This was a great culinary experience. The butter chicken and The Samosa Chaat are a chef’s kiss. Washed all of this down with a good white rhino beer. Highly recommend!

Everything about this restaurant is enjoyable. Food, service, atmosphere. Prices are fair. I would recommend anything on the menu.

I've just collected a takeaway from here (Marble Arch branch) for the 3rd time. The food is good, though of course at this price point, with £16 for a kebab side dish, it would be shocking if it wasn't. The awful thing here is that if you're doing a takeaway, they prioritise deliveroo over people who are coming to pick up. I placed my online order at 5 pm, which was supposed to be ready by 5.35-5.40 pm. I was waiting at the restaurant till 6.20 pm for the order. If this is the attitude towards people who are willing to schlep across London in the cold to pick up an order, they will soon be losing my patronage.

Stopped here for a quick late afternoon bite - chai and galouti kebabs - perfect with samosa chaat. Small place, so wait could be a bit, but we were able to get seated right away.

Wow, I love Indian food but this was simply beautiful food. Really nice decor restaurant, understated and laid back. Front of house attentive, friendly and helpful with great service. The food is delicious. Lamb biryani was beautiful big chunks of fall apart lamb and really nice flavoursome rice. The vegetarian kebab was beautiful, the dahi kekab was stunning, didn’t look massive but filled us up. Honestly great. Thanks Tripadvisor you didn’t let me down again !

Worth going for the chai alone, the food was equally excellent. We are vegetarian and there was plenty of choice. Very friendly and attentive service.

It has two modest outlets un Marble Arch and Soho. I visited the latter in Moor Street a small diagonal row of eateries heading NW from Cambridge Circus to Old Compton Street. T was a bit of a squeeze to fit into one of the banquettes but well worth it to enjoy a lamb biryani featuring some huge chunks of meat in a fluffy yellow rice all in a pretty earthenware pot either raita and papa dims on the side. I accompanied this with a nN and mango chutney. I could have just as easily or feed a kebab. Or for lunch a biryani and kebab combination.

The best lamb and chicken biryanis I've ever tasted. Beat the likes of Southall and Wembley biryani cuisines. The biryani is served warm in covered clay pots on a round platter with some pickle condiments and mini papadoms. It had the perfect rice texture and meat flavours that couldn't stop us from complimenting on its tastiness as we took mouthfuls each time. The "burrah" or lamb chops were tender and well marinaded and again very tasty. Other then the restaurant being small and lack of space, we were happy to squeeze in and apart from slight discomfort the meal itself was the topic of conversation. Will definitely return to try the other dishes on the menu. Weekends are busy and be prepared to queue.

For the first time we thought we were eating some great Indian food. Every single item in there is as good and authentic as it can be. Kebabs and biriyanis are the signature items. Every item has a distinct taste and not from the right staple curry sauce like everywhere else. Of course we are coming back here again and again and again.

Fell across this lovely little restaurant when we went to the Theatre and what a find it was. Really friendly staff, had an amazing mint sauce with mini popadoms followed by a lamb biriani, both of which were out of this world. Totally recommend this place for couples, friends and families - a fabulous atmosphere

Restaurant BKC in the heart of London is a hidden gem that I've frequented both in person and online, and it consistently leaves me in awe. This uniquely distinctive restaurant is a haven for lovers of Indian cuisine, with a focus on the rare and delectable Lucknowi food, reminiscent of old Nawabi times. What sets Restaurant BKC apart is not just its exceptional dishes but the outstanding service provided by a team that truly knows their craft. The Manager Mr. Prince's knowledge of the menu is unparalleled, and the way he explains each dish is both enlightening and impressive. His team, Yogeshwar and Anvith, execute their roles with efficiency and grace, making the dining experience all the more delightful. Prince, the encyclopaedia of Lucknowi specialties, has a way of elaborating on dishes that adds a layer of appreciation to each bite. I've had the pleasure of savouring nearly every item on the menu, and the distinctiveness of their Biryanis is nothing short of addictive. It's rare to find such sophisticated and authentic cuisine outside of Lucknow, and Restaurant BKC in London has truly mastered it. This restaurant is a testament to London's global culinary scene, drawing in people from all corners of the world who crave a taste of India's royal heritage. The service here is second to none, making each visit a memorable and delightful experience. I extend my best wishes to the management, officers, and staff of Restaurant BKC. May your continued progress lead you to the peak of success in all your endeavours. Thank you for consistently delivering an exceptional dining experience. Ash-Cash and Ashandkaren

But its called Almost Firangi because they do a fusion of other cuisines as well including Chinese dishes. I had a lovely fish curry for first and for afters an Indian ice cream lolly on a stick with another dish with a name I can't pronounce! Love it! Probably visit again!

Upscale restaurant with a Michelin star described as “modern Indian”. Food is expertly and delicately spiced. Every dish is exceptional, from mains to dall, naan and rice. Every dish is taken to another level.
