BLounge in Manchester

Me encontré con mi primo en la estación de Piccadilly durante un par de horas para ponerme al día. Ninguno de nosotros conoce el área, así que deambulamos por Piccadilly buscando un lugar para comer y tomar un par de copas. ¡Encontramos el BLounge y pasamos un par de horas encantadoras aquí y tuvimos el risotto más maravilloso! !

Tropezó en un breve descanso en Manchester. La comida era a mitad de precio! No se pudo terminar la parrilla mezclada tan grande. El personal es amable. Bonito por dentro Uno de los mejores bares de la zona.

Queriendo pasar un día bebiendo en el barrio norte de Manchester. . pero 1 calle queríamos tropezar en un buen pub tostador domingo. . No tenía que mirar muy lejos. . . Nos topamos con este lugar.  3 cursos de alto nivel. . Buen control de porciones. . . Y excelente servicio de custodia n. Tuve pate de hígado de pollo para empezar a servir en una porción masiva de bloque de madera. el plato principal estaba muy caliente y tuve el cordero que era para morirse. La salsa tenía un hermoso tinte de menta. . encantador.  Torta de queso de panal del desierto es el futuro

Mi amigo y yo hemos estado visitando Manchester y desearíamos haber encontrado este lugar antes. El personal es encantador y profesional, la comida es increíble (hamburguesa de pollo cajún), las bebidas eran geniales. Excelente relación calidad-precio y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que quiera tomar una copa o una comida decente.

Paramos aquí con mi mejor amiga Julia, un ambiente muy social, el personal del chef y el bar eran cálidos y amables, servidos puntualmente y ordenados desde el menú, el tiempo de espera era el correcto, ¡solo comenzamos a sentirnos asquerosos cuando llegó nuestra comida! Called here for lunch with my sister and daughter. Very friendly staff member with excellent customer service skills. Food was very good. I had chicken caeser salad which was delicious and plenty of it. My sister had fish and chips and reckoned the fish was best she had tasted in a long time. Good bottle of house wine. Kindly boxed up my daughters panini as she had to get back to work. Will definitely dine here again on my next visit to Manchester.

I have been to BLounge many times as the place is conveniently located for the train station. The last time I was there, I was served by a guy who started that day and wanted to say that he was absolutely great as was the lady who worked with him that evening. I had some food which was delicious and a couple of very reasonably priced drinks. I am also really glad they decided to turn the outside music down as it was way too loud before. I have decided to rate the place as average purely because of the bathrooms - the ladies toilets are a disgrace. I can understand that not much can be done about the size of the cubicles (which are ridiculously small), but the barely working hand dryer should have been replaced long time ago, the toilets' locks and toilet paper holders desperately need fixing and the cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. I have never been to BLounge when the place was really busy and don't even want to imagine the state of the bathrooms on Friday/Saturday nights. This really need to be sorted as it lets the place down.

Was staying over the road at the Malmaison hotel, just dropped our bags off at the hotel and came here for a quick bite. We ordered cheesey chips and nachos, we were not expecting the amount that came! Portions were huge! The food was lovely, we also had a few cocktails these were also very nice. Staff were friendly enough too. Would come back here if i come to Manchester again :)

A short walk from the Piccadiliy Premier Inn, we stayed for three days, had breakfast the second day of our stay, were so impressed with the politness, service and quality of food we cam back on the last day

Popped in here for a few drinks on way back to our hotel. Good selection of drinks available. There was a deal on cocktails which was buy one get one free I think or half price cocktails however as much as they were nice I would not have paid the full price for the, for the kind of pub this was. Would pop in for a drink if I was passing as good location in terms of the hotel I usually stay in.

Did not eat here. Drinks seemed somewhat expensive. Outdoor seating great, though, on a warm day in July. Indifferent staff. Toilets - well, when I made a visit to the ladies', one was closed, the second had a non-working lock, and the third was a sloppy mess (talking am here) and no paper.

Came on a recommendation of my hotel. They weren't very busy - found a seat inside. Loud for my taste, but it is a pub, so no issue. I heard the burger was great so I ordered it. It took 45 minutes to deliver it, that after I finally asked what was up. the burger was amazing, I must say. So if you're coming in with some friends for a drink and a long chat, this is a great place. But if you hoped to get a good bite to eat, then be on your way, not so much. Staff was pleasant, but not the most customer focused I've experienced.

