Beautifully cooked food and well presented. Lovely for a special meal. Fixed priced to so you can easily work out costs. Would definitely recommend and come again. Booking essential.

The restaurant has a lovely interior. Really enjoyed the starter (cod cheeks), main (chicken) and dessert (banana crème brûlée) were ok. Fruit punch mocktail was delicious. Portions are good size. In general we thought the food was great. We had a booking for group of six and we all had the feeling of being rushed/ pressured to order, eat and leave within the 2 hours. Understand there is a time limit but perhaps they should allow slightly longer stay for bigger groups. I really did not appreciate the rushed attitude. The service from waitress was spot on, very attentive and always smiling, however cannot say the same about the waiter, quite grumpy. General feeling of the group, we will not return or bring other friends/ family to the restaurant due to the rushed attitude.

The quality of the food and presentation of starter and main were stunning. Dessert was ok. The cocktail very tasty! However they really push you out when your time is over, didn’t appreciate their behaviour. If you only wanna eat good food but real quick, it’s fine. But if you want a more chilled atmosphere for a special treat, don’t go there.

Second time we have visited, first time was about 18months ago and again it didn't disappoint. I am gluten-free, which was mentioned at time of booking. I didnt need to remind them as they greeted us warmly and acknowledged my dietary requirement on arrival. When given the menu I was straight away advised about what options were available to me. The options meant all but one starter and one main couldn't be adapted which was amazing. Will most definitely be coming back again.

WOW. Just wow. The food was absolutely incredible, some of the best I have ever tasted. The partridge was amazing, my wife had the duck which was impossibly delicious, and the deserts were fantastic. If you get to, try the bread and butter pudding. Insanely good, and the apple sorbet and vanilla custard accompany it so well. Just… wow. You NEED to eat here.

Fantastic service, attentive staff, and superb fine dining food. My only grumble would be I wish they used olive oil in their cooking rather than vegetable oil as it’s much healthier, and the Women’s toilets definitely need an upgrade, they are something you’d expect in a seedy nightclub with weird pink dark lights, not a high end restaurant, far too small too you can hardly open the door, need to be made bigger.

A stylishly decorated restaurant offering hip, diverse fusion cuisine with continental influences. The clear menu, which largely focuses on a freely selectable 3-course menu, consistently offers fine dishes. All starters, main courses and desserts tasted delicious - what I will remember most is the 'spiced monkfish with chilli-coconut rösti in pineapple-coriander sauce'. The cocktails served in advance and the accompanying wines were also impeccable. Another highlight was the extremely quick service, which couldn't have been more charming. A totally relaxed culinary highlight! Bottoms up! 🥂

This is now the third time that we visited Bluebells and it never disappoints. John and team are delivering a fantastic service and the food is delicious. They always cater so well for my wife who is coeliac and have alternatives for each course.

High quality food without the expensive bill. Michelin star is all I can say about Bluebells with a great atmosphere, staff who are the most attentive I have ever come across. Never had a bad experience here and always loved every minute. Best restaurant in the area for miles. 💚💚💚

We recently celebrated a birthday lunch in the private room upstairs. The event was an absolute success due in no small part to the fantastic food provided, the seamless friendly service and the ambiance of the room itself. All our friends commented that it was one of the best restaurants for service they had been to. That is quite some accolade concidering they were sat at a table for 18 people.

An amazing restaurant, staff were polite and really attentive - the perfect place for a romantic date or special meal. The only reason for the 4 star on food is that the menu whilst delicious was quite unusual which was lovely for starters and mains but all our puddings were quite savoury for our liking. Overall great, definitely go!

Wonderful place to celebrate for any occasion. Wide selection of food and drink. Great service. Varied menu and wine list reasonably priced. Parking can be tight but pub nearby with large car park.

Having heard great things about Bluebells, we decided to pop in for an anniversary lunch as just around the corner from work. We weren't disappointed. The service was impeccable, the food was amazing and great value for money. Hopefully we will be back in the near future. Thank you to the whole team.

I loved it and my food was great. My friends beef was really tough and she complained but no joy. I would go again and a shame for her as her birthday 🎂

I had a pleasant lunch here and the staff were helpful. Food was all ok but I've had better burgers and wasnt a fan of the sauce.

A special restaurant, for a special occasion. Attentive and friendly service, excellent food (my son said it was one of the best steaks he's eaten) and a nice atmosphere - though book ahead as it gets busy. The conservatory is the best spot to sit (in our opinion at least). Only drawback is limited parking, so try to be early - and ideally don't bring a large vehicle!

Went for a celebration lunch, the food was excellent as was the service. Very reasonably priced for the quality. The courses were correctly proportioned for a 3 course meal and the main course cod was beautifully cooked. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal birthday Sunday at Bluebells restaurant. Carrot Panna cotta and roast chicken were out of this world. Excellent t service in a sleek fun setting and very fair prices. Cocktails were also fantastic. Well deserving of the Michelin recommendation 👏🏼

Returned to Bluebells for the first time since it had reopened at its new location. Took wife and kids there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Absolutely beautiful food and service. I look forward to returning.

