El café es débil allí y tuvimos el peor derretimiento de atún que he tenido. Pan empapado, atún no comestible. Dejamos casi todo Le doy 2 estrellas como el personal era lo suficientemente amable y la decoración estaba bien Sin embargo esta fue mi última vez en una oveja negra

Este lugar es ideal para el calor en una noche de invierno. El café huele increíble y el gofre es genial. El ambiente es acogedor y menos ruidoso. El servicio es genial también.

Cuando un independiente crece demasiado y pierde la identidad original que lo diferenciaba. Desayunamos en esta sucursal hace bastantes años y he tomado un buen café de estos chicos en otro lugar de Londres, así que pensé en volver a visitar ese gran desayuno original. Tristemente, las cosas han cambiado. Ya no es la presentación original de comida y café, esto podría ser cualquier otra cafetería corporativa independiente con todos sus sándwiches preenvasados, etc. Caracterizado por una pregunta al miembro del personal sobre algunos requisitos dietéticos - el miembro del personal no podía ayudar con respecto a las opciones y simplemente dijo "mira en la pantalla". Así que fuimos a la pantalla táctil para encontrar más información. Y en ese momento decidimos llevar nuestra costumbre a otra parte... probablemente para siempre.

Aparecí en Black Sheep Wembley, ya que estaba cerca de mi trabajo y olvidé mi desayuno ese día. Estaba tan decepcionado con el muffin que compré por £ 3. 49 ¡Tengo la boca llena de bicarbonato de sodio! Sobreprecio y una verdadera decepción! Mezclar la masa correctamente

La joven sin distintivo era tan grosera, poco profesional, dejó caer mi comida en el pase, dejó mis cruasanes en el horno y fue quemada, sin sonrisa, estaba tan enojada porque necesitaba hacer un trabajo básico, esta persona no para el negocio de catering, fue el 13 de octubre entre las 11 am - 12 pm. ¡nunca volver!

Una cafetería acogedora brillante con un gran servicio cada vez que visitamos. Dominika es rápido y eficiente. No importa cuántas órdenes suenen en la pantalla, te servirán rápidamente y con una sonrisa.

“The customer is ALWAYS right”. Have you never heard of this saying considering you operate a coffee shop?! We rocked up for a quick drink prior to a gig in Wembley Stadium on June 29. I asked my husband to hold our chosen table while I nipped to the loo. Immediately I was accosted by the extremely rude and aggressive security guy working the door on June 29 (tall, white, British, unpleasant looking) who told me I couldn’t use the loos until I bought a drink. How dare he assume I wasn’t going to buy a drink?! Would you rather have your customers pee while purchasing a drink?! I explained that my husband was holding the table while I used to loos. He aggressively insisted I should buy a drink prior to sitting down or using the facilities. Is this how your cafe chooses to treat PAYING customers?! I understand you’re right by a big stadium so have a lot of passing traffic but if you’re going to suspiciously assume every patron is solely there to use your dirty toilets and not buy anything, you should NOT be operating next to Wembley stadium as this attitude will lose you genuine customers who you should be trying very hard to hold on to in these economic times! You should be grateful we bought a drink (because we were parched and hot!) despite your rude door security! I hope you go out of business! To slightly prolong your longevity in a market that’s saturated with coffee shops (that serve better coffee!), I suggest you teach your door security guys some basic manners. And most importantly fire that rude guy on a power trip who was “manning” the doors on June 29. I will be making a formal complaint against him to your head office.

Was on the way to a work conference at Wembley and popped in to grab a coffee. We ordered a take away coffee and a hot chocolate. There was no sense of urgency of friendliness from the staff and sadly many of my team who arrived after us decided not to get a coffee as it took so long to arrive. The hot chocolate tasted horrible, Luke warm milk at best !

Wanted to pass on my thanks for one of the best Vietnamese coffees i have had outside of Vietnam. The coffee barista was so friendly and the service was top notch, thanks for a lovely mid morning treat 😊

I’d dropped my daughter and a friend at a concert at the arena and was staying across the Rd from Black Sheep. The evening was so lovely that I didn’t want to go and sit indoors, so I bought a cocktail and sat and people watched on Wembley Way. Cocktail was delicious and was a great way to watch the sun go down.

