Called in for a drink had ran out of what I wanted, which is fair enough but was offered something else and told it was the same (it isn't ). Bought a bottle from the fridge, had to ask for a glass(which was dirty). The other drink was cans only-even though there was a pump on the bar. Both drinks were very expensive for what they were. Didn't stop long.

This is a basic bed and breakfast. Room was clean, comfortable, and functional. En suite shower was clean and had hot running water and the loo flushed and was also clean. Bed reasonably comfy, some traffic noise, but guess what, that stopped when you shut the double glazed window. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Not sure what else you’d expect for the price. Only down side was really squeaky floorboards and we felt sorry for the people beneath us! Served its purpose for our one night stay for an event at Stoneleigh. Thanks for having us!

Our room was very basic but smelled fresh when we walked in. No bedside tables although we found one in a cupboard to use. The bathroom is tiny and has no sink or shelf to put toiletries. The sink was in the bedroom. It was very cold when we visited and the bathroom had no heating so it was a pretty spartan affair. Shower was small but clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast is served between 8 and 9 am, bit early for us but the breakfast was cooked from fresh and was very nice. You get a glass of orange juice, toast and tea or coffee. No cereals or other items available although not a problem for us The staff here are warm and friendly. Overall not an unpleasant stay but a little cramped and cold.

Booked this some months ago but only found out three days before we were due to stay they were not serving evening meals over the weekend. Had to find somewhere else to eat.

El personal es muy amable y el pub es agradable. Nos alojamos por 2 noches, cama y desayuno. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, pero podría haber algunos que lo arreglaran y. Aparcamiento es limitado, pero es una ventaja en la zona.

We woke up in the morning to the carpet moving due to the amount of ants!! Two mugs which were left on the table overnight where covered, our bags with our belongings in, and even in our beds where covered in ants! When we made a complaint we were told there was no one around, and that there was nothing this lady could do as she only covers the morning shift. When we asked for the managers number we were told she had no way of contacting anyone, which I'm sure was total rubbish. I would advise anyone thinking of staying here to think again.

We stayed for two nights in a triple room. The room was clean and the location of the Inn is great for walking into the town. There is also a decent size sainsburys close by. Staff were pleasant and helpful to us when we asked directions. The room had three decent beds in and was en suite. It is located outside of the Inn. Be careful in the corridor there is a ledge on the floor easily tripable. The room was clean but needed a mirror and a couple more plug sockets. Other than that for a couple of nights it was fine. Breakfast was included in the price (£59 pppn) we only had it once for me it was just to greasy but portion size was plentiful.

We arrived on Saturday lunchtime and were greeted by the lovely Natalie who showed us to our room. That was as good as it got. The room was located outside the hotel and was in a terrace of about seven rooms. Car parking is very tight, but it it bother us a we got the train there. The room had a bed, a sink, a chair, table and the en-suite shower and loo. The room was very cold and we slept in our clothes. There was an oil heater but it didn`t kick out much heat. Fortunately, we were stopping the one night so the miniscule soap tablet provided was ample. The room has a front door with an eye level rectangular window which means the room never gets dark. The room next door had their bathroom extractor fan on all night which vibrated through our room. Felt like a zombie in the morning. Then breakfast. We walked in the into the pub as the manager of the day was entering the kitchen to see a huge pile of uncovered bacon on the table. We were offered fruit juice, tea, coffee and items for the Full English. It arrived quite well presented but we couldn`t eat the deep fried sausages. The families that arrived after us were offered cereal which in hindsight would have been the better option. The bar is very untidy, floors unhoovered and toilets not cleaned from the night before. All in all a very disappointing £65 we will never get back.

Reasonable location, not far from the castle and shops etc. The staff were very friendly but that's about it. Bedroom was very small. No washbasin in the bathroom (it was in the bedroom and nowhere to hang a towel, the towel rail is in the bathroom!). Can't comment on the breakfast, that was served between 7.30 and 8.30 on a Saturday, far to early. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a TV in the room. Nowhere to leave the room key if you want to checkout after breakfast and before the pub opens. Limited parking. All in all a little expensive for what it is.

The pub may be tucked away but the food was first class pub-grub. I had the best Steak and Kidney Pudding that I have had for donkey's years. My wife was pleased with her meal - there was nothing at all she could complain about (only joking, darling!). The deserts were great too. Mine host came out to speak to us as she herself is the cook and we wanted to thank her personally. We said we were hoping to visit Warwick castle next day and she provided us with a buy-one-get-one free voucher. Downside? The waiter had only been there a couple of days and made a mis-statement when he repeated the order back to us, causing great hilarity all round. A brilliant start to our short break. Also has 20 en-suite rooms available, although we were booked in elsewhere.

Came in for just a drink. Place is nice enough and there was a good selection of ales and beers, but we were left standing at the bar for ages while the one member of staff who was working was at the servery area. No acknowledgement that she'd be with us shortly and no apology for the delay when she did get to us. Very nearly walked out.

This is not The Gallery any more -- it's The Ale Rooms -- and it serves varied and enjoyable ales, gins and ciders. Recommended!
