Food was amazing! Delivery driver was really polite

They just left it on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell. It was fine because I went out to see if they were on the road and saw it there. But I wouldn't have known without first checking.

I loved the fact they do food and a bunch of deserts it was really nice I’m gonna come here more often.

Came to try out the desert. Had a waffle which was well made with homemade gelato.

The burger was a decent size for the price, but the sweet potato fries came burnt/black, and were inedible.

I am really unhappy with my order and service. I ordered ribs and sweet potatoes chips. The ribs were over cooked, with a odour and chips were cold. When I called them, they said that they can change my order which I didn’t want. I told them I can sure them if they feel that I am making it up and they told me to come into the shop for a refund. But when I when to talk to them they spoke in an unpolished manner refusing to give me a refund.

My daughter love the food from BMGrill. She is just 7. Honest review.

GREAT LATE NIGHT EAT👌 Walked in & the decor, wow !!!! A gorgeous sensory experience🥰 the service was great, very friendly bossman even when it’s late and they might be tired :) the portions were very generous and our food was delish, Perf cheesy chips nice and meltyyyyy mmmm I hate it when they don’t melt the cheese😠Nice bowls & proper cutlery to eat with. I will come again :) also the floor is so nice, luxurious.

AVOID! After ordering our food, it turned up and the chicken looked undercooked And had a hair on them, and when drinking my milkshake I found white lumps in it that smelt like sick waking up today myself and my partner are both very ill and throwing up a lot. STAY AWAY

We ordered waffle with strawberries dessert yesterday, not nice at all. Delivery was so late , amost 1hours

they gave me vanilla cake and I ordered chocolate. but food was good

the calamari was undercooked therefore imedible, and the rice was not pleasant. wedgies were lovely along with the burgers but due to undercooked food we didn't eat it.

Driver arrived and apologised that chips missing so said he would come back with chips then when i opened the bag no wings tried calling bm grill on telephone number you gave number wasn't receiving calls. Driver delivered chips no wings fishfinger

DONT EAT HERE Ordered a chicken wrap asked for sour cream on the side, came with sour cream in it and on the side, took a few bites and tasted very tangy. I smelt the pot of sour cream. RANCID!! Had gone off completely, had dots of mould in which I didn’t notice at the start. Chicken was pink. Never order from this place. Food poisoning central!!!

The food at BM grill and desert is absolutely amazing. Not only that but the service is 10/10, I think it’s the best place to grab a cheeky meal in Maidenhead. Hobby and Dill who work there are absolutely amazing as well👌🏾

Most polite person serving us. For the price the food was excellent. My Doner Kebab was really tasty and the side salad went well with it. My partner had a Strawberry waffle and it was delicious. Plenty of food also.

Worst food i’ve ever ate. Opened the chicken and got drenched with grease, bread was like it came out of a freezer for 3 days, wet, soggy, and felt stale. Chicken was burnt and inside was pink, not too pleasant. Milkshake was nice though. Don’t hugely recommend if you want to use your money on good food.

The dessert nachos were savoury with a very salty/spiced flavour. The cookie dough was covered it pink sauce that made everything soggy and the milkshake had leaked in the bag

I ordered a takeaway last night at around 1:15 am and I ordered over £50 worth off food and was sent somebody else’s order worth 13 pound it’s an absolute joke the shop won’t answer the phone Uber are no help waiting to speak to an agent online for hours and still can’t get through it’s beyond a joke I would seriously avoid this place not the first time things like this have happened as have ordered in the past but was no where near as bad as this situation seriously needs a review in the place and questions being asked and what’s even worse is that they put two receipts with the bags my one and somebody else’s

Always empty when I come, looked very bright and trendy but food was terrible, I ordered a peri peri wrap and fries and a drink the fries were overcooked and the peri peri had NO seasoning? Overpriced and decor is tacky as u can tell it’s trying to make up for the lacklustre food. Also the ceiling was leaking straight onto me I’m quite shy so I didn’t say anything and just left, don’t know where that water was coming from maybe an upstairs bathroom but hey atleast the hostess and the presentation of the food was nice

Second time ordering from here , I am quite disappointed with the quality of the nachos, missing jalapeños inconsistent amounts of nachos in each box , cold cheese barely melted just seems very low effort and it was £4.99 ... wouldn't order that again . The paneer wraps were nice we liked these but after having the disappointment with the nachos I checked inside , only 4 peices of paneer in one way more in the other and it was burned, we cook paneer enough to notice it was overdone . I feel this is such a simple issue to fix at the restaurant and you would improve your customer base if you pay a little more attention to presentation and quality .

