so nice definetly recomend

We really enjoyed our night. The server couldn't do enough, very chatty and upbeat. The food was great. We had butter chicken, the sauce was rich and creamy and there was a decent chicken to sauce ratio. I had the chefs mixed special which was also nice, a bit of heat but not too much.

We went to celebrate my wife's birthday, and as it turned out, Sam the owner had his birthday too. The place was full and had a terrific atmosphere. The food was marvellous and the service friendly and efficient. We had chicken tikka masala and chicken tikka Bombay with pilau rice and some onion bhajiis. A good, tasty combination with lots of meat. And don't forget the naan breads, they are the best we've ever tasted in this country! We had delicious puddings as well (although I don't know how we found room) Absolutely terrific experience

This restaurant/take away came recommended to us by friends. We ordered a takeaway for my birthday and it didn't disappoint. From the ease of ordering online, payment, and prompt delivery, to the excellent food. It was really outstanding. Many thanks and complements to the chef x

We came in late and Russel was extremely accommodating and friendly, even recommending where to get beers nearby. The food was great and made custom to the level of spice we desired

Give it miss. when it first opened I tried this place It went straight in the bin. Gave it another chance only because the others were not open Wish I hadn’t bothered just as crap as the first time Never again

I always crave a curry after returning from holiday and Bollywood didn’t disappoint. Their curries are always amazing (lovely tender chicken), service always excellent and with a smile. It’s bring your own bottle, so helps keep price reasonable. I like my curries hot (madras) and they always are. My husband prefers mild and loves the chicken tikka masala.

Ordered a takeaway when they opened. Delivery was very quick to Tibthorpe. Friendly and polite driver. Excellent food. Definite 5/5. Well done curry house and delivery driver. 👍

We shared a mixed kebab starter, very tasty, then for mains had a lamb biryani, tandoori king prawn nowabi bhuna, garlic naan. Portions are generous so was sufficient for 3 of us. Everything had great flavour and we were very happy with our meal. Our visits have been consistently very good and the staff are all very polite and helpful. Looking forward to future visits.

Great food, the staff can't do enough for you however I thought they are quite expensive. £70 for a starter, two mains + 2 rice and 2 soft drinks. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed my meal but I can't justify the cost.

1 of the best Indian meals I have ever had

We were greeted like old friends and even though we hadn't booked they managed to fit us in. The food was magnificent. We shared chicken tikka masala and chicken dupiaza both of which were full of flavour and plenty of tender meat. We had plain naans which are to this day still the best we have tasted in this country. The service was friendly and as always we had a few laughs. We have never left disappointed and would strongly reccommend.

Still the best curry in Driffield. Take out this time. I always ask for my chicken madras to be made without fat or oil. My dad always has his the old fashioned way! Both amazing! Madras very spicy, just as we like it. My partner likes mild and always has butter chicken or chicken tikka masala. My son likes medium and had a gorgeous chicken dansak. Absolutely beautiful. Friendly, efficient staff.

A wonderful little find on a weekend away. Would go more often if it wasn't several hours away! Such an interesting menu which event tempted me away from my usual, but unexciting, chicken korma. The naan breads were wonderfully fluffy and full of delicious ingredients. We'll priced too. £60.60 for three of us. Would highly recommend.

It's the first time I have ordered a takeaway from Bollywood Indian and I can say that we definitely wasn't disappointed. The food was piping hot on delivery. The two curries and starters we ordered were delicious. The portion sizes were really generous. Highly recommended and we will be ordering again for sure. First time using Bollywood and I'm afraid will be the last time!! Couldn't fault the delivery service for our takeaway but I'm afraid the food was atrocious! Watered down sauce and no king prawns in either of the two meals we ordered but about 8 shrimps!! Definitely not prawns!!! only a few pieces of dry chicken, 1 small piece of dried pork and to be honest not sure what the other meat was! Definitely wasn't lamb!!. You seem to have good reviews for your restaurant food but your takeaway food really needs to be improved! Have never left a review before but this takeaway really warranted it!!

My and my sister came here for a takeaway as we had been here nearly a year ago and absolutely loved it. But what we received was disgusting, we payed £21 for 2 meals £10.50 each only to receive 6 pieces of chicken and the most watered down excuse for a tandoori don't recommend anyone to go there on top of all that the food was cold after we collected it really disappointed.