We arrived early (9 am) on the day of the FA Cup Final and called in to grab a ‘quick’ coffee which ended up being quite the opposite. The queue was minimal with only around 8 people queuing if that, there were two members of staff who took more than 30 minutes to make tea and coffee for those waiting! The service was shambolic and will never be used again; how they even operate when it is busy is beyond me. If you want a quick brew then go somewhere else!!

I just paid £4 for a hot chocolate that was neither hot not chocolatey. This had happened before, but I was sure, a relationship was being built with my new local coffee store that would result in them knowing what I liked, and providing it without having to go out of their way. But today I stood for a full five minutes before someone pointed out the Itsu styled touchscreens installed over the weekend which mean that now there's no conversation at all. I couldn't tell if the staff were relelived or disgruntled by this, they serve and speak with a monastic ambivalence. Black Sheep built it's brand on being an outlier, but the lack of interaction for the sake of serving more crêpes more quickly is quickly making this place just like the rest. If you're not going to provide any more ambience than Costa Coffe, then it may cost a customer or two...

Popped in the coffee shop when going to the cup final at Wembley. As you can imagine on a day like that it was hectic but the staff were brilliant. I ordered a coffee and toastie on the ordering screen and expected a bit of a wait as the shop was packed out but within 2 minutes i had both my items. The staff were running at a pace but very organised and happy and smiling all the time. The coffee was nice as was the toastie and i thoroughly enjoyed my visit despite how obviously busy it was.

What a lovely coffee shop, so friendly and welcoming. The coffee was perfect made just how we wanted and served with a smile. We didn't try the snacks but the sweet treats on display looked lovely. Would definitely visit again if we were in the area.

We arrived late, unaware that the coffee shop had just stopped serving for the evening. Rather than disappoint us, the staff were happy to take our order and appeared dedicated to quality customer care. And the coffee was delicious. Thank you!

Efficient, but not very welcoming sadly. Quite nice coffee, reasonable prices. Useful for a functional coffee but nothing to make ot a destination.

Unable to supply any English Breakfast tea. Pain-au-raisin was soggy and the Cinnamon bun was like cardboard with no flavour. The hot chocolate was weak and it’s only attribute was a pretty pattern in the froth

Visited Black Sheep on Olympic Way before Coldplay concert, managed to get a seat, was very busy, good choice of drink, good coffee, good vibe, we enjoyed people watching front the window.

Generally good and much better than other chain coffee shops. I pop into this branch quite often. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Branch is reasonably clean. Normally busy given location. Wifi is not bad if you want to do some work and grab a coffee like me! Coffee is good. They have recently added an automated ordering system which most places are doing post-pandemic!

Really great service. Super friendly staff. Delicious cookie and coffee was good. They deliver much better than other chain coffee shops in terms of service. Coffee is better too. Branches are cleaner. Fast wifi. Great place to get work done, have a coffee and watch the world go by!

Great location near the SSE arena. We had an early morning coffee here and it was great. The coffee was delicious. The two cakes we ordered were also gorgeous. Quirky and characterful, we enjoyed ourselves.

What can I say - the words arn't in the dictionary yet.. always a smile here.. Customers are all nice folk. Staff always make the extra effort. Best tumeric Lattes around complementing the hip atmospheric atmosphere. Always welcome and always a friend..

I have been coming here for weeks now and I couldn't be any more satisfied with the service especially with my oat milk latte which Black Sheep are great at preparing in comparison for Costa/Starbucks who treat it like cows milk which doesn't work at all. The service is professional and vibe is relaxed, a place to work, chat & chill. The customer services gets a 5 star from me thanks Nick and the team. Nicks happy go vibe and energy is what people in wembley need, lighting peoples day with small chat and laughs. One of my favourite places to buy my coffee at reasonable prices.

Black Sheep allegedly serves some of the best coffee in London - if so, this branch is an exception. Sour, bitter, burnt - barely drinkable after a triple dose of sugar. Nice cookies, dry croissant, efficient service, standard covid19 measures.