Food was worst kebab ever had it was like frozen Iceland kebab stuck in the oven to steam warm , tiny bit off meat lit bit off salad & a wrap served in a big box to make ureself , very disappointed was terrible exspecially for £7.99 each !!!! Would highly not recommend this place

The food at this place was absolutely dreadful. My burger was burnt the onion rings were practically raw, and the entire place smelled of grease. I spent out over £40 for this disaster, which included two ridiculously overpriced milkshakes at £8 each. I could barely take two sips before giving up. It was hands down the worst food I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs!

Amazing place. Can't complain about anything, they do everything to the highest standard and all the workers Munpreet, Dilshad & Sandeep always make sure im satisfied with my food asking if i need anything extra or want anything more. Can't recommend this place more. Even the absolute unique foods they have is mind blowing, anything you'd want you can find here at this restaurant!

absolutely disgusting. the person who made the cookie doough completely drenched it in chocolate sauce. its meant to be drizzled over the top. It had a inch of it laying on top. Had to remove it all but it left the cookie dough all soggy. The same for the waffle. it had so-much chocolate sauce on top that it looked like a mug of hot chocolate drink had been poured on a waffle. theres a huge difference in adding extra sauce and pouring it.

Been here a few times and always had the crepes which tasted fresh, easy to cut etc. However, tonight the crepe was so hard to cut into, bits of the crepe was breaking away like snapping a biscuit, it just didn’t seem fresh like the others.. I’m hoping they’re not pre made and left to go hard! My partner also ordered two different flavoured sorbets but got both the same flavour (happened last time) and he ordered two cokes and two sprites, he ended up getting four sprites.. nobody had called ahead to let us know things were out of stock like other take away places have done. It’s just a shame because I’ve enjoyed them a lot before hand. The service is always quick though on all occasions I’ve ordered. May have to order again another time to see if it was just a one off tonight

Ordered through Uber Eats. Had a donner kebab with peri peri fries. The donner meat was cold and so dry and was hardly edible. The fries were also cold. Tried for the first time but won't order again.

Everything arrived cold, sadly that should have only been the cola. The sauce from the ribs tasted nice, but it would have been better if I hadn't had to reheat them, and they were quite boney, not what you would expect for the price. Not to mention the Calamari. 6 pieces for almost £7.. Sadly, I won't be ordering again

I’d hate to leave a negative review, however honesty is the best policy, the food was extremely low quality and didn’t taste nice. The fried chicken tasted stale and weird, not fresh. The customer service was nice however, food was unfortunately not. Hopefully they put more effort into making better quality food, especially burgers. Sorry guys :(

I ordered two times or three times from this restaurant through Uber app. One time they sent me burnt food .second they send me wrong food which was not mine then I called the driver same time and returned the food and driver said he made mistake he will bring my food in 20 minutes. I Waited one hour than I call the restaurant explain everything they said your food is not been delivered . They said if you want your food to be delivered you need to pay 5 pound for the delivery fee. I was so shocked because it’s not my fault it’s driver’s and restaurant’s fault . I was so hungry that night waited 2 hours nobody came to deliver my food .really very disappointed with their service, food and behaviour they don’t even gave me refund for my food . Very poor customer service 🙁 This burger was order first or second you can see I attached the photo and last time I order peri chicken burger and southern fried burger they send me wrong food which I returned to driver same time I attached the other photo as well . Had very bad experience with them never gonna order food from here I have to gave them one star in order to post review . 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Majority of the products are frozen products that they micro wave and serve charging extorionate rates. If you really fancy ready made microwave kebabs go buy them from a supermarket will get months supply for the same price.

Nothing was what we ordered. Wrong shakes and kebab. No sauces, tiny bit of salad. Was NO white chocolate sauce and bits with the waffles, and NO ice cream with pavlova! Well wasn't a pavlova at all, just a meringue with few berries. Completely wasted my money, couldn't eat anything.

