Very friendly staff. Excellent quality just a good Subway.

I did not receive the order at all now I have no food, this is such bad service

Ordered delivery and it took over an hour, arrived freezing cold and completely inedible. Food was all squashed and just looked rank. Complete waste of money

Subway is rapidly going down hill....every branch is the same...cost cutting at every angle.....very pricey for a sandwich Not coming here anymore afraid to say

I won't be ordering from here again not only was my order missing items but there was hardly any filling my footlong tuna.

They refused to create my own subway that I wanted, they refused to put the eggs in it, they said that it was not going to close, I told him that it doesn't matter, I just want to eat it, he said he wanted to serve it the way he wanted.

Asked this guy for cutlery, he refused to give me saying " You don't need cutlery it's just a sandwich. We don't have many left" it's my right to decide how I eat my sandwich. Completely unacceptable from Subway.

Well I order 2 foot long sandwiches and I received 1foot long and 1 six inch I’m very disappointed about what they sent out they paying attention to the details of the order

Ordered food online. Arrived cold, wrong bread, no cheese, very little sauce, unevenly distributed ingredients. Whoever made my sandwich needs to be sacked. Extremely disappointed. Stay clear of this place!

Latest July 2023 Russell outperformed and took customer service to another highest level ever. Really great guy and the whole team is exceptional and I will always come to this Subway fur my lunch. Thank you Russell, and the team. You rock!! Ranjit Brilliant! Despite living in the town centre, I especially drive out of town to order my subway from here. WHY? Because the food is fresh and the service is impeccable. A special thanks to the whole team including Russell and Marie who go out of their way to make my subway the best. They give it care and attention and always met with lovely smiles. Very polite and always make an extra effort with my young boys. So nice and always will come back. A brilliantly run Subway! The cheese balls were cold and the bread was smushy from the package. Still tasty. Delivery was on time.

Wouldn't feed it to my dog, not cooked, no sauce, no cheese.

The food had taken 40 mins to come and it wasn’t even toasted ! Even though it was requested.

Delivered much later than first quoted was soggy and worst ever had, way too expensive for what we ordered. If we’d been in the store we would have sent it back.

Extremely rude delivery driver, hung up on me multiple times as he had trouble locating our address and accused me of wasting his time. Good food thankyou, but appalling service and would recommend reviewing performance. I rarely get angry but he managed to get me offside

The subways were pretty sloppily put together, falling apart. It didn’t taste great as it just seemed like one big mess. I’m usually a fan of having them but not on this occasion.

My wife's steak roll had hardly any meat in it. A few scraps. My meatballs were cold and tasted awful. Both kids complained that their rolls were soggy. The food was delivered much later than promised. We did not receive the cookies we ordered. This was our first order from Subway. We were very disappointed. Would not recommend Subway to people living in Maidenhead.

I even didn’t recide this order,the guy call me,explained him haw to get here and gave him the adress but he didn’t make it

The lady who dropped off the food made a mistake and took a wrong turning. She called to apologise and still got to me very quick. She then apologised more to say it’s her worst delivery. She’s a credit to the company for her kindness and courage.

i put in comment box not to slam gate and it was slammed twice in and out.

Payed extra for a 2ltr drink and they sent a 1.5ltr

All the food was icy cold when it arrived, Staff had made it and then left it sitting on the side for an hour whilst waiting for a driver. When we returned the food to Subway the ‘Manager’ was rude and belligerent. Appalling service.

Complaint towards the delivery driver though, just knocked on the door and left food at it, could have gone to the wrong house.

Food was 45 mins late but there was traffic in the area. Didn't deliver all the food I ordered and paid for. Wrong flavour crisp delivered. Suspected driver took our remaining food and drink and had it for themselves.

A nice alternative to pizza. A bit expensive though if you consider one roll costs the same as a super size pizza with all the toppings after all fee's are included. But it's only a roll. Seems a bit expensive for a roll. They used the wrong bread once also.

Ordered a salad…however parts of sald was missing lettuce to name one MAIN ingredient of a salad!!! If they weren’t in such a rush then maybe it would have all been present. Poor service.

I ordered a roast chicken wrap toasted, it came all thrown together NOT toasted. Ordered 3 chocolate chunk cookies as that’s what my son likes and ended up with 3 double chocolate cookies which I do not want and have ended up in the bin..

Order hasn’t been delivered to me !!!

Driver didn’t read driver instructions that I left. Rang me and starting getting rude on the phone, all I did was direct him to myself. Won’t be ordering from there again. Also the food was late and slightly on the cold side

Ordered footling and paid for footling but recieved 6 inch sub instead and there is no phone number to ring for them to correct order and the other sub they got the order wrong.
