Black Sheep Coffee - Eastcheap in City of London, Westminster

Great strong coffee, really rich and full flavoured. I had an americano with milk and really enjoyed it. Having said that I sat in and got my coffee in a paper cup. I'm not sure if this is always the case but I prefer a china cup when I'm sitting in. There are only a few seats in the window of this coffee shop.

Esta cafetería es fácil de perder, ya que es pequeña. Tomamos cafés blancos planos, optando por el tamaño pequeño ya que no nos gusta el café demasiado lechoso. Estaba delicioso.

Pequeña cafetería íntima en un edificio encantador con un personal acogedor que hace un café realmente bueno.

La mezcla de café es perfecta, perfecta para un café regular y repetido. Necesitan un nuevo proveedor de pastelería, porque después de haber probado dos lugares de Black Sheep, este y Aldgate, el dolor au pasas era pobre en ambos. Me encanta la marca, me encanta el café, pero una estrella menos para la pastelería.

Ottimo caffè al volo, come quello italiano (detto da un italiano), personale gentile, locale piccolo ma ben tenuto, consigliato.

We entered this restaurant because of its name. We had a feeling that the name is to create curiosity. Right there we got the best coffee of our choice. Must try this restaurant. Governor Amolak Rattan Kohli

After a great experience in a Black Sheep up close to the Guild Hall, I was easily persuaded to try another one the following day in Eastcheap. This one is smaller and, probably, less inviting (personal view) than the one yesterday. Having said that the coffee is excellent and, once again, hit the bullseye.....or should I say the Sheepseye..... and the service was nearly on a par with the day before (but the guy did a great job the day before).

We happened to come across this quaint little coffee shop as we were walking around London, during some free time. Coffee, not bad. Service, friendly. Not busy at all, so no fighting through crowds. Glad we came across it.

Maybe I am spoiled by my own coffee, and maybe I am a coffee snob, but meh. If you're in the area and need a cuppa, this is fine, but don't go out of your way.

substance, definitely with this place. The place looks really cool and inviting, but I was let down by their coffee, it was average at best and it is very expensive.