Stopped in as wanting food and a beer. I had a large buger, fries, salad and the works for less than £5-50. I sat outside and watched the world go by. Excellent, Cheers to the staff

We popped in here on a quiet rainy Monday afternoon for lunch. We bought a couple of pints of ale, which were ok but nothing special & asked if they were serving food all day as it was about 2.45. The man behind the bar said yes, he told us specifically where to sit, and said the waiter would be over shortly with some menus. After 20 mins there was no sign of anyone, and even though he guy from behind the bar walked right past our table several times to talk to some other customers, he didn't acknowledge us at all. After 30 mins of waiting, when we had finished our pints, we left. What made this worse was that the place was really quiet, and we could see the waiter just wandering around aimlessly on the other side of the pub but at no time did he come anywhere near our side of the place even though we'd been specifically told to sit there. Definitely wouldn't go back here and would not recommend. There's too many other much better places to eat in the vicinity.

For somewhere unpretentious the BLounge provides good food at a reasonable price. It's also handy for Piccadilly Station, the City Centre, and some nearby hotels with pretentions.

Not really sure where to start with this one. So it's 11am on sunday morning and we visit b lounge. Wes're greeted by loud dance music upon entry but seeing as we're all pretty hungry decide to endure this.We order the full english which at £10 is a bit steep but thought perhaps itll be worth it after choosing a cheaper establishment the day before and being disappointed at cheaping out. We ordered tea with our breakfast and was suprised when the lady behind the bar put 2x cups and saucer on the bar along with 2x pots and some milk and seemed to expect me to carry all of this back to the table. 2 of the 3 breakfasts arrive. Ive never seen fried eggs over cooked to such an extent that it was hard to penetrate the yolk. And both breakfast was missing at least one item.20 minutes later the 2 breakfasts have been devoured and I still waiting for mine to arrive. After visiting the bar to complain about the delay I find that I am being someone else doing the very same.10 mins later it arrives and it just was not worth the wait. In case you are wondering what you get for £10, brace yourself for this delight: 1x very over cooked egg, 1x quite nice sausage, 1x bacon rasher that haf seen much better days, 1x small mushroom (about the size of a button mushroom), 1x hash brown, beans and 2 x cold toast with a butter dish sat in the bean sauce.I ate the food quicker than usual as I had to end this unfortunate experience as soon as possible (by now the din of kylie Minogue spinning around is hurting my head). To summarise and to put an end to this rant, if you like dance music whilst eating the most average breakfast you're ever likely to eat then I recommend this place. If however, you have any kind of standards and self respect, I would walk on by.

Met the manager at the door on friday night and he advised us that there was a special offer breakfast before twelve noon of 5gbp, so we decided to visit the following morning. When we arrived the waiter told us that there was no 5gbp breakfast. We checked the menu and settled for a large breakfast for 7.95 gbp. we then asked for two coffees only to be told they were extra, I think about 2.25 bgp.We were given the coffees and the breakfast did'nt arrive for another 25 minutes by which time the coffee was gone, so I asked for a top up and the waiter arrived with two more coffees.The breakfast was far from large, it consisted of 1 sausage,1 egg, 1piece of bacon, 1hash brown, 1 mushroom and some beans with two half slices of cold toast.When I went to pay for the breakfast I was informed that the coffees were not top up's and was charged full price, total 24.90 gbp, my complaint fell on deaf ears and I informed the staff i would not be returning. What a rip off stay well away, walk up the street towards piccadilly gardens to wetherspoons for a far superior breakfast for less than half the price.

Food ordered was good quality. Drink a little expensive but it is the city centre. Staff OK. Would visit again in the future.

En nuestro camino a Manchester Piccadilly salir después de un largo fin de semana, nos detendremos en Blounge al azar para un desayuno rápido. desalmado restaurant/bar inglés entorno normal, pero la comida y el servicio era genial. tener 3 englishes completos en mis 3 días aquí (cuando en Roma y que éste era el mejor de lejos. ¿eso significa que me gustaría cenar allí? Sin duda no, pero aprobado para el desayuno.

3 de nosotros visitamos a la hora del almuerzo el miércoles. El bar estaba vacía con muy ponen música y un olor a desinfectante. El servicio era amable pero una belleza indescriptible comida horrible. sopa sabor como vomitar (lo dejamos después 1 cucharada. olvídese de atún estaba lleno de bultos (no averiguar qué estaban) se sirve en porciones de pan con unas patatas fritas. nuevo este licor probado y aspecto terrible. Nos quejamos a la camarera y nuevamente en pagar factura. El chef nunca apareció ninguna restitución ofrecieron!!!.

Nos encontramos con Blounge mientras buscando un lugar para desayunar. La decoración es sutil y fácil al ojo. Mi amigo y me gustó especialmente las puertas acolchadas y también el mobiliario moderno en las mujeres. La comida era fantástica, con un gran servicio y una gran relación calidad-precio y la música era bueno.
