Quick service no cue. They were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

All tables were full of used cups glasses plates etc. lady behind counter was on her phone. We were the only ones sat in the restaurant. When tables were eventually cleared, tables were not wiped clean. Chairs are filthy and in need of a good hoover yet alone clean

Good service and good coffee. Just a shame that a lot of tables are taken up by trays that haven’t been cleared.

Ordered cookie dough and this didn't even look like what they advertise? No cookie bits and taste a lot like milk. The staff is also rushing to the point that she knocked her own drink. Idk why she's in a rush when it's quiet anyways. Not a great experience.

Toilet Stink!!! Food left on the bar, nobody say it's ready. Too cold inside.

Some tables and floor were dirty

First off. You should know that although not clear. Costa don't allow dogs in their store... ... unfortunately the team are so ignorant and self absorbed that they didn't even realise that we had been standing there for a few minutes....Once the girl finally acknowledged our existence she very quickly said 'oh we don't allow dogs in here. You need to get out now!' at which point I explained 'oh ok well I know for next time...can I order my drink and I'll go outside?' she then looked over at what must of been the supervisor at the time. Who was a bit more cooperative and agreed to take my order and bring it out for me. I suggest you close this place down until you can teach your staff some normal customer service skills... ...All it would of taken was acknowledgement of the customers existence... 'Hi, we'll be right with you' or if the person has a dog 'Hi, due to our cleanliness policy we can't allow dogs in here' Does this sound like stating the obvious?

A model for a well run Costa. Does everything you expect and does it well. Staff great and helpful.

I come here regularly, it's always clean, tidy and friendly. A warm and happy environment to be in. 🥰

A much better experience than recent visits

This Costa Coffee is kept very clean by the staff members also they are very friendly. There is enough access for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Also, they have disabled access toilets

No signage saying you can't take you're dog inside,ordered coffee and cakes and then was asked to leave! Don't have an issue if this is the policy but if it is give customers the information as they enter the coffee house so they can decide,now sat outside after poor service with 2 attempts to get a hot coffee and one was wrong!

Quick visit to waste some time. Great service from the team. Relaxed....quiet visit

Just a shout out to Will as he always makes my drink perfect even though its long and complicated! Iced coconut latte, sugar free vanilla syrup, only 1 shot of coffee and little ice. He makes it perfect every time and has the best customer service too!

At last a really clean Costa with very attentive staff. The man behind the counter was very welcoming. Well done!

Staff were not too bothered, much more like a visit to Mcdonald's than a cafe.

Great hot chocolates for me and the boys, very friendly service.

My only issue is, there doesn't seem to he much if you have to follow a gluten free diet

Underwhelming, Hot chocolate ok, panini looked as though it's a cost cutting exercise, over cooked on the top soggy on the bottom and very very little filling of chicken and chorizo , very poor. Come on sort it out!!!

It's so hot in here. The AC is broken still and it's 25c outside
