Blue Lagoona in Three Rivers

We have been going to this Indian restaurant since before it moved location from across the road. The staff are very accomidating and helpful, we have always found that the waiter service is very fast and efficient without bothering us or making it seem they want you to eat and leave the table in a hurry for another group of people to come in. The food we have always found to be absolutely excellent, the tastes and flavours are very good, food is served very well and kept at a good temperature. Comparing the quality of th e food and the prices to a simular restaurant local to where a family member lived, we all agreed that the Blue lagoona is so much better in the quantity and quality, and yet it was always less expensive than other Indian restaurants. I would highly recommend this restaurant for good authentic quality meal.

Where to start…. The waiters are RUDE. I came in with my little boy as we had travelled five trains and my little boy wanted a cold drink and to sit down. When we got in I asked POLITELY if we could possibly have a drink and sit for a little while and maybe order a starter. There was an aggressive, HORRIBLE nasty waiter in weird trousers that laughed with the waiters and shouted in front of the whole establishment “THIS ISNT A BAR” refusing to serve me…. After completely trying to shame me in front of most of south oxhey the boss had realised what he’s waiter had done. I started to defend myself and the waiter got right in my face pretty much screaming the boss told us to sit and drink…. It was £6.45 for 2 FLAT cokes whilst the rude intimidating waiter stood glaring at me from the bar. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR FAMILY OR CHILDREN…. They are rude and nasty and clearly have just regulars from south oxhey and don’t care about how their staff treat new customers. I will be sharing more info all online after yesterday and will not tolerate this behaviour especially in front of my son who see the whole thing. I have met many Indians in restaurants where they treat their customers with respect…. This isn’t a respectful establishment at all…

As usual an excellent meal and absolutely great service from the minute we walk into the restaurant to the end of the evening. That's why we come come back again and again. The food is always full of flavour and the staff are always ready to advise you on any dish that your not sure of and will accommodate with any change/variation you would like to any dish. 😁👍

We had a terrible experience. I’d like to always support local businesses, but we certainly won’t be returning. It was very bright and noisy, the service was surly and slow and the food was very low quality. I think they take advantage of being the only curry house left in Oxhey. Best avoided.

The food and customer service was excellent. We have been coming here for over 15 years and can say food has always been amazing. I see comments here saying food is not good honestly this is far from the truth. why would my family and I have been coming back for so long. I can speak for carpenter park as majority people love this place and come regularly. This place is part of the community!

Ordered a takeaway, Inedible, disgusting, not authentic at all! (I’m indian so trust me I know) About a Tonne of sugar in the food when specifically asked to make sure there isn’t sugar in the food! All food thrown away! £40 down the drain for a curry, rice and 2 starters! And I hate wasting food but literally couldn’t eat it! Ruined the whole evening Never order from these people again! I have a list of other restaurants and lounges that provide proper quality, tasty dishes. Of which these guys are no way comparable!

Eating in or a takeaway will not leave you disappointed! The quality of the food and the service is the reason we only buy from here, 10 years+ and we're still repeat customers.

Service and meal was amazing even after a bit of a wait. Nothing was any trouble for the restaurant. Will definitely be back again. One of our favourite restaurants