I went to Bollywood restaurant in Driffield on Friday night with a couple friends. Our server was fantastic. The owner visited to our table a few times, checking in to make sure we enjoyed everything. The food was amazing mouth watering - I got the chicken tikka masala with starter sk kebab. Loved everything about this place, from the traditional cozy ambiance to the taste of authentic Indian food, I would highly recommend Bollywood restaurant it to anyone who is looking for richness in flavors, enlightenment of tastebuds or simply finger licking good delight. 5*

Took our Australian cousin for a meal last night. We received a very friendly welcome. Food and service were magnificent, the duck tikka is to die for. Hope to visit again many more times

Wasn't expecting much but was rather impressed by the food. Lamb briyani was good and fiery, and poppadoms were fresh and crispy! Portions were good too.

Mmmm....food was good eventually. Dined in. Group of us. Meal was late despite having preordered. Confusion over some dishes that were not on our list....one waitress was shouting at us and we thought condescending. We are all pensioners but not stupid. I will add the guy in charge was pleasant and helpful and everything got sorted out but I won't be going back.

Very nice meal. Service prompt, staff friendly and the food was good - poppadoms freshly made, curries tasty. Better now the venue has an alcohol licence.

Ordered delivery tonight for first time not impressed starter cold when came rice really dry N i ordered a kids meal to expensive to say only get the curry no rice or chips with it and tiny for the price every disappointed for my first experience tonight from there

Very poor service, communication, lack of experience. Staff don't know what they're doing nor know what are in the meals, shouting at each other across the dining area. No management like it has been in past.

We visited Saturday night , was told to hang on by a waitress. She was gone 10 mins and no one else came to greet us. Was giving it a second chance but decided to walk out .

Delivered over 30 mins late,,, and I have never tasted a chicken tikka masala with so much tomato in it,, not even a creamy undertone,,, it actually looked like tomato purée

Visited Sunday evening for first time. It will not be my last visit the food was FAB, tasty and cooked to order. My fish balti was delicious and the hugh nan bread cooked perfectly. The staff are helpful and pleasant. Menu full of so many tempting dishes. I cant wait to visit again.

We've eaten here twice in the last three months and have been really impressed both times. The friendliness and level of service has been great and we've really enjoyed the food. Super ambience and definitely a place we'll be visiting again. I'd highly recommend it.

Coming from Bradford we have had some amazing curries... none as good as this!

Great food and friendly service. My fish balti was one of the best curries I've ever had. Everyone else loved their's too. There was a mix-up with the bills, but that was quickly resolved. We'll definitely go again!

Very friendly staff and good service but the food is a mild version of authentic Indian food. Chicken tikka that hadn't been marinated for long which made it tasteless. Biryani with so much salt in it , really spoilt it. So disappointed.

Excellent meal, great service and very reasonable price. Four of us had different meals plus starters and couldn't fault it. Tasty well presented food with really good service - I'd definitely recommend a visit. Not licensed so bring your own but they are happy for you to drop off your bottles earlier & had them chilled😊

Really enjoyed our meal at this little gem in Driffield last night. The food was so delicious, flavourful and fresh. The portions generous and the staff team were all really friendly and attentive. The chef even came out to check how things were and talked to us about the meals as well which was lovely, will be taking family back next weekend when they visit, so glad to have had the place reccomended!

Very tasty food if a little pricey, but you take your own alcohol so you save money that way. Good varied menu, and very nice staff.

Me and my girlfriend have been in 2 times so far and looking forward to returning already! Truly amazing on all counts! Food quality is flawless! Presentation is impressive, staff are amazing and value for money all round 👌 They even bring you a wine cooler with ice when you bring your own wine 🍷Would definitely recommend the Phal there :)

Fabulous food. Will get 5 stars once the staff are more confident. A great welcome on arrival. Really hospitable. Couldn't finish my food as I ordered too much LOL. Loads of flavour. Cannot wait to go back. They do not serve alcohol but happy for you to bring your own....without a corkage charge.

We bought take away their meat was so TOUGHED but then sauce is good. Please make sure your meat is worth chewing.

First port of call the young gentleman behind the counter has fantastic customer service and offered me a complimentary drink while I waited and very politely opened the door for me on my way out. Absolute gent.