Food (grilled chicken) = horrible. Terrible service. Date 12th Nov 2023 Walked in to order and take away. Place was not busy at all. The two servers had no clue about their dishes. We're trying to call the owner to inquire - this should have been a red flag and we should have left without ordering. We could get confirmation if item was available but we ordered grilled chicken. Took very long time to deliver. We had to follow up. During wait time some random guy came to order and also offered to help in kitchen or serving. He also mentioned he has called up the owner and asked to come as the attendants are new! Even though we mentioned it's take away, they tried serving on table. They packed but order was wrong. Anyways we couldn't wait longer so picked up whatever and paid. Got home, first bite and the food went to bin - just sad that food was wasted. It had very bad taste and smell. I would never go back to this place. Would not recommend anyone to order from here.

Impressed by the ease of ordering and speed of delivery. Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the items but the restaurant dealt with this swiftly and to our satisfaction.

So 1st the chis r good. but then comes the burgers with overloaded sauces and especially the fish finger burger, which was completely horrible with only 1 fish finger and overloaded with sauce very disapointing. The rest were ok.

Open later than almost anywhere else in Maidenhead; gaudy, brightly lit restaurant... but I just don't like the food. 3 visits, and regardless of what I asked for, everything came smothered in sickly-sweet sauce. I'm diabetic and specifically asked about low-sugar options; staff didn't seem to understand. Not impressed at all.

bad food, super overpriced for what it is. really gross and cheaply made. £5 for a bubble tea that is basically just fruit juice with juice concentrate and bubbles, no ice. the desserts are severely disappointing too, for £7… a horribly sweet “cookie dough” (frozen cookie dough on the bottom, chocolate sauce and kinder buenos on top). this is the kind of place you go if nowhere else is open, i’m certain this is the only reason it’s still running, either that or it’s a front for something else…

Food came in a red plastic bag. unwrapped chips everywhere, squashed and sweaty wraps. Missing items. Delivery driver dropped our milkshakes and pushed my husband when he said we didn’t want it and then proceeded to throw the chips on the floor outside our house. Absolute disgraceful behaviour.

The calamari was burnt and a very small portion for the price. Again the Mac and cheese bites were burnt. Halloumi and chicken always good

I cannot understand how a kebab can be so awful. The lamb is cut and cooked in a way that it is basically strips of leather. The chicken is flavourless and horrible. We ordered 2 donner, 1 with cheesy chips and 1 normal chips. Cheesy chips came but the normal didn't and then got charged an additional £3 for something we already ordered. They don't do anything with the bread, it's a slim pitta so it's just soggy and horrible. Waited what felt like 100 years to receive our order. This is the 3rd time we've been there now. I like to give places a chance before writing a bad review but this is inexcusable. The only thing going for it is the walls look colourful.

Half items missing every time I order from here

Food was cold. Ribs were Boiled and tasteless. I'm absolutely disgusted that anyone can serve such food. I had to throw the lot in the bin. I am now hungry with no decent food. I would like a refund please.

Nice food table service given...high quality food a little bit cramped with so many delivery drivers coming in and also alot steam or smoke may need a heavy duty extracter fan at the back as front door needed to be kept open but overall a pleasant experience and well cooked food and well presented staff. Prices are ok average £20 per head if having dessert with a burger meal..also maybe introduce meals with burgers too rather than separate prices. The fridge was not as cold as it should be with a small drink selection and not ice cold drinks

First time the quality of the food was bad as in the burger itself, the salad inside was browning and mushy tomato which i had to take out the burger and throw away. The chiken wrap had no sauce inside it even tho it stated mild. The rest of the food however was ok. This is the first time so wont hold it against them.

Not much place to dine-in though Chai Latte/Indian Tea is amazing. Less vegetarian options and taste could be better

Ordering here is like a lucky dip, it could be really great or it could be a bit rubbish. Example: Lamb doner is awful but the cookie dough and milkshakes are great. It seems like they ace it on the desserts and heavily lack when it comes to the food.

Eaten here im the past and it's been ok. Last order was shocking, chicken nuggets were not chicken nuggets, some breaded chicken chopped up and they were tiny. Messy kebab had 0 kebab meat and some extremely poor quality chicken that was super dryin a smaller tray than usual. I will never order here again and recommend people avoid it all together. Worst take order i have ever had.
