worst experience ever had in my life they gave my delivery to other delivery guy i had 83 pounds of total order and they gava it to other delivery guy . pizza hut staff is so careless and irresponsible after this situation they don’t have any solution for this however theirs not my mistake i spent 83 pounds for nothing i request to all customers don’t order your pizza from pizza hut i shared a picture for proof

Not much changes, got a delivery yesterday but not what i ordered !! Incompetent and untrustworthy clowns will not use again, plenty of others out there who make an effort with customer service.

It is mainly take away outlet, parking can be little tricky as they have only few spaces for parking on road.

Always good, especially the mac n cheese

Had a delivery and the courier used my wife’s personal information to start contacting her and stalking her by phone and asking her if she ‘had a man’. We have had to call the police to deal with the situation, never experienced anything like this happen anywhere before. Very unimpressed at receiving childlike calls at all hours of day and night after doing something as simple as ordering a pizza! Food was good but won’t order from here again. Be careful who you give your details to, even when ordering food, it’s not safe.

My food was delivered 15 minutes late so I had to call pizza hut.

Delicious. They forgot one of the dips ordered, but still enjoyed the meal.

Awful place. I didn't even get to eat. I went into the branch, stood at the counter for several minutes, the staff didn't even acknowledge me, I gave up after a while and walked out. Don't even bother going in here.

Always take my pepperoni feast on the collection offer. Ready in 10 minutes, the guys are always cool and welcoming. Great Christmas tree this year!!!👏

I’ve called 3 times food was late by 30 minutes they spoke rude on the phone and were very uncaring and just dismissed it I spent £35 on two large pizzas and two sides and not a single dip I even added one extra for 55p the person that kept answering the phone did not know anything and was quite rude I spoke with asim and apparently the manager was called quasim I will be taking this up with customer service as the food was cold and I will never be ordering from here again I said they can take the food back and just get a refund but they refused and just said contact customer service

Best pizza currently in Maidenhead! The employees here are very friendly and helpful. They ensure that they meet everyone's dietary requirements. Pizza took only 10 min to get ready and they were very generous with the toppings! I highly recommend them over other pizza branches! 🍕 💯

I have been there twice in the last two weeks twice. I have been turned away as the card machine doesn’t work. I will never ever go there again and I will tell as many people not to use this business and to go to dominoes.

Sadly odering a pizza tonight and we used to orde from pizza hut Maidenhead and do not now more last time I had to drive back to the store two times even though it was a delivery and a lady was waiting in side for hers I told her to check her pizzas and they were also wrong used to be a really well run store

Missing Dip. Barely warm pizza and limp wedges. Had to put everything in the oven and reheat before it was eatable. Not happy.

They are such thieves! They do not deliver and do not refund the money. Go for your pizza order somewhere else. I would NEVER order from Pizza Hut ever again.

One of the best pizzas you could get in Maidenhead would definitely recommend as service is very quick and staff are so polite and helpful.

2 errors on order meat feast does still include the meat ye? Also slices are not balls, so 4 items sent and 2 were wrong

Absolutley shocking. Ordered tonight 2 pizzas and 2 loads of chicken strippers. The pizzas were both cold and i only live 5mins from this shop(couldnt collect due to isolating) and the pizza tasted aweful. The chicken strippers looked like they had been sat on they were that thin, they were also cold and just plain aweful. Really do not reccommend this place, it has gone down hill massively, abig let down.

Only thing I asked was that there was no mushrooms... Guess what showed up at the door! Pizza with mushrooms, looked terrible (basically no cheese, tomato base was almost like straight tomato puree) and the wedges were undercooked. Pretty terrible all round.

I don’t normally post reviews online but I felt compelled to do it now. I have ordered from Pizza Hut (Delivery) on Bridge Ave in Maidenhead four times now and each time my order has been P!$$ Poor. Sometimes my order has been wrong (chicken strips instead of potato wedges) and most of the time the Pizzas have been plain NASTY. On each occasion I ordered 4-5 pizzas as my family prefer Pizza Hut however each time our Pizzas were not cooked properly, way too cheesy, lacked toppings etc. Also when they arrived the pizzas were stuck to the box so we had to scrape off half off our toppings from the box. This happened on 4 occasions!!! Recently though the pizzas were just disgusting. All the pizzas (4 x Veg Supreme) had way too much cheese and the pizzas appeared uncooked. Basically all 4 pizzas were BRIGHT YELLOW. This is despite me specifically asking for the pizzas to be well done!!! We complained immediately to Pizza Hut. They kept us on hold for like 15 minutes and when the manager came on he wasn’t even apologetic. He just offered discount on our next order which was useless as we won’t be going back again. We ended up cooking the pizzas in our Oven ourselves at home. I am writing this review as I don’t want others to experience the same or similar issues. I really don’t understand it. They clearly have all the tools and resources and charge us full price each time SO WHY CANT THEY DELIVER THE PIZZAS AS PER THEIR PROMISE? All I wanted was the order to be correct, the pizzas to be cooked and not stuck to the box. Is that really too much to ask? Pizza Hut have lost loyal customers. I will will be taking my business to Domino’s & Papa John’s in future.

