worst experience ever had in my life they gave my delivery to other delivery guy i had 83 pounds of total order and they gava it to other delivery guy . pizza hut staff is so careless and irresponsible after this situation they don’t have any solution for this however theirs not my mistake i spent 83 pounds for nothing i request to all customers don’t order your pizza from pizza hut i shared a picture for proof

Over an hour for a sandwich .Had to go there they blatantly lied not happy as my kids was hungry poor service 😞

I’ve promised myself to only write reviews when I’ve had a good experience. Because experiences can vary due to multiple reasons, staff, time, weekday, what have you. But - i am sorry to say, I can and will not recommend this place. Even the spring roll that was offered to is while we were still debating whether to go in (do trust your gut feeling) or keep on looking. And there are so many good, even outstanding eateries in Windsor. Well, we were going towards hangry and food was available immediately in that place. - chicken wings: when chicken tastes old, do. Not. Eat. It. - sweet and sour chicken (?): one of my favourite dishes, very, very disappointing, could not taste any meat, just old sweet and sour flavoured batter. - the Thai beef: nasty, this dish is not prepared with minced beef. Come on. - would you really eat mussels in a Thai buffet? - honorable mention: pad Thai noodles, veggies with garlic sauce, and quite delicious rice with ginger and possibly coriander and a nice spicy sauce. Avoid the meat. Again, there are many, many places in Windsor around the corner which have much better value and do not leave you sick to your stomach.

Not bad but very expensive. I understand it's the city centre but come on... Really?

This is more of a heads up for people, friends of ours are getting married there this week, we booked a room with some wedding code rubbish they told us to use. If you’re getting married here don’t give your guests the code! It’s a complete joke we’re unable to attend due to the children being ill, the code is basically a way for them to make money as it’s a non refundable rate! 1: it makes the rooms cost more then normal 2: if you book normally you can cancel up to 4pm the day before! As I’ve just found out they’ve took £162 out of my account for a room I’m not even going to stay in nor am I able to attend! Steer clear of this place, their customer service team couldn’t give a toss they just take your money!
