Service and food absolutely beautiful we loved the ambiance as well as food. Next time we are back in London we will be back. Thank you.

I think the main talking point of this restaurant is the décor but that should not take away from the food we had, which was very nice. My standout dish was the Chicken Kyiv. I also had the cheese souffle which was good, but probably lacked some flavour (I expected it to be punchy and it was too subtle). A pretty decent wine choice was available. It all seemed reasonable value for money, especially for this part of London.

Unfortunately, whilst money has clearly been invested in the decor, I would question that there is actually a chef on site, the food is undoubtedly brought in pre packed ‘ready meal’ standard, definitely not the culinary experience promoted and the price tag commands. Would not return."

The restaurant is beautiful. We loved the food. We had a bunch of drinks and a three course meal. However, I couldn't help but feel really resentful of the service charge which is 15% and generally they did not earn the extra £42 that we spent on service. I had to ask for water twice. I had to ask for the wine list to be brought back twice. The restaurant was not busy at all at the time; in fact most of the tables were empty. We obviously didn't mind when the waiter dropped a couple of knives on the table when clearing our plates, but he just left the table in a mess and we had to ask him to clean it up a few minutes later. This was a shame, because like I say, everything else was good. If the service charge is 15% for you to do your job, the service should be exceptional and nothing less.

This restaurant has been on my list for a long time but it’s definitely a one and done for me. You can’t fault how beautiful the space is and the ambience, but we found that the restaurant really lacked atmosphere. Considering the price point and how decadent the surroundings are (plus we went on a Friday evening), the service you receive and the lack of atmosphere this creates really doesn’t marry up. Everything feels really flat, with the exception of the server who came to our table after we pushed the champagne button - he was smiley and bright. Everyone else looked miserable, including our waiter and I think I counted five different waiters/runners who attended our table in the hour or so we were there. The food tasted good (I had the vegan pie and then the vegan ‘chocolate caviar dessert’ which as vegan options go, was a solid 4 out of 5). However, considering our bill came to almost £200, it was a disappointing experience overall.

Me and my husband booked this as a place to celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary. From entering the restaurant you are greeted by an amazing looking lobby. The walk ways to the tables are very trippy and the use of lights and mirrors was unreal. The tables were set so beautifully and the staff that served us were very professional. The food was amazing, specifically the Kiev. We were even given a little sparkly treat to mark our special occasion.

Birthday meal. Perfection. Myself and 6 others ate on a Saturday evening. A spacious table, excellent food and drink. The Steak Tartare was exceptional, really. The Chateaubriand that followed even better, the truffle just exceptional. Service was perfect too. All round great experience.

I am so happy we chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday! We had a fantastic dinner! The service was amazing from the moment we entered the restaurant! Our servers were fantastic! Yes, we did love the champagne button, and we used it often! It is true, the servers will come right to your table when you press it to pour you another glass! Our meals were superb! We had the escargot, French onion soup, and chateaubriand. It was all exceptional! The flaming creme brulee and port for dessert were equally wonderful! We loved looking at their wine closets! We had a great evening!

I expected this place to be a huge disappointment, but the fact that it's Michelin guide rated, I hoped for the best. We all had an exceptionally good lunch, the wines, though expensive, were superb and the service and ambiance professional and fun. I will definitely go back, good solid find in the City. Wish I had discovered it years ago.

The food was amazing from the caviar, beef wellington that melted in your mouth and the delicious flaming crème brûlée. The staff were very attentive , service was excellent, we could not fault anything.

Listen, first of all I have totally understanding for you guys running a business, but when you choose to work with living human beings, then you need to know sometimes “life” happens. My boyfriend and I should have visited you a couple days ago and were very excited! It was a part of a Christmas gift and a trip. But a couple of hours before our reservation I got food poisoning, actually so bad we had to contact my travel insurance. We tried to push it to see if I got better but I had to isolate in my hotel room. We called over a hour before and were VERY VERY sorry. But there was absolutely no mercy, no understanding, just - we will proceed with the 100 pound “no show” fee. No “please feel better” nothing! Again, I understand. I really do. But we are humans and we gave notice and wasn’t just “no shows”. I work in healthcare and sometimes thinks just happens. And I don’t think I was a problem for you to give the table to others. Sad, really sad.

I wanted somewhere a bit different for a business team dinner and this fitted the bill perfectly. Great staff and food. Yes it’s not the “value” option but it was worth to achieve the desired impact and team dynamic. Nice atmosphere.

Effortlessly five star, (5*****) now our favourite Uk restuarant! Came for 24th wedding anniversary. Vintage Bollinger - creamy and bubbly and delicious ( at the correct - perfectly chilled temperature too) Oysters so delightfully fresh we just had two have two servings (12) each and forgoe any other starters Main course Boef en Croute was, in our opinion, superlative! - at least as good as Raymond Le Blanc's Manoir Quat' Saisons which we visit monthly. The best champagnes and wines in London Michelin, impeccable service and discreet ultra-comfortable booths, soft lighting, quiet not noisy jazz music. Creme brulee to die for/ A perfect anniversary evening - for just under £500 for two - unrivalled excellence in London. See you again soon guys!

The restaurant is stunning - wow that an amazing decor with the mirrors and brass fittings. The service and team are very friendly and great. The food was good but seemed to be very salmon focused and the sides need more vegetables as all carbs and only spinach. You want more vegetables to accompany the mains. They brought a cake for my sisters birthday which was a lovely touch. Press for champagne is novel and fun. Hope more people go as it would help the ambience and make it more buzzy.

We went on Saturday evening and it had no atmosphere which was sad as its a beautiful Restaurant and the food was lovely. For a Saturday night there was hardly anyone in and im sure had it been busier it would have had a good vibe. Service was good although the waiters were not very chatty and for a £400 price tag for 3 people i expected more. so wanted to love this place but just left feeling Meh!

Had a client dinner here in December 2023, which was my first visit to the much talked about Bob Bob Ricard - albeit at its Leadenhall Market (City) location rather than the original in Soho. Opulently designed and decorated, it looks and feels more like a high-end private members club though unsurprisingly it seemed to be largely booked out by office Christmas parties at the time of year we visited. Food and service were all very good and enjoyed by our guests.

Excellent restaurant, an extension of the established brand, with main venue in Soho. The same high standards are followed across in terms of great quality food, presentation, and dining room. Recommend the chicken and champagne pie, plus the pelmeni starter. The cassoulet also excellent. Extensive wine and champagne lists plus digestive menu. Service was good, although overall a little expensive, but definitely worth it to treat yourself. Generally recommend and would return.

You access the restaurant via a yellow framed lift outside, then enter into an opulent, dark, mirror and gold framed set of corridors. The seats and table are lavishly set up and the staff extremely professional. There’s no doubt this is a dining experience. The food is the let down. None of the meals were bad, they all tasted fine but for over £100 a head, a three course meal should be a bit more ambitious both in terms of dishes and presentation. The food was at the standard of a good gastro pub. Nothing higher than that. Only one beer on the menu is disappointing too (though Vedett is a lovely beer to be fair). The experience is what you’re paying for here but I was expecting more from the food. Won’t be returning given the competition in London.
