Really lovely warm cosy atmosphere. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Girls are lovely & very polite. Lots of variety not just waffle & icecream. Lovely the Xmas decor

This once great spot has become incredibly disappointing. We used to be regulars here two years ago and got waffles regularly. They were thick, extra crispy and packed full of filling and cost £7.50 or £9. They are now disappointing, flat ad a pancake and hardly any filling and cost £11!!!. They were also hugely under cooked. I appreciate the financial struggle but to provide half the waffle and charge £2 more than when they were thick and fluffy is so upsetting. I ordered a caramel latte and it was so sickly sweet I couldn’t drink it. Please see first photo of a beautiful thick waffle from 2021 costing £9 and then the upsetting meal I received today but was charged £11 for the privilege of receiving half the waffle.

Came here for some late breakfast, ordered a GF waffle and a bagel. Food came really fast for how busy they were, tasted amazing. Even more impressed at the GF options, can recommend!

Great coffee and staff with a good range of toasties/ bagels etc. coffee is much better than most chains etc and a nice place to have a coffee in the sun or inside.

I stopped for a coffee for the road. The coffee was really good, like from a roastery, and the staff very friendly. Thumbs up to this lovely, small cafe.

Love the options for the food and great flavours. Unfortunately the last two times we have been our food order has been forgotten about and we’ve had to remind them after waiting for 30 minutes when there was only 2 other customers at the time. No apology offered which was a shame. Disappointing as we really enjoy the quality of the food.

Great waffles and excellent staff. Had breakfasty ones, croque Monsieur and espagnol with very tasty coffee. They had just had a delivery so had to wait a bit for it to be put away. Only downside I can see is with colder weather coming there's limited seating indoors.

Nice coffee and food but it's a real shame that coffee and shakes are served in disposable cups only.

This was our first visit to Waffle and it will not be our last. There is seating both inside and out. The waffles were absolutely delightful and the best we have had both comparing UK and on trips to Florida. The waffles were very light. We also enjoyed our strawberry milkshakes. Do give the Waffle a chance to impress you won’t be disappointed.

We visited Waffle for lunch on a Wednesday. Waffle is a small cafe situated on the busy London Road in Cheltenham. We decided to visit after hearing multiple positive experiences from friends who had eaten there. I ordered a Lotus Biscoff Waffle which was nicely decorated and came with vanilla ice cream. The one worry that I always have with waffles is that they are too sweet and have too many flavours however I thought that my waffle had the perfect sweetness - not too sweet or sour which was great. Waffle is a very nice addition to the places to eat in Cheltenham therefore I would highly recommend going here!

Visited this cafe (currently takeaway only) a few times now since it’s recent open and always had a excellent coffee with a scrumptious Lemon Doughnut. Lots of other delicious cakes on view as well, plus lovely looking Sourdough, which I have yet to try. Open 7 days per week.

We were very excited to go to the outdoor inn, being a fresh bar to Cheltenham. Unfortunately, as much as the staff seemed friendly.. the managers or owners (not sure) were not… they were rude to people (all be it customers who had had too many drinks!) and seemed arrogant. Drinks prices are okay for Cheltenham, but we feel a little like we wasted a couple of hours going here, where we could have gone elsewhere and quite frankly received better customer service. I wish them well, but I will not be going again and would advise pekoe to only go if they can bank on nice weather, and at a last resort!

Very average. Totally distracted and understaffed by nice but ineffective kids.

The food is overpriced and not that good. A rip off for sure😭. Chicken meat was burnt and burger was tiny. The batter for the fish was burnt and too oily. The taste was not great.

The cafe is wonderful, special mention to Natasha for the perfect caramel latte!

Extremely poor service due to a surly, abrupt to the point of rudeness, female member of staff. Non itemised bill due to a faulty printer made it awkward to decline service charge if it had been applied. Food would have been enjoyable if the sourdough had not been incinerated at the edges. The worst part was the poor service.
