Bodrum Kebab in Cheltenham

Sadly food spilt everywhere when delivered and food was cold, but it tasted okay when microwaved.

Unfortunatly delivery let them down. We waited until the delivery time, messaged to say not received. After no reply, we had to take the dog out, only to find food on doorstep cold! Not sure how long it been there. Warmed it up, it was edible. :-/

I ordered a kebab but for some strange reason I was given chips instead of pitta bread.it was lovely anyway though

The wrap was more folded not wrapped with grease dripping out of it and the burger was missing the cheese. Definitely not their usual standard

My food arrived a few minutes before my phone said, it's here. I made an order 10 minutes ago or so. That was quick! Not that I'm complaining

We order from them for many years. Always tasty, big portions at low prices and very fast prepared. Never been dissappointed despite we are quite fussy about taste. (We have no expirience of delivery, always collect because we live nearby)

Ordered through just-eat.co.uk. food took just under 2hrs to arrive, then when it did, I was missing items. The food was cold, pots of sauces leaked all the bag. I wouldn't lie, I understand you were busy being race week but that's still no excuse as to why the food was late, cold and missing items I asked for 3 pots of sauces I got two, I also paid for a bottle of coke which didn't come. I reported it straight to the just eat app and the late delivery.

Firstly delivery was very late, then when it came items were missing and food was cold.

food always consistent and decent. for most part delivery is great, only problem I have had (from numerous orders to note) they forgot the cheesy chips once, but I rang them and they sent someone down straight away in order to fulfill our order, above and beyond to rectify the problem!!

I thought this place done free delivery! I ordered a mixed Shish kebab that's 13 bar !the delivery drive rocks up and says 14 bar ????what... They even told me on phone it be 13 bar .greedy so and so .

kebab meat was overcooked yet turned up cold and the garlic mushrooms were overcooked so they were nearly black and were cold on arrival. over an hour late being delivered

Shame as my chips were forgotten about, by the time they would have been replaced the rest of the food would have been cold. Normally always satisfied, just sadly not today!

I've ordered from here 24 times in 2023 and the food has always been great. The delivery has always been on time and not late on busy days like so many. very happy with this take away. pizzas are great value and taste great. I love the kebab wrap.

Will not accept the well earned stamps - just cancel the order.. used for 5 plus years, will use some somebody else for 5 years… hope they enjoy the £10 stamp card saving! Yes I called and asked and they told me as such.. adios amigos

The order was late, ordered a large kebab and was small in size, and to top it all off it was stone cold! Will not be going here again.

Sent wrong size garlic bread paid for 12" and got 9" Food was ok but not the best.. had to heat up the kebab also.. pizza was ok..

Usually very good but delivery was late by 20 minutes despite giving themselves 90 minutes to be on time, food was cold (and some bits burned), and thrown together. Didn't answer phone when we tried to ask how much longer we needed to wait. A disappointment

Not a kebab! pitta rubbery and meat/salad separate. Chips in 2 boxes melted together in microwave, these were inedible thrown in the bin! Worst takeaway ever

Food was okay, weren’t the worst. Delivery driver is an absolute d*ckhead. Ignored the request to not buzz the door due to us having a sleeping baby indoors and he was rude when confronted about it.

Food delivered cold by a driver who parked in the middle of the road, and didn't have the food in a thermal bag. Simple pizza, yet incredibly salty. Wouldn't order again, unfortunately. Shame, as other reviews have been so promising of an enjoyable meal.

Not sure if it's me but lamb doner meat has tasted different the last 2 orders, not as nice, greasy and metallic taste to it.
