Black Sheep Coffee in Bromley

Visited with a friend for an iced coffee. Awful customer experience. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Gave them a reusable cup to use but was forgotten about and then abruptly poured into in a rushed way (despite no queues or need to do this quickly and without care). Staff were rude to each other behind the till and acted like they didn't want to be there which made the overall experience very negative. We didn't feel welcome to stop and sit in the shop and left due to the poor experience with interacting with the staff. Looked like a nice place to sit and the coffee was nice enough but would recommend going elsewhere.

this place is nightmare please avoid at all cost reason very long wait to place an order15 minutes also 20 minutes wait to receive(coffee and a croissant)the order very rude and disrespectful staff, that in state of apologising for the long wait that endured ;i was told by a very rude gay saing to me my friend you have to wait because is very busy here and it is a nightmare to work here . and when i told him im your friend im your customer and i like to be served properly, he was very aggressive towards me

I nipped in on my way past for a coffee. I asked if I could use the loo before ordering and before I'd even finished saying I would order the staff member had said it was fine to use it. The coffee was tasty (if pricey), I would have happily stayed there to drink it as it had nice decor and looked comfy. It wasn't clear to me (I had to be told) that the way to order was via the McDonalds style machines on the back wall. I guess the advantage to this is you can take your time and fiddle with different combinations without feeling rushed. It does add to a feeling of not being very personal though. I guess it is done to improve efficiency but it's a bit techy for me.