The worst Pizza Hut in UK... I had a bad delivery experience in the past hence stopped ordering from Maidenhead Pizza Hut. Wanted to give it a try today.. After placing the order , it showed 1.5 hrs for delivery !! Usually Domino's take 30 mins. After 1.5 hrs, the tracker started showing its still on Oven.. I called them 4 times.. Everytime they put me on hold for 5 to 8 mins and then finally said they can't find the order and hung up the phone. I decided to visit the restaurant myself. Half way through , got the call from home that the order has just now been delivered .. It was after 2.5 hrs from placing the order and the receptionist (absolutely a rude person !!) telling me they cant find the order.. PATHETIC SERVICE !!!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Delivered over cooked pizza cookie dessert was all burnt. Would keep cutting of the phone when trying to complain. Avoid this place

I am disappointed as I've ordered via deliveroo 3 times recently and 2 times either missing items or wrong pizza / cookie dough flavour. I would like a credit back on deliveroo as this is already quite expensive for a pizza and twice in a raw been disappointed when we are trying to help local businesses not cool. But yes your pizza are lovely ! If you get the right one you ordered!

The pizza itself was pretty good - however the delivery driver gave us the wrong order initially so we had to phone them to get him to come back and exchange the pizzas. Not bad as only cost £16 for 2 large pizzas.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They gave me good information about the menu thus helping me to make an informed decision about my order. The customer area was clean and tidy and this is reflective of the kitchen area as well. Most importantly, my order was prepared on time..... happy days

Hit and miss. Seemed mostly fine but I just got my last pizza delivered with no dip. Last time I ordered extra the pizza came with dip too!

Awful service. 40 mins late. Nobody called us. Told it’s been delivered (nope), then it’s at the gate (nope), then driver is lost (really...thought they were at the gate), then driver is stuck as road is blocked. Clearly couldn’t decide which lie to stick to. Manager obviously not bothered....told me it’s not their fault. No compensation offered. When asked for a partial refund was told, well we’ll see what the pizzas are like when they arrive. Food was cold, obviously.

Never again, way below average, was delivered late, over an hour! No apology, nothing, virtually tasteless and was barely warm. It was a waste of good time & energy contacting the manager, he was utterly indifferent, could not care in the slightest and just said you will have to complain to head office and contact them, Really dismissive and completely uninterested.

This place is a disgrace! I ordered the 2 pizza deal with sides and drink. It took 2 hours to come! I politely told them I did not want the pizzas and I would like my money back. The store asked me to take the pizzas out of good faith as they were busy and they will give me something off next time. This has not happened. I have contacted them today and They are denying all knowledge of it. Telling me I should have been sent a voucher!! Haha this place and its staff are a joke!!

The order took over an hour to arrive and then they sent the wrong items that looked like they had been sat on. I called and they said they would refund me...they didn't.

This is one of the worst ever Pizza Hut out let in the Uk.one of my best friend had been treated very badly when he went to collect his pizza with kids. When my friend raised some question about his order the person who served him in front used sever language and hit my friend with pizza when turn around to get out the shop. My frend has gone through spells of suppression and stress due to this incident

Ordered pizzas and garlic bread today at 1pm to be delivered after calling 50minuets later to chase how long they were going to be and if the driver is on route the guy in the end of the phone not having a clue and generally being unhelpful they arrived at 2.10pm no apology or explaination as to why it was over an hour long wait. we opened the boxes to receive barely warm pizza and cold garlic bread. yeah I should of rang back and kicked up a fuss because I spent a lot of money but knowing how they were on the phone before and how long it took for these pizzas to come I dredded how long it would be for fresh pizzas to come so I didn’t bother it’s more effective if I don’t go back.! Just know service isn’t great , non helpful staff , overpriced pizza, long wait and disappointing outcome in the end.

Nice takeaway, with fast delivery and well made food. Quality sometimes slips during busier periods but that is to be expected.

Had to cancel as they were 1 hour 30mins late and the man hung up when I tried to call them. I called from another number and cancelled and he sounded happy to cancel it. Worst service ever! Don't order from this store!!