We were impressed by the restaurant and the food but the reason I am giving 4 stars is because I am judging as a fine dining restaurant and comparing to others I've eaten at. The food was certainly good and nicely presented but didn't quite have that wow factor, except for the dessert which was delicious. The staff was lovely and attentive.

My favourite local restaurant! Service is superb, couldn’t get any better. The decor is gorgeous too. Loved the amuse-bouchée too, a good touch. Pics speak for themselves to be honest! My lamb was especially delicious. The pineapple tart tatin was beautiful! Well worth the money

Wow! Just spent the most amazing evening at this fabulous restaurant. Absolutely everything was awesome, from the spectacular food, to the attentive friendly staff. My experience with Bluebells was exquisite. From the first martini, to the warm bread an onion butter. To chef, doing his best to serve me the rarest part he had in the fillet of beef. To lovely homemade petit fours that complimented my creamy double espresso perfectly. And enhanced my Maker's Mark old fashion. ( I look forward to seeing Woodford on your shelves next time) Accompanied by great service from John and his team. Thank you for a great night. And I shall return with friends!

The food quality is superb , the dishes are exquisite, the started were perfect and looked amazing, bread freshly made , the mackerel cooked to perfection , the cod crispy and moist, the beef brisket was so tender , the dessert was amazing , everything is worth the value.

Outstanding fine dining; food and service was exquisite. We were a group of six on Saturday evening and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was impeccable from the appetisers all the way through to the petit fours served with the coffee. I had goats cheese to start, pork for main course and cheese for afters. Service was spot on throughout as well. Prices are reasonable considering the experience we had. Would highly recommend!

Easily the best restaurant in Ascot and surrounding areas! Bluebells always delivers the top quality food, beautifully presented with first class service. My husband booked a special family Sunday lunch for my 30th and nothing was too much trouble. My 2 yo requested plain yoghurt and they brought it out. John and his team are simply outstanding. Thank you for such a wonderful time! PS THE ROAST BEEF IS TO ACTUALLY DIE FOR

Edit: First of all, let me start by saying the food was fantastic. Those after a fine dining experience, don't be put off by my review. The food was well cooked, a great balance of flavours and the presentation was exquisite. The servers were great, very polite and helpful. I was told before arrival that last orders were taken on a Sunday at 3pm. I rushed to get to the restaurant, I was on time, prompt and placed my order as such. Two couples sat literally next to us were late, almost at 3:30, and another family was there at 3:45. Somehow, the couple that turned up half an hour later than us was being served first. I'm not saying that detracted from the food, but it definitely made me feel devalued compared to other customers.

Some great cooking, lovely setting, great staff (their knowledge of the menu was impressive). The dishes could have been simplified a little and main course perhaps a little more generous. The wine list needs refining, I shouldn't have to study a several hundred long list to find a wine. Special nod to the chocolate marshmallow in the petis four - incredible.

We absolutely love this place! We were in town for a wedding and came here the night before for date night, and so glad we did. The staff were incredible, so friendly, and the food was out of this world! I would highly recommend Bluebells. We loved the crab & rabbit starters, and the beef & swordfish mains which were absolutely amazing.

Visited three years ago on their last night before moving to a new location and it was amazing. Second visit, new premises, but still amazing! Great service, super food and a lovely environment.

We had such a great experience at Bluebells. We went for my sister's 40th and they gave us such incredible service and the food was perfection. They made the whole evening really special.

Lovely dinner from start to finish. The great thing about Bluebells is it combines exceptional service with simple yet lovely food. It’s not pretentious or over-bearing like a lot of ‘fancy’ restaurants; it strikes a balance perfectly. Ate here at the weekend for my step sons Birthday, We used to use Bluebells when it was in Sunningdale but this was our first visit here. Loved the place!! Again, the staff were so professional! And yet perfectly friendly. A good choice of cocktails offered We went for the 3 course option.The menu is set which means they get perfection on the dishes they offer! Love the place and will be back!!

The welcome was warm and professional, a trait of the entire evening from the attentive staff. Food was delicious, with the pork belly exceptional as a starter. Thankyou for making a special event even more special.

We’ve eaten here a few times and every time the standard of food is fantastic. The menu has a good selection and offers brilliant value for money. Food is beautifully presented and delicious - michelin star quality. There’s a lovely cocktail menu and the lychee martini is fab! Service is always friendly and efficient.

Food was amazing, pricing was really good, service was great. The restaurant was pretty busy so there was an understandably short wait. They have an excellent drinks menu, but the mark up on drinks took the piss a bit. Other than that it was a pretty special evening.

All I need to say is delicious!!! Had a celebratory dinner and was blown away with 3 scrumptious courses. Restaurant is nicely decorated, and waiting staff were great too. Highly recommended.
